1 H ear my prayer, O Lord. Listen when I ask for help. Answer me because You are faithful and right.

Jehová, oye mi oración, escucha mis ruegos. ¡Respóndeme por tu verdad, por tu justicia!

2 D o not find Your servant guilty, for no man living is right and good in Your eyes.

No entres en juicio con tu siervo, porque no se justificará delante de ti ningún ser humano.

3 F or the one who hates me has made it hard for my soul. He has crushed my life to the ground. He has made me live in dark places, like those who have been dead for a long time.

El enemigo ha perseguido mi alma, ha postrado en tierra mi vida, me ha hecho habitar en tinieblas como los que han muerto.

4 S o my spirit grows weak within me. My heart within me is afraid.

Mi espíritu se angustió dentro de mí; está desolado mi corazón.

5 I remember the days long ago. I think about all You have done. I think about the work of Your hands.

Me acordé de los días antiguos; meditaba en todas tus obras; reflexionaba en las obras de tus manos.

6 I put out my hands to You. My soul is thirsty for You like a dry land.

Extendí mis manos hacia ti, mi alma te anhela como la tierra sedienta. Selah

7 H urry to answer me, O Lord! My spirit is becoming weak! Do not hide Your face from me, or I will become like those who go down to the grave.

Respóndeme pronto, Jehová, porque desmaya mi espíritu; no escondas de mí tu rostro, no venga yo a ser semejante a los que descienden a la sepultura.

8 L et me hear Your loving-kindness in the morning, for I trust in You. Teach me the way I should go for I lift up my soul to You.

Hazme oír por la mañana tu misericordia, porque en ti he confiado. Hazme saber el camino por donde ande, porque hacia ti he elevado mi alma.

9 O Lord, take me away from those who hate me. I run to You to be safe.

Líbrame de mis enemigos, Jehová; en ti me refugio.

10 T each me to do Your will, for You are my God. Let Your good Spirit lead me on a straight path.

Enséñame a hacer tu voluntad, porque tú eres mi Dios; tu buen espíritu me guíe a tierra de rectitud.

11 G ive me new life, O Lord, because of Your name. Bring me out of trouble because You are right and good.

Por tu nombre, Jehová, me vivificarás; por tu justicia sacarás mi alma de la angustia.

12 I n Your loving-kindness cut off those who hate me. Destroy all those who make it hard for my soul, for I am Your servant.

Por tu misericordia disiparás a mis enemigos y destruirás a todos los adversarios de mi alma, porque yo soy tu siervo.
