1 A nd Jehovah saith unto Moses, `Hew for thyself two tables of stone like the first, and I have written on the tables the words which were on the first tables which thou hast broken;

Господь сказал Моисею: – Высеки две каменные плитки, подобные прежним, а Я напишу на них слова, что были на первых плитках, которые ты разбил.

2 a nd be prepared at morning, and thou hast come up in the morning unto mount Sinai, and hast stood before Me there, on the top of the mount,

Утром приготовься и поднимись на гору Синай. Предстань предо Мной на вершине горы.

3 a nd no man cometh up with thee, and also no man is seen in all the mount, also the flock and the herd do not feed over-against that mount.'

Пусть никто не поднимается вместе с тобой и не показывается на горе; даже отарам и стадам нельзя пастись у подножия горы.

4 A nd he heweth two tables of stone like the first, and Moses riseth early in the morning, and goeth up unto mount Sinai, as Jehovah commanded him, and he taketh in his hand two tables of stone.

Моисей вытесал две каменные плитки, подобные прежним, и, встав ранним утром, поднялся на гору Синай, как повелел ему Господь. Две каменные плитки он нес в руках.

5 A nd Jehovah cometh down in a cloud, and stationeth Himself with him there, and calleth in the Name of Jehovah,

Господь спустился в облаке, встал рядом с ним и возвестил Имя Господа.

6 a nd Jehovah passeth over before his face, and calleth: `Jehovah, Jehovah God, merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abundant in kindness and truth,

Он прошел перед Моисеем, провозглашая: «Господь, Господь, сострадательный и милостивый Бог, медленный на гнев, богатый милостью и верностью,

7 k eeping kindness for thousands, taking away iniquity, and transgression, and sin, and not entirely acquitting, charging iniquity of fathers on children, and on children's children, on a third, and on a fourth.'

хранящий милость к тысячам и прощающий проступок, отступничество и грех. И все же Он не оставит виновного без наказания; за проступки отцов Он карает детей и внуков до третьего и четвертого поколения».

8 A nd Moses hasteth, and boweth to the earth, and doth obeisance,

Моисей тотчас пал на колени, опустив голову до земли, и

9 a nd saith, `If, I pray Thee, I have found grace in Thine eyes, O my Lord, let my Lord, I pray Thee, go in our midst (for it a stiff-necked people), and thou hast forgiven our iniquity and our sin, and hast inherited us.'

воскликнул: – О Владыка, если я нашел у Тебя милость, молю, пусть Владыка пойдет с нами. Хоть этот народ и упрям, прости нам проступки и грехи и возьми нас Себе в удел. Возобновление завета

10 A nd He saith, `Lo, I am making a covenant: before all thy people I do wonders, which have not been done in all the earth, or in any nation, and all the people in whose midst thou have seen the work of Jehovah, for it fearful that which I am doing with thee.

Господь сказал: – Я заключаю завет: Я совершу перед твоим народом чудеса, каких не бывало прежде ни в каком народе на всей земле. Народ, среди которого ты живешь, увидит, как сильно внушает страх дело Господа, которое Я для тебя совершу.

11 ` Observe for thyself that which I am commanding thee to-day: lo, I am casting out from before thee the Amorite, and the Canaanite, and the Hittite, and the Perizzite, and the Hivite, and the Jebusite;

Слушайтесь того, что Я повелеваю вам ныне. Я прогоню от вас аморреев, хананеев, хеттов, ферезеев, хивеев и иевусеев.

12 t ake heed to thyself, lest thou make a covenant with the inhabitant of the land into which thou art going, lest it become a snare in thy midst;

Смотрите, не вступайте в союз с жителями той земли, куда вы идете, иначе они станут для вас западней.

13 f or their altars ye break down, and their standing pillars ye shiver, and its shrines ye cut down;

Разрушьте их жертвенники, разбейте священные камни и срубите столбы Ашеры.

14 f or ye do not bow yourselves to another god -- for Jehovah, whose name Zealous, is a zealous God.

Не поклоняйтесь чужому богу, ведь Господь, чье Имя Ревнитель – ревнивый Бог.

15 ` Lest thou make a covenant with the inhabitant of the land, and they have gone a-whoring after their gods, and have sacrificed to their gods, and hath called to thee, and thou hast eaten of his sacrifice,

Смотрите, не вступайте в союз с жителями той земли, потому что, когда они будут распутничать со своими богами и приносить им жертвы, они позовут и вас, и вы станете есть их жертвы.

16 a nd thou hast taken of their daughters to thy sons, and their daughters have gone a-whoring after their gods, and have caused thy sons to go a-whoring after their gods;

Вы станете брать из их народа дочерей в жены своим сыновьям, и их дочери, которые распутничают со своими богами, заставят делать то же самое и ваших сыновей.

17 a molten god thou dost not make to thyself.

Не делайте себе литых идолов.

