1 A nd Israel journeyeth, and all that he hath, and cometh in to Beer-Sheba, and sacrificeth sacrifices to the God of his father Isaac;

И така, Израил тръгна, с всичко що имаше; и като дойде във Вирсавее, принесе жертви на Бога на баща си Исаака.

2 a nd God speaketh to Israel in visions of the night, and saith, `Jacob, Jacob;' and he saith, `Here I.'

И Бог говори на Израиля в нощно видение, казвайки: Якове, Якове. А той отговори: Ето ме.

3 A nd He saith, `I God, God of thy father, be not afraid of going down to Egypt, for for a great nation I set thee there;

И рече: Аз съм Бог, Бог на баща ти; не бой се да слезеш в Египет, защото ще те направя там велик народ.

4 I -- I go down with thee to Egypt, and I -- I also certainly bring thee up, and Joseph doth put his hand on thine eyes.'

Аз ще сляза с тебе в Египет и Аз непременно ще те върна пак; и Иосиф ще тури ръката си на очите ти.

5 A nd Jacob riseth from Beer-Sheba, and the sons of Israel bear away Jacob their father, And their infants, and their wives, in the waggons which Pharaoh hath sent to bear him,

Тогава Яков стана от Вирсавее; и синовете на Израиля качиха баща си Якова, децата си и жените си на колите които Фараон бе пратил; за да го возят;

6 a nd they take their cattle, and their goods which they have acquired in the land of Canaan, and come into Egypt -- Jacob, and all his seed with him,

събраха и добитъка си и имота, който бяха придобили в Ханаанската земя; и Яков и цялото му семейство с него дойдоха в Египет;

7 h is sons, and his sons' sons with him, his daughters, and his sons' daughters, yea, all his seed he brought with him into Egypt.

8 A nd these the names of the sons of Israel who are coming into Egypt: Jacob and his sons, Jacob's first-born, Reuben.

А ето имената на синовете на Израиля, които влязоха в Египет: Яков и синовете му: Рувим, първородният на Якова;

9 A nd sons of Reuben: Hanoch, and Phallu, and Hezron, and Carmi.

а Рувимови синове: Енох, Фалу, Есрон и Хармий;

10 A nd sons of Simeon: Jemuel, and Jamin, and Ohad, and Jachin, and Zohar, and Shaul son of the Canaanitess.

Симеонови синове: Емуил, Ямин, Аод, Яхин, Сохар и Саул син на ханаанка;

11 A nd sons of Levi: Gershon, Kohath, and Merari.

Левиеви синове: Гирсон, Каат и Мерарий;

12 A nd sons of Judah: Er, and Onan, and Shelah, and Pharez, and Zarah, (and Er and Onan die in the land of Canaan.) And sons of Pharez are Hezron and Hamul.

Юдови синове: Ир, Онан, Шела, Фарес и Зара; но Ир и Онан умряха в Ханаанската земя; и Фаресови синове бяха Есрон и Амул;

13 A nd sons of Issachar: Tola, and Phuvah, and Job, and Shimron.

14 A nd sons of Zebulun: Sered, and Elon, and Jahleel.

Завулонови синове: Серед, Елон и Ялеил.

15 T hese sons of Leah whom she bare to Jacob in Padan-Aram, and Dinah his daughter; all the persons of his sons and his daughters thirty and three.

Тия са синовете, които Лия роди на Якова в Падан-арам, и дъщеря му Дина. Те всички - синовете му и дъщерите му - бяха тридесет и трима души.

16 A nd sons of Gad: Ziphion, and Haggi, Shuni, and Ezbon, Eri, and Arodi, and Areli.

А Гадови синове: Сифон, Агий, Суний, Есвон, Ирий, Ародий и Арилий;

17 A nd sons of Asher: Jimnah, and Ishuah, and Isui, and Beriah, and Serah their sister. And sons of Beriah: Heber and Malchiel.

Асирови синове: Емна, Есуа, Есуй и Верия, и сестра им Сера; и Вериеви синове: Хевер и Малхиел.

18 T hese sons of Zilpah, whom Laban gave to Leah his daughter, and she beareth these to Jacob -- sixteen persons.

Тия са синовете на Зелфа, която Лаван даде на дъщеря си Лия; и тях тя роди на Якова - шестнадесет души.

