1 ` To the messenger of the Ephesian assembly write: These things saith he who is holding the seven stars in his right hand, who is walking in the midst of the seven lamp-stands -- the golden:

– Ангелу церкви в Эфесе напиши: «Так говорит Держащий в правой руке семь звезд и Ходящий среди семи золотых светильников:

2 I have known thy works, and thy labour, and thy endurance, and that thou art not able to bear evil ones, and that thou hast tried those saying themselves to be apostles and are not, and hast found them liars,

Я знаю твои дела, твой труд и твою стойкость. Я знаю, что ты не можешь мириться со злыми людьми; ты проверил тех, кто выдает себя за апостолов, и нашел, что они лжецы.

3 a nd thou didst bear, and hast endurance, and because of my name hast toiled, and hast not been weary.

Я знаю, что ты стоек, что ради Моего Имени перенес трудности и не изнемог.

4 ` But I have against thee: That thy first love thou didst leave!

Но у Меня есть нечто против тебя: ты оставил свою первую любовь.

5 r emember, then, whence thou hast fallen, and reform, and the first works do; and if not, I come to thee quickly, and will remove thy lamp-stand from its place -- if thou mayest not reform;

Вспомни высоту, с которой ты упал! Раскайся и твори дела, которые ты делал прежде. Если ты не раскаешься, то Я приду к тебе и уберу твой светильник с его места.

6 b ut this thou hast, that thou dost hate the works of the Nicolaitans, that I also hate.

Однако ты правильно делаешь, что ненавидишь дела николаитов, которые и Я ненавижу.

7 H e who is having an ear -- let him hear what the Spirit saith to the assemblies: To him who is overcoming -- I will give to him to eat of the tree of life that is in the midst of the paradise of God.

У кого есть уши, пусть услышит, что Дух говорит церквам. Побеждающему Я дам право есть плоды с дерева жизни, которое растет в Божьем рае!» Церкви в Смирне

8 ` And to the messenger of the assembly of the Smyrneans write: These things saith the First and the Last, who did become dead and did live;

– Ангелу церкви в Смирне напиши: «Так говорит Первый и Последний, Тот, Кто умер и вернулся к жизни:

9 I have known thy works, and tribulation, and poverty -- yet thou art rich -- and the evil-speaking of those saying themselves to be Jews, and are not, but a synagogue of the Adversary.

Я знаю твои страдания и твою бедность, впрочем, ты богат! Я знаю, как тебя чернят те, кто называет себя иудеями, но которые на самом деле не что иное, как собрание сатанинское.

10 ` Be not afraid of the things that thou art about to suffer; lo, the devil is about to cast of you to prison, that ye may be tried, and ye shall have tribulation ten days; become thou faithful unto death, and I will give to thee the crown of the life.

Не бойся предстоящих страданий. Некоторых из вас дьявол заключит в тюрьму, чтобы испытать вас, и вы десять дней будете терпеть страдания. Но оставайся верным даже до смерти, и Я дам тебе венец жизни.

11 H e who is having an ear -- let him hear what the Spirit saith to the assemblies: He who is overcoming may not be injured of the second death.

У кого есть уши, пусть услышит, что Дух говорит церквам. Побеждающему вторая смерть не причинит вреда!» Церкви в Пергаме

12 ` And to the messenger of the assembly in Pergamos write: These things saith he who is having the sharp two-edged sword:

– Ангелу церкви в Пергаме напиши: «Так говорит Обладатель обоюдоострого меча:

13 I have known thy works, and where thou dost dwell -- where the throne of the Adversary -- and thou dost hold fast my name, and thou didst not deny my faith, even in the days in which Antipas my faithful witness, who was put to death beside you, where the Adversary doth dwell.

Я знаю, что ты живешь там, где трон сатаны. Но, невзирая на это, ты верен Моему Имени. Ты не отрекся от веры в Меня даже в те дни, когда Мой верный свидетель Антипа был убит в твоем городе, где живет сатана.

