1 T here hath been upon me a hand of Jehovah, and He taketh me forth in the Spirit of Jehovah, and doth place me in the midst of the valley, and it is full of bones,

Рука Господа была на мне. Он вывел меня Духом Господа и поставил посреди долины; она была полна костей.

2 a nd He causeth me to pass over by them, all round about, and lo, very many on the face of the valley, and lo, very dry.

Он повел меня посреди них, и я увидел великое множество костей, лежавших в долине, и они были очень сухими.

3 A nd He saith unto me, `Son of man, do these bones live?' And I say, `O Lord Jehovah, Thou -- Thou hast known.'

Он спросил меня: – Сын человеческий, могут ли эти кости ожить? Я ответил: – Владыка Господь, это знаешь Ты один.

4 A nd He saith unto me, `Prophesy concerning these bones, and thou hast said unto them: O dry bones, hear a word of Jehovah:

Тогда Он сказал мне: – Пророчествуй этим костям и скажи им: «Сухие кости, слушайте слово Господа!

5 T hus said the Lord Jehovah to these bones: Lo, I am bringing into you a spirit, and ye have lived,

Так говорит этим костям Владыка Господь: Я пошлю в вас дыхание, и вы оживете.

6 a nd I have given on you sinews, and cause flesh to come up upon you, and covered you over with skin, and given in you a spirit, and ye have lived, and ye have known that I Jehovah.'

Я прилажу к вам сухожилия, наращу на вас плоть и покрою кожей; Я вложу в вас дыхание, и вы оживете. Тогда вы узнаете, что Я – Господь».

7 A nd I have prophesied as I have been commanded, and there is a noise, as I am prophesying, and lo, a rushing, and draw near do the bones, bone unto its bone.

Я стал пророчествовать, как мне было велено. Когда я пророчествовал, раздался шум, постукивание, и кости начали сходиться – кость с костью.

8 A nd I beheld, and lo, on them sinews, and flesh hath come up, and cover them doth skin over above -- and spirit there is none in them.

Я видел, как на них появились сухожилия и плоть, и как их покрыла кожа, но в них не было дыхания.

9 A nd He saith unto me: `Prophesy unto the Spirit, prophesy, son of man, and thou hast said unto the Spirit: Thus said the Lord Jehovah: From the four winds come in, O Spirit, and breathe on these slain, and they do live.'

Тогда Он сказал мне: – Пророчествуй дыханию. Пророчествуй, сын человеческий, и скажи ему: «Так говорит Владыка Господь: Приди с четырех ветров, о дыхание, и вдохни в этих убитых, чтобы они ожили».

10 A nd I have prophesied as He commanded me, and the Spirit cometh into them, and they live, and stand on their feet -- a very very great force.

Я начал пророчествовать, как Он повелел мне, и в них вошло дыхание. Они ожили и встали на ноги, это несметное войско.

11 A nd He saith unto me, `Son of man, these bones are the whole house of Israel; lo, they are saying: Dried up have our bones, And perished hath our hope, We have been cut off by ourselves.

Тогда Он сказал мне: – Сын человеческий, эти кости – весь дом Израиля. Они говорят: «Наши кости высохли, и надежда исчезла. С нами покончено».

12 T herefore, prophesy, and thou hast said unto them, thus said the Lord Jehovah: Lo, I am opening your graves, And have brought you up out of your graves, O My people, And brought you in unto the land of Israel.

Поэтому пророчествуй и скажи им: «Так говорит Владыка Господь: Мой народ, Я открою ваши могилы и подниму вас из них: Я приведу вас в землю Израиля.

13 A nd ye have known that I Jehovah, In My opening your graves, And in My bringing you up out of your graves, O My people.

И вы, Мой народ, узнаете, что Я – Господь, когда Я открою ваши могилы и выведу вас из них.

14 A nd I have given My Spirit in you, and ye have lived, And I have caused you to rest on your land, And ye have known that I Jehovah, I have spoken, and I have done, An affirmation of Jehovah.'

