1 O Lord, to You I call. O my Rock, listen to me. If You will not hear me, I will be like those who have gone down to the grave.

A Ti clamo, oh Señor; Roca mía, no seas sordo para conmigo, No sea que si guardas silencio hacia mí, Venga a ser semejante a los que descienden a la fosa.

2 H ear my cry for loving-kindness as I call to You for help, and when I lift up my hands to Your holy place.

Escucha la voz de mis súplicas cuando a Ti pido auxilio; Cuando levanto mis manos hacia el Lugar Santísimo de Tu santuario.

3 D o not drag me away with the sinful and with those who do bad things. They speak peace with their neighbors, while sin is in their hearts.

No me arrastres con los impíos Ni con los que obran iniquidad, Que hablan de paz con su prójimo, Mientras hay maldad en su corazón.

4 P ay them for their work and for the sins they do. Pay them for the works of their hands. Give them what they have earned.

Dales conforme a su obra y según la maldad de sus hechos; Dales conforme a la obra de sus manos; Págales su merecido.

5 T hey do not think about the works of the Lord and what His hands have done. So He will pull them down and not build them up again.

Porque no tienen en cuenta los hechos del Señor Ni la obra de Sus manos, El los derribará y no los edificará.

6 M ay honor and thanks be given to the Lord, because He has heard my prayer.

Bendito sea el Señor, Porque ha oído la voz de mis súplicas.

7 T he Lord is my strength and my safe cover. My heart trusts in Him, and I am helped. So my heart is full of joy. I will thank Him with my song.

El Señor es mi fuerza y mi escudo; En El confía mi corazón, y soy socorrido; Por tanto, mi corazón se regocija, Y Le daré gracias con mi cántico.

8 T he Lord is the strength of His people. He is a safe place for His chosen one.

El Señor es la fuerza de su pueblo, Y El es defensa salvadora de Su ungido.

9 S ave Your people and bring good to what is Yours. Be their shepherd and carry them forever.

Salva a Tu pueblo y bendice a Tu heredad, Pastoréalos y llévalos en Tus brazos para siempre.
