1 A nd Jehovah speaketh unto Moses, in mount Sinai, saying,

Господ говори още на Моисея на Синайската планина, казвайки:

2 ` Speak unto the sons of Israel, and thou hast said unto them, When ye come in unto the land which I am giving to you, then hath the land kept a sabbath to Jehovah.

Говори на израилтяните, като им кажеш: Когато влезете в земята, която Аз ви давам, тогава земята да пази една събота за Господа.

3 ` Six years thou dost sow thy field, and six years thou dost prune thy vineyard, and hast gathered its increase,

Шест години да сееш нивите си и шест години да режеш лозето си и да събираш плода му;

4 a nd in the seventh year a sabbath of rest is to the land, a sabbath to Jehovah; thy field thou dost not sow, and thy vineyard thou dost not prune;

а седмата година да бъде събота за тържествена почивка на земята, събота на Господа; <в нея> да не сееш нивата си и да не режеш лозето си.

5 t he spontaneous growth of thy harvest thou dost not reap, and the grapes of thy separated thing thou dost not gather, a year of rest it is to the land.

Да не жънеш и саморасла жетва, нито да обираш грозде от нерязано лозе; година за тържествена почивка да бъде на земята.

6 ` And the sabbath of the land hath been to you for food, to thee, and to thy man-servant, and to thy handmaid, and to thy hireling, and to thy settler, who are sojourning with thee;

<Произведеното през> тая събота на земята ще ви бъде за храна: на тебе, на слугата ти, на слугинята ти, на наемника ти и на чужденеца, който се е заселил при тебе;

7 a nd to thy cattle, and to the beast which in thy land, is all thine increase for food.

на добитъка ти, и на животните, които са в земята ти, всичкото нейно произведение ще бъде за храна.

8 ` And thou hast numbered to thee seven sabbaths of years, seven years seven times, and the days of the seven sabbaths of years have been to thee nine and forty years,

Да си изброиш седем седмици от години, седем пъти по седем години, та, като ти мине времето на седем седмици от години, сиреч, четиридесет и девет години,

9 a nd thou hast caused a trumpet of shouting to pass over in the seventh month, in the tenth of the month; in the day of the atonements ye do cause a trumpet to pass over through all your land;

тогава, на десетия ден от седмия месец, да накараш да се затръби с възклицание; в деня на умилостивението да накарате да се затръби из цялата ви земя.

10 a nd ye have hallowed the year, the fiftieth year; and ye have proclaimed liberty in the land to all its inhabitants; a jubilee it is to you; and ye have turned back each unto his possession; yea, each unto his family ye do turn back.

И да осветите петдесетата година и да прогласите освобождение из цялата земя на всичките й жители; това ще ви бъде юбилей, когато ще се върнете, всеки на притежанието си, и ще се върнете, всеки при семейството си.

11 ` A jubilee it, the fiftieth year, a year it is to you; ye sow not, nor reap its spontaneous growth, nor gather its separated things;

Петдесетата година да ви бъде юбилейна <година>; през нея да не сеете, нито да жънете самораслото, нито да берете нерязаното лозе.

12 f or a jubilee it, holy it is to you; out of the field ye eat its increase;

Защото това е юбилей; той нека ви бъде свет; от полето да се храните с произведеното от него.

13 i n the year of this jubilee ye turn back each unto his possession.

В тая юбилейна година да се върнете, всеки на притежанието си.

14 ` And when thou sellest anything to thy fellow, or buyest from the hand of thy fellow, ye do not oppress one another;

И ако продадеш нещо на ближния си, или купиш нещо от ближния си, да се не онеправдавате едни други;

15 b y the number of years after the jubilee thou dost buy from thy fellow; by the number of the years of increase he doth sell to thee;

но според числото на годините след юбилея да купуваш от ближния си, и според числото на годините на плодосъбирането да ти продава.

16 a ccording to the multitude of the years thou dost multiply its price, and according to the fewness of the years thou dost diminish its price; for a number of increases he is selling to thee;

Според колкото са по-много годините, ще повишиш цената му, и според колкото са по-малко годините, ще понижиш цената му; защото той ти продава според числото на плодосъбиранията.

17 a nd ye do not oppress one another, and thou hast been afraid of thy God; for I Jehovah your God.

Да се не онеправдавате един други; но да се боиш от своя Бог; защото Аз съм Иеова вашият Бог.

18 ` And ye have done My statutes, and My judgments ye keep, and have done them, and ye have dwelt on the land confidently,

И тъй, да държите повеленията Ми, да пазите съдбите Ми и да ги вършите, та да живеете безопасно на земята.

