1 A nd a word of Jehovah is unto Jehu son of Hanani, against Baasha, saying,

Тогава дойде Господното слово към Ииуя Ананиевия син против Вааса, и рече:

2 ` Because that I have raised thee up out of the dust, and appoint thee leader over My people Israel, and thou walkest in the way of Jeroboam, and causest My people Israel to sin -- to provoke Me to anger with their sins;

Понеже, като те издигнах от пръстта, и те поставих вожд на людете Си Израиля, ти ходи в пътя на Еровоама, и направи людете Ми Израиля да съгрешат та да Ме разгневят с греховете си,

3 l o, I am putting away the posterity of Baasha, even the posterity of his house, and have given up thy house as the house of Jeroboam son of Nebat;

ето, изтребвам съвършено Вааса и рода му, и ще направя твоя род както рода на Еровоама Наватовия син.

4 h im who dieth of Baasha in a city do the dogs eat, and him who dieth of his in a field do fowl of the heavens eat.'

Който от Ваасовия род умре в града, него кучетата ще изядат; а който негов умре в полетата, него въздушните птици ще изядат.

5 A nd the rest of the matters of Baasha, and that which he did, and his might, are they not written on the book of the Chronicles of the kings of Israel?

А останалите дела на Вааса, и онова, което извърши, и юначеството му, не са ли написани в Книгата на летописите на Израилевите царе?

6 A nd Baasha lieth with his fathers, and is buried in Tirzah, and Elah his son reigneth in his stead.

И Вааса заспа с бащите си, и биде погребан в Терса; а вместо него се възцари син му Ила.

7 A nd also by the hand of Jehu son of Hanani the prophet a word of Jehovah hath been concerning Baasha, and concerning his house, and concerning all the evil that he did in the eyes of Jehovah to provoke Him to anger with the work of his hands, to be like the house of Jeroboam, and concerning that for which he smote him.

При това, Господното слово дойде чрез пророка Ииуй, Ананиевия син, против Вааса и против рода му, както поради всичките злини, които извърши пред Господа та Го разгневи с делата на ръцете си и стана подобен на рода на Еровоама, така и понеже порази тоя <род>.

8 I n the twenty and sixth year of Asa king of Judah reigned hath Elah son of Baasha over Israel in Tirzah, two years;

В двадесет и шестата година на Юдовия цар Аса, Ила Ваасовият син се възцари над Израиля в Терса, <и царува> две години.

9 a nd conspire against him doth his servant Zimri (head of the half of the chariots) and he in Tirzah drinking -- a drunkard in the house of Arza, who over the house in Tirzah.

А слугата му Зимрий, началник на половината от военните му колесници, направи заговор против него, когато беше в Терса, та пиеше и се опиваше в къщата на домоуправителя си Арса в Терса.

10 A nd Zimri cometh in and smiteth him, and putteth him to death, in the twenty and seventh year of Asa king of Judah, and reigneth in his stead;

Зимрий влезе, та като го порази уби го, в двадесет и седмата година на Юдовия цар Аса, и възцари се вместо него.

11 a nd it cometh to pass in his reigning, at his sitting on his throne, he hath smitten the whole house of Baasha; he hath not left to him any sitting on the wall, and of his redeemers, and of his friends.

А щом се възцари и седна на престола си, веднага порази целия Ваасов род; не му остави никого от мъжки пол, нито сродниците му, нито приятелите му.

12 A nd Zimri destroyeth the whole house of Baasha, according to the word of Jehovah, that He spake concerning Baasha, by the hand of Jehu the prophet:

Така Зимрий изтреби целия Ваасов род, според словото, което Господ говори против Вааса чрез пророка Ииуй,

13 c oncerning all the sins of Baasha, and the sins of Elah his son, that they sinned, and that they caused Israel to sin to provoke Jehovah, God of Israel, with their vanities.

за всичките грехове на Вааса, и за греховете на сина му Ила, с които те съгрешиха, и чрез които направиха Израиля да съгреши, та разгневиха Господа Израилевия Бог със суетите си {Т.е., С идолите си.}.

14 A nd the rest of the matters of Elah, and all that he did, are they not written on the book of the Chronicles of the kings of Israel?

А останалите дела на Ила, и всичко, което извърши, не са ли написани в Книгата на летописите на Израилевите царе?

15 I n the twenty and seventh year of Asa king of Judah, reigned hath Zimri seven days in Tirzah; and the people are encamping against Gibbethon, which to the Philistines;

В двадесет и седмата година на Юдовия цар Аса, Зимрий царува седем дена в Терса. А людете бяха разположени в стан против Гиветон, който принадлежеше на филистимците.

16 a nd the people who are encamping hear, saying, `Zimri hath conspired, and also hath smitten the king;' and all Israel cause Omri head of the host to reign over Israel on that day in the camp.

И людете, които бяха в стана, като чуха да казват: Зимрий направил заговор, при това убил и царя, то същия ден, в стана, целият Израил направи военачалника на войската Амрий цар над Израиля.

17 A nd Omri goeth up, and all Israel with him, from Gibbethon, and they lay siege to Tirzah.

Тогава Амрий и целият Израил с него възлязоха от Гиветон та обсадиха Терса.