18 ` The feast of unleavened things thou dost keep; seven days thou dost eat unleavened things, as I have commanded thee, at an appointed time, the month of Abib: for in the month of Abib thou didst come out from Egypt.

Справляйте праздник Пресных хлебов: семь дней ешьте пресный хлеб, как Я повелел вам, в установленное время месяца авива, потому что в этом месяце вы вышли из Египта.

19 ` All opening a womb Mine, and every firstling of thy cattle born a male, ox or sheep;

Все перворожденное принадлежит Мне, считая самцов-первенцев вашего крупного и мелкого скота.

20 a nd the firstling of an ass thou dost ransom with a lamb; and if thou dost not ransom, then thou hast beheaded it; every first-born of thy sons thou dost ransom, and they do not appear before Me empty.

Выкупайте первородного осла ягненком, а если не будете выкупать, сломайте ему шею. Выкупайте всех первенцев из ваших сыновей. Пусть никто не появляется предо Мной с пустыми руками.

21 ` Six days thou dost work, and on the seventh day thou dost rest; in ploughing-time and in harvest thou dost rest.

Шесть дней трудитесь, а на седьмой отдыхайте; отдыхайте даже во время пахоты и жатвы.

22 ` And a feast of weeks thou dost observe for thyself; first-fruits of wheat-harvest; and the feast of in-gathering, at the revolution of the year.

Справляйте праздник Недель, когда собираете первый урожай пшеницы, и праздник Сбора плодов в конце года.

23 ` Three times in a year do all thy males appear before the Lord Jehovah, God of Israel;

Пусть три раза в год все мужчины предстают перед Владыкой Господом, Богом Израиля.

24 f or I dispossess nations from before thee, and have enlarged thy border, and no man doth desire thy land in thy going up to appear before Jehovah thy God three times in a year.

Я прогоню от вас народы и расширю границы ваших земель. Никто не посягнет на вашу землю, когда вы три раза в год будете ходить и представать перед Господом, вашим Богом.

25 ` Thou dost not slaughter with a fermented thing the blood of My sacrifice; and the sacrifice of the feast of the passover doth not remain till morning:

Когда приносишь Мне жертву, не проливай кровь животного на дрожжевой хлеб, и пусть от жертвы праздника Пасхи ничего не остается до утра.

26 t he first of the first-fruits of the land thou dost bring into the house of Jehovah thy God; thou dost not boil a kid in its mother's milk.'

Лучшее из первых плодов твоей земли приноси в дом Господа, твоего Бога. Не вари козленка в молоке его матери.

27 A nd Jehovah saith unto Moses, `Write for thyself these words, for, according to the tenor of these words I have made with thee a covenant, and with Israel.'

Господь сказал Моисею: – Запиши эти слова – на их основании Я заключаю завет с тобой и с Израилем.

28 A nd he is there with Jehovah forty days and forty nights; bread he hath not eaten, and water he hath not drunk; and he writeth on the tables the matters of the covenant -- the ten matters.

Моисей пробыл там с Господом сорок дней и сорок ночей; он ничего не ел и не пил. Он написал на плитках слова завета – Десять Заповедей. Сияющее лицо Моисея

29 A nd it cometh to pass, when Moses is coming down from mount Sinai (and the two tables of the testimony in the hand of Moses in his coming down from the mount), that Moses hath not known that the skin of his face hath shone in His speaking with him,

Спустившись с горы Синай с двумя каменными плитками свидетельства в руках, Моисей не знал, что его лицо сияет после того, как он поговорил с Господом.

30 a nd Aaron seeth -- all the sons of Israel also -- Moses, and lo, the skin of his face hath shone, and they are afraid of coming nigh unto him.

Когда Аарон и израильтяне увидели, что лицо Моисея сияет, они боялись приблизиться к нему.

31 A nd Moses calleth unto them, and Aaron and all the princes in the company return unto him, and Moses speaketh unto them;

Но Моисей позвал их, и тогда Аарон и вожди народа подошли к нему, и он говорил с ними.

32 a nd afterwards have all the sons of Israel come nigh, and he chargeth them with all that Jehovah hath spoken with him in mount Sinai.

После этого к нему приблизились израильтяне, и он передал им заповеди, которые Господь дал ему на горе Синай.

33 A nd Moses finisheth speaking with them, and putteth on his face a vail;

Закончив говорить с ними, Моисей опустил на лицо покрывало.

34 a nd in the going in of Moses before Jehovah to speak with Him, he turneth aside the vail until his coming out; and he hath come out and hath spoken unto the sons of Israel that which he is commanded;

Но входя к Господу, чтобы говорить с Ним, он снимал покрывало до тех пор, пока не выходил. Когда он выходил и передавал израильтянам, что ему было велено,

35 a nd the sons of Israel have seen the face of Moses that the skin of the face of Moses hath shone, and Moses hath put back the vail on his face until his going in to speak with Him.

они видели, что его лицо сияет. Потом Моисей опять опускал на лицо покрывало до тех пор, пока не входил говорить с Господом.