19 a nd the land hath given its fruit, and ye have eaten to satiety, and have dwelt confidently on it.

Земята ще дава плодовете си; и вие ще ядете до насита и ще живеете безопасно на нея.

20 ` And when ye say, What do we eat in the seventh year, lo, we do not sow, nor gather our increase?

И ако речете: Какво ще ядем в седмата година, като не посеем, нито съберем плодовете си?

21 t hen I have commanded My blessing on you in the sixth year, and it hath made the increase for three years;

Тогава ще заповядам така да се благослови за вас шестата година, щото ще роди плод за три години.

22 a nd ye have sown the eighth year, and have eaten of the old increase; until the ninth year, until the coming in of its increase, ye do eat the old.

А в осмата година ще сеете и ще ядете от старите плодове до деветата година; догдето се съберат нейните плодове ще ядете старите запаси.

23 ` And the land is not sold -- to extinction, for the land Mine, for sojourners and settlers ye with Me;

Земята да се не продава за всегда, понеже земята е Моя; защото вие сте чужденци и пришелци при Мене.

24 a nd in all the land of your possession a redemption ye do give to the land.

За това в цялата земя, която притежавате, позволявайте откупване на земята.

25 ` When thy brother becometh poor, and hath sold his possession, then hath his redeemer who is near unto him come, and he hath redeemed the sold thing of his brother;

Ако осиромашее брат ти и продаде нещо от притежанието си, нека дойде най-близкият му сродник и да откупи онова, което брат му е продал.

26 a nd when a man hath no redeemer, and his own hand hath attained, and he hath found as sufficient its redemption,

Но ако човекът няма< сродник> да го откупи, и, като се улесни, сам намери с какво да го откупи,

27 t hen he hath reckoned the years of its sale, and hath given back that which is over to the man to whom he sold, and he hath returned to his possession.

тогава нека сметне годините от продажбата му, и нека повърне излишъка на онзи, комуто го е продал, и нека се върне на притежанието си.

28 ` And if his hand hath not found sufficiency to give back to him, then hath his sold thing been in the hand of him who buyeth it till the year of jubilee; and it hath gone out in the jubilee, and he hath returned to his possession.

Но ако не може да намери колкото трябва да плати, тогава продаденото да остане в ръката на купувача му до юбилейната година; и в юбилея да се освободи, и той да се върне на притежанието си.

29 ` And when a man selleth a dwelling-house a walled city, then hath his right of redemption been until the completion of a year from its selling; days -- is his right of redemption;

Ако някой продаде къщата за живеене в ограден град, тогава може да я откупи в разстояние на една цяла година от продажбата й; за една цяла година той ще има право да я откупи.

30 a nd if it is not redeemed until the fulness to him of a perfect year, then hath the house which in a walled city been established to extinction to the buyer of it, to his generations; it goeth not out in the jubilee;

Но ако се не откупи до изтичането на една цяла година тогава оная къща, която е в ограден град, да се потвърди за всегда на купувача й във всичките му поколения, в юбилей да се не освобождава.

31 a nd a house of the villages which have no wall round about, on the field of the country is reckoned; redemption is to it, and in the jubilee it goeth out.

Но къщите в неоградените села да се считат, както полетата на земята; те може да се откупуват и да се освобождават в юбилей.

32 ` As to cities of the Levites -- houses of the cities of their possession -- redemption age-during is to the Levites;

Обаче в левитските градове, левитите могат кога да е да откупуват къщите в градовете, които притежават.

33 a s to him who redeemeth from the Levites, both the sale of a house and the city of his possession have gone out in the jubilee, for the houses of the cities of the Levites are their possession in the midst of the sons of Israel.

И ако някой купи <къща> от левитите, тогава продадената къща вътре в града, който притежават {В изданието от 1940 г. - "притежава".} да се освободи в юбилей; защото къщите в градовете на левитите са тяхно притежание между израилтяните.

34 A nd a field, a suburb of their cities, is not sold; for a possession age-during it to them.

А полето на пасбището на градовете им да се не продава, защото им е вечно притежание.

35 ` And when thy brother is become poor, and his hand hath failed with thee, then thou hast kept hold on him, sojourner and settler, and he hath lived with thee;

Ако осиромашее брат ти, и видиш, че ръката му трепери, тогава да му помогнеш, <като> на чужденец или пришелец, за да живее при тебе.

36 t hou takest no usury from him, or increase; and thou hast been afraid of thy God; and thy brother hath lived with thee;

Да не му вземеш лихва или печалба, но да се боиш от своя Бог, та да живее брат ти при тебе.

