1 ¶ My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? why art thou so far from helping me and from the words of my cry?

Боже мой, Боже мой, почему Ты оставил меня? Почему остаешься вдали, когда взываю о помощи?

2 O my God, I cry in the daytime, but thou hearest not; and in the night season, and am not silent.

Бог мой, я взываю днем – Ты не внемлешь, ночью – и нет мне успокоения.

3 B ut thou art holy, O thou that inhabitest in the midst of the praises of Israel.

Ты – Святой, восседающий на троне посреди хвалений Израиля.

4 O ur fathers trusted in thee: they trusted, and thou didst deliver them.

На Тебя уповали наши отцы, уповали, и Ты избавлял их.

5 T hey cried unto thee and were delivered: they trusted in thee and were not confounded.

Они взывали к Тебе и обретали спасение, на Тебя уповали и не были разочарованы.

6 B ut I am a worm, and no man; a reproach of men and despised of the people.

Я же червь, а не человек, в бесславии у людей, в презрении у народа.

7 A ll those that see me laugh me to scorn: they shoot out the lip, they shake the head, saying,

Все, кто видит меня, надо мной смеются, оскорбляют меня, головой качают:

8 T urn him over to the LORD, let him deliver him, let him save him, seeing he delighted in him.

«Он полагался на Господа, так пусть Он избавит его, пусть спасет, раз он Ему угоден».

9 B ut thou art he that took me out of the womb; thou hast made me wait upon thee since I was upon my mother’s breasts.

Но Ты вывел меня из утробы; Ты вложил в меня упование у груди материнской.

10 I was cast upon thee from the womb; thou art my God from my mother’s belly.

С рождения я на Тебя оставлен; от чрева матери Ты – мой Бог.

11 ¶ Be not far from me; for trouble is near; for there is no one to help.

Не будь от меня далек, ведь скорбь близка, а помощника нет.

12 M any bulls have compassed me: strong bulls of Bashan have beset me round about.

Множество быков меня обступило, крепкие быки Башана меня окружили.

13 T hey opened their mouth upon me as a ravening and a roaring lion.

Раскрыли пасть свою на меня, как лев, что ревет, терзая добычу.

14 I am poured out like water, and all my bones are out of joint: my heart is like wax; it is melted in the midst of my bowels.

Пролился я, как вода; все кости мои рассыпались. Сердце мое превратилось в воск и растопилось в груди.

15 M y strength is dried up like a potsherd; and my tongue cleaves to my jaws; and thou hast brought me into the dust of death.

Сила моя иссохла, как черепок, и к нёбу прилип язык. Ты положил меня в смертный прах.

16 F or dogs have compassed me: the assembly of the wicked have inclosed me: they pierced my hands and my feet.

Псы меня окружили, сборище злых меня обступило, пронзили мне руки и ноги.

17 I may count all my bones: they look and stare upon me.

Я все свои кости могу перечесть, а они глядят и злорадствуют надо мной.

18 T hey part my garments among them and cast lots upon my vesture.

Они делят между собой мои одежды, бросают жребий о моем одеянии.

19 B ut be not thou far from me, O LORD: O my strength, haste thee to help me.

Но Ты, Господь, не будь от меня далек; сила моя, поспеши мне на помощь.

20 D eliver my soul from the sword; my life from the power of the dog.

Душу мою от меча избавь, защити мою жизнь от псов.

21 S ave me from the lion’s mouth and from the horns of the unicorns.

Спаси меня от львиной пасти и от рогов диких быков.

22 ¶ I will declare thy name unto my brethren; in the midst of the congregation I will praise thee.

Я возвещу Твое Имя братьям моим и посреди собрания Тебя восхвалю.

23 Y e that fear the LORD, praise him; all ye the seed of Jacob, glorify him; and fear him, all ye the seed of Israel.

Хвалите Господа, боящиеся Его! Славьте Его, все потомки Иакова! Чтите Его, все потомки Израиля!

24 F or he has not despised nor abhorred the affliction of the poor in spirit; neither has he hid his face from him, but when he cried unto him, he heard.

Ведь Он не презрел и не пренебрег скорбью страдальца. Он не скрыл от него лица Своего, но внял его крику о помощи.

25 M y praise shall be of thee in the great congregation; I will pay my vows before those that fear him.

Тебя хвалю я в большом собрании, перед боящимися Тебя я исполню свои обеты.

26 T he poor shall eat and be satisfied: those that seek him shall praise the LORD; your heart shall live for ever.

Бедняки будут есть и насытятся, ищущие Господа восхвалят Его. Да живут сердца ваши вовеки!

27 A ll the ends of the earth shall remember and turn unto the LORD; and all the families of the Gentiles shall worship before thee.

Все края земли вспомнят Господа и обратятся к Нему, все племена склонятся перед Ним,

28 F or the kingdom is the LORD’s, and he shall have dominion over the Gentiles.

потому что царство принадлежит Господу, Он правит народами.

29 A ll those that are fat upon earth shall eat and worship; all those that go down to the dust shall bow before him; and no one can keep his own soul alive.

Будут есть и склоняться перед Ним все гордецы земли. Все, кто уйдет в прах, будут Ему поклоняться, – кто не властен удержать свою жизнь.

30 A seed shall serve him; it shall be accounted to the Lord for a generation.

Потомки будут Ему служить, и грядущим поколениям расскажут о Владыке.

31 T hey shall come and shall declare his righteousness unto a people that shall be born, that he has done this.

Придут и возвестят о праведности Его тем, кто родится позже, расскажут о том, что Он сотворил.