19 S ons of Rachel, Jacob's wife: Joseph and Benjamin.

А синовете на Якововата жена Рахил: Иосиф и Вениамин;

20 A nd born to Joseph in the land of Egypt (whom Asenath daughter of Poti-Pherah, priest of On, hath borne to him) Manasseh and Ephraim.

И на Иосифа се родиха в Египетската земя Манасия и Ефрем, които му роди Асенета, дъщеря на Илиополския жрец Потифер;

21 A nd sons of Benjamin: Belah, and Becher, and Ashbel, Gera, and Naaman, Ehi, and Rosh, Muppim, and Huppim, and Ard.

Вениаминови синове: Вела, Вехер, Асвил, Гира, Нееман, Ихий, Рос, Мупим, Упим и Аред.

22 T hese sons of Rachel, who were born to Jacob; all the persons fourteen.

Тия са Рахилините синове, които се родиха на Якова, всичките четиринадесет души.

23 A nd sons of Dan: Hushim.

А Данови синове: Усим;

24 A nd sons of Naphtali: Jahzeel, and Guni, and Jezer, and Shillem.

Нефталимови синове: Ясиил, Гуний, Есер и Силим.

25 T hese sons of Bilhah, whom Laban gave to Rachel his daughter; and she beareth these to Jacob -- all the persons seven.

Тия са синовете на Вала, която Лаван даде на дъщеря си Рахил, и тях тя роди на Якова, всичките седем души.

26 A ll the persons who are coming to Jacob to Egypt, coming out of his thigh, apart from the wives of Jacob's sons, all the persons sixty and six.

Всичките човеци, които дойдоха с Якова в Египет, които излязоха из чреслата му, всичките бяха шестдесет и шест души, освен Якововите снахи;

27 A nd the sons of Joseph who have been born to him in Egypt two persons. All the persons of the house of Jacob who are coming into Egypt seventy.

и синовете, които се родиха на Иосифа в Египет, бяха двама: всичките от Якововия дом, които дойдоха в Египет, бяха седемдесет души.

28 A nd Judah he hath sent before him unto Joseph, to direct before him to Goshen, and they come into the land of Goshen;

И Яков изпрати Юда пред себе си при Иосифа, за да покаже пътя пред него в Гесен; и тъй, дойдоха в Гесенската земя.

29 a nd Joseph harnesseth his chariot, and goeth up to meet Israel his father, to Goshen, and appeareth unto him, and falleth on his neck, and weepeth on his neck again;

Тогава Иосиф впрегна колесницата си и отиде в Гесен да посрещне баща си Израиля, и като се яви пред него, падна на врата му и плака дълго на врата му.

30 a nd Israel saith unto Joseph, `Let me die this time, after my seeing thy face, for thou yet alive.'

И рече Израил на Иосифа: Нека умра сега, като видях лицето ти, че ти си още жив.

31 A nd Joseph saith unto his brethren, and unto the house of his father, `I go up, and declare to Pharaoh, and say unto him, My brethren, and the house of my father who in the land of Canaan have come in unto me;

А Иосиф рече на братята си и на бащиния си дом: Ще отида да известя на Фараона, и ще му река: Братята ми и домът на баща ми, които бяха в Ханаанската земя, дойдоха при мене;

32 a nd the men feeders of a flock, for they have been men of cattle; and their flock, and their herd, and all that they have, they have brought.'

а тия човеци, понеже са овчари, и <се занимават> със скотовъдство, докараха стадата и добитъка си и всичко що имат.

33 ` And it hath come to pass when Pharaoh calleth for you, and hath said, What your works?

И когато ви повика Фараон и попита: Какво ви е занятието?

34 t hat ye have said, Thy servants have been men of cattle from our youth, even until now, both we and our fathers, -- in order that ye may dwell in the land of Goshen, for the abomination of the Egyptians is every one feeding a flock.'

Кажете: Ние, слугите ти, и бащите ни, от младини до сега сме скотовъдци. <Кажете това>, за да живеете в Гесенската земя, защото всичките овчари са отвратителни за египтяните.
