1 ¶ Let the LORD hear thee in the day of trouble; let the name of the God of Jacob lift thee up

Да ответит Господь тебе в день печали. Да хранит тебя Имя Бога Иакова.

2 a nd send thee help from the sanctuary and strengthen thee out of Zion

Да пошлет Он помощь тебе из святилища и поддержит тебя с Сиона.

3 a nd remember all thy offerings and reduce thy burnt sacrifice to the ashes of burnt fat, Selah.

Да вспомнит Он все жертвы твои и всесожжения твои примет. Пауза

4 G rant thee according to thine heart and fulfil all thy counsel.

Да даст Он тебе то, чего ты желаешь, и исполнит все твои намерения.

5 W e will rejoice in thy saving health, and in the name of our God we will be standard-bearers: let the LORD fulfil all thy petitions.

Мы будем кричать от радости о твоей победе и поднимем знамена во Имя нашего Бога. Да исполнит Господь все твои просьбы.

6 ¶ Now know I that the LORD has kept his anointed; he will hear him from the heavens of his holiness with the saving valour of his right hand.

Теперь я знаю: Господь спасает Своего помазанника, отвечает ему со святых небес Своих спасающей силой Своей правой руки.

7 S ome trust in chariots and some in horses, but we will remember the name of the LORD our God.

Кто хвалится колесницами, а кто конями, мы же хвалимся Именем Господа, нашего Бога.

8 T hey are brought down and fallen, but we are risen and stand upright.

Они ослабели и падают, а мы поднимаемся и стоим твердо.

9 T he LORD saves the king; let him hear us on the day when we call.

Господи, даруй царю победу! Ответь нам, когда мы взываем!