18 A nd it cometh to pass, at Zimri's seeing that the city hath been captured, that he cometh in unto a high place of the house of the king, and burneth over him the house of the king with fire, and dieth,

А Зимрий, като видя, че градът беше превзет, влезе във вътрешната царска къща та изгори царската къща с огън, и себе си в нея, и умря,

19 f or his sins that he sinned, to do the evil thing in the eyes of Jehovah, to walk in the way of Jeroboam, and in his sin that he did, to cause Israel to sin;

за греховете, с които съгреши, като върши зло пред Господа, и ходи в пътя на Еровоама и в греха, който той стори, като направи Израиля да греши.

20 a nd the rest of the matters of Zimri, and his conspiracy that he made, are they not written on the book of the Chronicles of the kings of Israel?

А останалите дела на Зимрия, и измяната, която извърши, не са ли написани в Книгата на летописите на Израилевите царе?

21 T hen are the sons of Israel parted into halves; half of the people hath been after Tibni son of Ginath to cause him to reign, and the half after Omri;

Тогава Израилевите люде се разделиха на две части: половината от людете последваха Тивния Гинатовия син, за да направят него цар, а половината последваха Амрия.

22 a nd stronger are the people that are after Omri than the people that are after Tibni son of Ginath, and Tibni dieth, and Omri reigneth.

Но людете, които последваха Амрия, надделяха над людете, които последваха Тивния Гинатовия син; и Тивний умря, а възцари се Амрий.

23 I n the thirty and first year of Asa king of Judah reigned hath Omri over Israel twelve years; in Tirzah he hath reigned six years,

В тридесет и първата година на Юдовия цар Аса, се възцари Амрий над Израиля <и царува> дванадесет години. И когато беше царувал шест години в Терса,

24 a nd he buyeth the mount Samaria from Shemer, with two talents of silver, and buildeth the mount, and calleth the name of the city that he hath built by the name of Shemer, lord of the hill -- Samaria.

купи самарийския хълм от Семера за два таланта сребро; и съгради <град> на хълма и нарече града, който съгради, Самария, по името на Семера, притежателя на хълма.

25 A nd Omri doth the evil thing in the eyes of Jehovah, and doth evil above all who before him,

Амрий върши зло пред Господа, даже вършеше по-зле от всичките що бяха преди него;

26 a nd walketh in all the way of Jeroboam son of Nebat, and in his sin that he caused Israel to sin, to provoke Jehovah, God of Israel, with their vanities.

защото ходеше във всичките пътища на Еровоама Наватовия син, и в неговия грях, чрез който направи Израиля да греши та да разгневят Господа Израилевия Бог със суетите си.

27 A nd the rest of the matters of Omri that he did, and his might that he got, are they not written on the book of the Chronicles of the kings of Israel?

А останалите дела, които Амрий направи, и юначествата, които показа, не са ли написани в Книгата на летописите на Израилевите царе?

28 A nd Omri lieth with his fathers, and is buried in Samaria, and Ahab his son reigneth in his stead.

И Амрий заспа с бащите си, и биде погребан в Самария; а вместо него се възцари син му Ахаав.

29 A nd Ahab son of Omri hath reigned over Israel in the thirty and eighth year of Asa king of Judah, and Ahab son of Omri reigneth over Israel in Samaria twenty and two years,

И в тридесет и осмата година на Юдовия цар Аса, се възцари над Израиля Ахаав Амриевият син; и Ахаав Амриевият син царува над Израиля в Самария двадесет и две години.

30 a nd Ahab son of Omri doth the evil thing in the eyes of Jehovah above all who before him.

А Ахаав, Амриевият син, върши зло пред Господа повече от всичките, които бяха преди него.

31 A nd it cometh to pass -- hath it been light his walking in the sins of Jeroboam son of Nebat? -- then he taketh a wife, Jezebel daughter of Ethbaal, king of the Zidonians, and goeth and serveth Baal, and boweth himself to it,

И като, че беше малко това, че ходеше в греховете на Еровоама Наватовия син, при това той взе за жена Езавел, дъщеря на сидонския цар Етваал, и отиде да служи на Ваала и <да> му се покланя.

32 a nd raiseth up an altar for Baal, in the house of the Baal, that he built in Samaria;

И издигна жертвеник на Ваала във Вааловото капище, което построи в Самария.

33 a nd Ahab maketh the shrine, and Ahab addeth to do so as to provoke Jehovah, God of Israel, above all the kings of Israel who have been before him.

Ахаав направи и ашера; тъй че от всичките Израилеви царе, които бяха преди него, Ахаав извърши най-много да разгневи Господа Израилевия Бог.

34 I n his days hath Hiel the Beth-Elite built Jericho; in Abiram his first-born he laid its foundation, and in Segub his youngest he set up its doors, according to the word of Jehovah that He spake by the hand of Joshua son of Nun.

В неговите дни ветилецът Хиил съгради Ерихон; тури основите му със <смъртта на> първородния си <син> Авирон, и постави вратите му със <смъртта на> най-младия си син Селув, според словото, което Господ говори чрез Исуса Навиевия син.