14 ` But I have against thee a few things: That thou hast there those holding the teaching of Balaam, who did teach Balak to cast a stumbling-block before the sons of Israel, to eat idol-sacrifices, and to commit whoredom;

Тем не менее, Мне есть что сказать против тебя: там у тебя есть люди, следующие учению Валаама, который научил в свое время царя Валака тому, как можно спровоцировать народ Израиля на грех, побудив их есть пищу, принесенную в жертву идолам, и жить развратной жизнью.

15 s o hast thou, even thou, those holding the teaching of the Nicolaitans -- which thing I hate.

Так и у тебя тоже есть приверженцы учения николаитов.

16 ` Reform! and if not, I come to thee quickly, and will fight against them with the sword of my mouth.

Покайся! Иначе Я скоро приду к тебе и сражусь с ними мечом, выходящим из Моего рта!

17 H e who is having an ear -- let him hear what the Spirit saith to the assemblies: To him who is overcoming, I will give to him to eat from the hidden manna, and will give to him a white stone, and upon the stone a new name written, that no one knew except him who is receiving.

У кого есть уши, пусть услышит, что Дух говорит церквам. Побеждающего Я угощу сокровенной манной и дам ему белый камень, на котором написано его новое имя, и это имя будет знать только тот, кто его получит!» Церкви в Фиатире

18 ` And to the messenger of the assembly of Thyatira write: These things saith the Son of God, who is having his eyes as a flame of fire, and his feet like to fine brass;

– Ангелу церкви в Фиатире напиши: «Так говорит Сын Божий, глаза Которого подобны пылающему огню, и ноги Которого сверкают, как отполированная бронза:

19 I have known thy works, and love, and ministration, and faith, and thy endurance, and thy works -- and the last more than the first.

Я знаю твои дела, твою любовь, веру, твое служение и терпение. Я знаю, что твои последние дела более велики, чем первые.

20 ` But I have against thee a few things: That thou dost suffer the woman Jezebel, who is calling herself a prophetess, to teach, and to lead astray, my servants to commit whoredom, and idol-sacrifices to eat;

Тем не менее, вот что Я скажу против тебя: ты терпишь женщину по имени Иезавель, которая называет себя пророчицей. Она своим учением вводит в заблуждение Моих слуг и толкает их к тому, чтобы они занимались развратом и ели пищу, принесенную в жертву идолам.

21 a nd I did give to her a time that she might reform from her whoredom, and she did not reform;

Я дал ей время покаяться, но она не хочет раскаяться в своем разврате.

22 l o, I will cast her into a couch, and those committing adultery with her into great tribulation -- if they may not repent of their works,

Поэтому Я брошу ее на ложе, а тех, кто с ней занимается развратом, ввергну в великую скорбь, если не раскаются в том, что пошли ее путем.

23 a nd her children I will kill in death, and know shall all the assemblies that I am he who is searching reins and hearts; and I will give to you -- to each -- according to your works.

Я поражу ее детей смертью, и все церкви узнают, что Я испытываю сердца и мысли человека, и каждый из вас получит по своим делам.

24 ` And to you I say, and to the rest who are in Thyatira, as many as have not this teaching, and who did not know the depths of the Adversary, as they say; I will not put upon you other burden;

Говорю всем остальным в Фиатире, кто не следует ее учению и не узнал так называемых “глубин сатанинских”: больше Я не буду обременять вас ничем,

25 b ut that which ye have -- hold ye, till I may come;

но будьте верны тому, что у вас есть, до тех пор, пока Я не приду.

26 a nd he who is overcoming, and who is keeping unto the end my works, I will give to him authority over the nations,

Побеждающему и исполняющему Мою волю до конца Я дам власть над народами,

27 a nd he shall rule them with a rod of iron -- as the vessels of the potter they shall be broken -- as I also have received from my Father;

как Я Сам получил ее от Моего Отца, и “он будет править ими железным скипетром; как сосуды глиняные, они сокрушатся”.

28 a nd I will give to him the morning star.

Побеждающему Я дам утреннюю звезду.

29 H e who is having an ear -- let him hear what the Spirit saith to the assemblies.

У кого есть уши, пусть услышит, что Дух говорит церквам».