37 t hy money thou givest not to him in usury, and for increase thou givest not thy food;

Парите си да не му дадеш с лихва, нито храната си да му дадеш за печалба.

38 I Jehovah your God, who hath brought you out of the land of Egypt, to give to you the land of Canaan, to become your God.

Аз съм Господ вашият Бог, Който ви изведох из Египетската земя, за да ви дам Ханаанската земя, и да бъда ваш Бог.

39 ` And when thy brother becometh poor with thee, and he hath been sold to thee, thou dost not lay on him servile service;

Ако осиромашее брат ти при тебе и ти се продаде, да го не натоваряш с робска работа.

40 a s an hireling, as a settler, he is with thee, till the year of the jubilee he doth serve with thee, --

Нека бъде той като наемник или пришелец при тебе; нека ти работи до юбилейната година;

41 t hen he hath gone out from thee, he and his sons with him, and hath turned back unto his family; even unto the possession of his fathers he doth turn back.

тогава да си излезе от тебе, той и чадата му с него, и да се върне при семейството си, и на притежанието на бащите си да се върне.

42 ` For they My servants, whom I have brought out from the land of Egypt: they are not sold the sale of a servant;

Защото те са Мои слуги, които изведох из Египетската земя; да се не продават като роби;

43 t hou rulest not over him with rigour, and thou hast been afraid of thy God.

да не господаруваш над него жестоко, но да се боиш от своя Бог.

44 ` And thy man-servant and thy handmaid whom thou hast of the nations who round about you; of them ye buy man-servant and handmaid,

А колкото за робите и робините, които ще имаш, - от народите, които са около вас, от тях да купуваш роби и робини.

45 a nd also of the sons of the settlers who are sojourning with you, of them ye buy, and of their families who with you, which they have begotten in your land, and they have been to you for a possession;

Още и от чадата на чужденците, които са пришелци между вас, от тях да купувате, и от техните семейства, които са между вас, които те са родили в земята ви; те да ви бъдат притежание.

46 a nd ye have taken them for inheritance to your sons after you, to occupy a possession; to the age ye lay service upon them, but upon your brethren, the sons of Israel, one with another, thou dost not rule over him with rigour.

И да ги оставяте в наследство на чадата си; те да ги наследват подир вас, като притежание; винаги от тях да бъдат вашите роби; но над братята си, израилтяните, да не господарувате един над друг жестоко.

47 ` And when the hand of a sojourner or settler with thee attaineth, and thy brother with him hath become poor, and he hath been sold to a sojourner, a settler with thee, or to the root of the family of a sojourner,

Ако чужденецът или пришелецът, който живее при тебе, се замогне, а брат ти осиромашее при него, та се продаде на чужденеца или на пришелеца при тебе, или на кого да е от семейството на чужденеца,

48 a fter he hath been sold, there is a right of redemption to him; one of his brethren doth redeem him,

то, след като се продаде, той може да се откупи; един от братята му може да го откупи;

49 o r his uncle, or a son of his uncle, doth redeem him, or any of the relations of his flesh, of his family, doth redeem him, or -- his own hand hath attained -- then he hath been redeemed.

или стрикът му или стриковият му син може да го откупи, или някой близък сродник от семейството му може да го откупи, или ако той се е улеснил, може сам да откупи себе си.

50 ` And he hath reckoned with his buyer from the year of his being sold to him till the year of jubilee, and the money of his sale hath been by the number of years; as the days of an hireling it is with him.

Тогава нека сметне с купувача си от годината, когато му се е продал до юбилейната година, така, че цената, за която се е продал, да бъде съразмерно с числото на годините; да му се сметне съразмерно с времето на наемник.

51 ` If yet many years, according to them he giveth back his redemption, from the money of his purchase.

Ако остават още много години, съразмерно с тях да възвърне за откупването си от парите, с които е бил купен.

52 ` And if few are left of the years till the year of jubilee, then he hath reckoned with him, according to his years he doth give back his redemption;

Но ако остават малко години до юбилейната година, нека пресметне и съразмерно с годините да възвърне за откупуването си.

53 a s an hireling, year by year, he is with him, and he doth not rule him with rigour before thine eyes.

Като годишен наемник да бъде при него; той да не господарува над него жестоко пред тебе.

54 ` And if he is not redeemed in these, then he hath gone out in the year of jubilee, he and his sons with him.

Но ако така се не откупи, тогава да си излезе в юбилейната година, той и чадата му с него,

55 F or to Me the sons of Israel servants; My servants they, whom I have brought out of the land of Egypt; I, Jehovah, your God.

защото израилтяните са Мои слуги; те са Мои слуги, които изведох из Египетската земя. Аз съм Господ вашият Бог.
