2 A nd also Hamath doth border thereon, Tyre and Zidon, for -- very wise!

още и над Емат, който граничи с него, и над Тир и Сидон, ако и да са много мъдри.

3 A nd Tyre doth build a bulwark to herself, And doth heap silver as dust, And gold as mire of out-places.

Тир си съгради крепост, И натрупа сребро като пръст, И чисто злато като калта по пътищата.

4 L o, the Lord doth dispossess her, And He hath smitten in the sea her force, And she with fire is consumed.

Ето, Господ ще го изтощи, И ще порази силата му по морето. И той ще бъде погълнат от огън;

5 S ee doth Ashkelon and fear, Also Gaza, and she is exceedingly pained, Also Ekron -- for her expectation dried up, And perished hath a king from Gaza, And Ashkelon doth not remain,

Аскалон ще види и ще се уплаши; И Газа, и ще се наскърби много; И Акарон, защото ще се посрами за това, което очакваше, Царят ще погине от Газа, И Аскалон няма да се насели.

6 A nd dwelt hath a foreigner in Ashdod, And I have cut off the excellency of the Philistines.

Узурпаторско племе ще седне като цар в Азот; И Аз ще прекратя гордостта на филистимците.

7 A nd turned aside his blood from his mouth, His abominations from between his teeth, And he hath remained, even he, to our God, And he hath been as a leader in Judah, And Ekron as a Jebusite.

Ще отнема кръвта от устата им, И гнусотиите измежду зъбите им; И който остане ще бъде и той за нашия Бог, И ще бъде като хилядник в Юда, И Акарон като иевусецът.

8 A nd I have pitched for My house a camp, Because of the passer through, and of the returner, And pass not through against them again doth an exactor, For, now, I have seen with My eyes.

Около дома Си ще разположа Своя стан <в защита> против войска, Та да не премине някой или се върне; И никой насилник няма вече да замине през тях, Защото сега видях с очите Си.

9 R ejoice exceedingly, O daughter of Zion, Shout, O daughter of Jerusalem, Lo, thy King doth come to thee, Righteous -- and saved is He, Afflicted -- and riding on an ass, And on a colt -- a son of she-asses.

Радвай се много синова дъщерьо; Възклицавай, ерусалимска дъщерьо; Ето, твоят цар иде при тебе; Той е праведен, и спасява, Кротък, и възседнал на осел, Да! на осле, рожба на ослица.

10 A nd I have cut off the chariot from Ephraim, And the horse from Jerusalem, Yea, cut off hath been the bow of battle, And he hath spoken peace to nations, And his rule from sea unto sea, And from the river unto the ends of earth.

Аз ще изтребя колесница из Ефрема, И кон из Ерусалим, И ще се отсече бойният лък; Той ще говори мир на народите; И владението Му ще бъде от море до море, И от Ефрат до земните краища.

11 A lso thou -- by the blood of thy covenant, I have sent thy prisoners out of the pit, There is no water in it.

А колкото за тебе, <Израилю>, по причина на кръвта на сторения от тебе завет <с Мене>, Аз изведох затворниците ти Из безводния ров.

12 T urn back to a fenced place, Ye prisoners of the hope, Even to-day a second announcer I restore to thee.

Върнете се в крепостта, Вие обнадеждени затворници; Още днес възвестявам, Че ще ти въздам двойно;

13 F or I have trodden for Me Judah, A bow I have filled Ephraim, And I have stirred up thy sons, O Zion, Against thy sons, O Javan, And I have set thee as the sword of a hero.

Защото ще запъна Юда за Себе Си като лък, Ще туря Ефрема като стрела; И ще възбудя чадата ти, Сионе, Против твоите чада Гърцио, И ще те направя като меч на силен мъж.

14 A nd Jehovah doth appear for them, And gone forth as lightning hath His arrow, And the Lord Jehovah with a trumpet bloweth, And He hath gone with whirlwinds of the south.

Господ ще се яви над тях, И стрелата Му ще излезе като мълния; И Господ Иеова ще затръби, И ще върви с южни вихрушки.

15 J ehovah of Hosts doth cover them over, And they consumed, and subdued sling-stones, Yea, they have drunk, They have made a noise as wine, And they have been full as a bowl, As corners of an altar.

Господ на Силите ще ги защищава; И те ще погълнат <противниците>, и ще ги повалят с камъни от прашка; И ще пият, ще правят шум като от вино, И ще се изпълнят като паница, Като ъглите на олтара.

16 A nd saved them hath Jehovah their God In that day, as a flock of His people, For stones of a crown are displaying themselves over His ground.

И в оня ден Господ техният Бог ще ги избави Като Свои люде, за <да бъдат> Негово стадо; Понеже <ще бъдат> като камъни на корона Блестящи над земята Му.

17 F or what His goodness! and what His beauty! Corn the young men, And new wine the virgins -- make fruitful!

Защото колко велика е благостта Му, И колко голяма красотата Му! Житото ще направи юношите да цъфтят, И мъстът девиците.