Я вложу в вас Моего Духа и вы будете жить, а Я поселю вас в вашей земле. Тогда вы узнаете, что Я, Господь, сказал это и исполнил, – возвещает Господь». Один народ и один царь

15 A nd there is a word of Jehovah unto me, saying,

Было ко мне слово Господне:

16 ` And thou, son of man, take to thee one stick, and write on it, For Judah, and for the sons of Israel, his companions; and take another stick, and write on it, For Joseph, the stick of Ephraim, and all the house of Israel, his companions,

– Сын человеческий, возьми деревянный брусок и напиши на нем: «Иудея и израильтяне, что с ней в союзе». Потом возьми другой брусок и напиши на нем: «Брусок Ефрема, что принадлежит Иосифу и всему дому Израиля, что с ним в союзе».

17 a nd bring them near one unto another, to thee, for one stick, and they have become one in thy hand.

Приложи их один к другому, чтобы у тебя в руке они стали единым целым.

18 ` And when sons of thy people speak unto thee, saying, Dost thou not declare to us what these to thee?

Когда твои соплеменники спросят тебя: «Не объяснишь ли нам, что это значит?», –

19 S peak unto them, Thus said the Lord Jehovah: Lo, I am taking the stick of Joseph, that in the hand of Ephraim, and the tribes of Israel his companions, and have given them unto him, with the stick of Judah, and have made them become one stick, and they have been one in My hand.

скажи им: Так говорит Владыка Господь: «Я возьму брусок Иосифа и израильских родов, что с ним в союзе, (он в руке Ефрема), и приложу к бруску Иудеи, сделав из них один брусок, и в Моей руке они станут единым целым».

20 A nd the sticks on which thou writest have been in thy hand before thine eyes,

Держи перед глазами бруски, на которых ты сделал надпись,

21 a nd speak thou unto them: Thus said the Lord Jehovah: Lo, I am taking the sons of Israel, From among the nations whither they have gone, And have gathered them from round about, And I have brought them in unto their land.

и скажи им: «Так говорит Владыка Господь: Я выведу израильтян из народов, к которым они ушли, соберу их отовсюду и приведу в их землю.

22 A nd I have made them become one nation in the land, on mountains of Israel, And one king is to them all for king, And they are no more as two nations, Nor are they divided any more into two kingdoms again.

В этой земле, на горах Израиля, Я сделаю их одним народом. У них будет один Царь, и они не будут больше двумя народами и не разделятся больше на два царства.

23 N or are they defiled any more with their idols, And with their abominations, And with any of their transgressions, And I have saved them out of all their dwellings, In which they have sinned, And I have cleansed them, And they have been to Me for a people, And I -- I am to them for God.

Впредь они не станут оскверняться ни идолами, ни гнусными истуканами, ни другими своими преступлениями. Я спасу их из всех жилищ, где они грешили, и очищу их. Они будут Моим народом, а Я буду их Богом.

24 A nd My servant David king over them, And one shepherd have they all, And in My judgments they go, And My statutes they keep, and have done them.

Их царем станет Мой слуга Давид, и у всех них будет один пастух. Они будут следовать Моим законам и бережно исполнять Мои установления.

25 A nd they have dwelt on the land that I gave to My servant, to Jacob, In which your fathers have dwelt, And they have dwelt on it, they and their sons, And their son's sons -- unto the age, And David My servant their prince -- to the age.

Они будут жить в земле, которую Я отдал Моему слуге Иакову, в земле, где жили их предки. Они сами, их дети и дети детей будут жить там вечно, и Мой слуга Давид навеки будет их правителем.

26 A nd I have made to them a covenant of peace, A covenant age-during it is with them, And I have placed them, and multiplied them, And placed My sanctuary in their midst -- to the age.

Я заключу с ними завет мира; этот завет будет вечным. Я утвержу их на их земле и умножу их число. Я поставлю Мое святилище среди них навеки.

27 A nd My tabernacle hath been over them, And I have been to them for God, And they have been to Me for a people.

У них будет Мое жилище. Я буду их Богом, а они будут Моим народом.

28 A nd known have the nations that I Jehovah am sanctifying Israel, In My sanctuary being in their midst -- to the age!'

И народы узнают, что Я, Господь, освящаю Израиль, когда Мое святилище встанет среди них навеки».
