1 H ear my prayer, O Lord. Listen when I ask for help. Answer me because You are faithful and right.

Oh Señor, escucha mi oración, Presta oído a mis súplicas, Respóndeme por Tu fidelidad, por Tu justicia;

2 D o not find Your servant guilty, for no man living is right and good in Your eyes.

Y no entres en juicio con Tu siervo, Porque no es justo delante de Ti ningún ser humano.

3 F or the one who hates me has made it hard for my soul. He has crushed my life to the ground. He has made me live in dark places, like those who have been dead for a long time.

Pues el enemigo ha perseguido mi alma, Ha aplastado mi vida contra la tierra; Me ha hecho morar en lugares tenebrosos, como los que hace tiempo están muertos.

4 S o my spirit grows weak within me. My heart within me is afraid.

Por tanto, en mí está agobiado mi espíritu; Mi corazón está turbado dentro de mí.

5 I remember the days long ago. I think about all You have done. I think about the work of Your hands.

Me acuerdo de los días antiguos; En todas Tus obras medito, Reflexiono en la obra de Tus manos.

6 I put out my hands to You. My soul is thirsty for You like a dry land.

A Ti extiendo mis manos; Mi alma Te anhela como la tierra sedienta. (Selah)

7 H urry to answer me, O Lord! My spirit is becoming weak! Do not hide Your face from me, or I will become like those who go down to the grave.

Respóndeme pronto, oh Señor, porque mi espíritu desfallece; No escondas de mí Tu rostro, Para que no llegue yo a ser como los que descienden a la sepultura.

8 L et me hear Your loving-kindness in the morning, for I trust in You. Teach me the way I should go for I lift up my soul to You.

Por la mañana hazme oír Tu misericordia, Porque en Ti confío; Enséñame el camino por el que debo andar, Pues a Ti elevo mi alma.

9 O Lord, take me away from those who hate me. I run to You to be safe.

Líbrame de mis enemigos, oh Señor; En Ti me refugio.

10 T each me to do Your will, for You are my God. Let Your good Spirit lead me on a straight path.

Enséñame a hacer Tu voluntad, Porque Tú eres mi Dios; Tu buen Espíritu me guíe a tierra firme.

11 G ive me new life, O Lord, because of Your name. Bring me out of trouble because You are right and good.

Por amor a Tu nombre, Señor, vivifícame; Por Tu justicia, saca mi alma de la angustia.

12 I n Your loving-kindness cut off those who hate me. Destroy all those who make it hard for my soul, for I am Your servant.

Y por Tu misericordia, acaba con mis enemigos, Y destruye a todos los que afligen mi alma; Pues yo soy Tu siervo.
