1 Г осподня земля и все, что наполняет ее, мир и все, что живет в нем.

The earth is the Lord’s, and the fullness of it, the world and they who dwell in it.

2 В едь Он поставил ее на морях, и утвердил на водах.

For He has founded it upon the seas and established it upon the currents and the rivers.

3 К то взойдет на гору Господню? Кто встанет на святом месте Его?

Who shall go up into the mountain of the Lord? Or who shall stand in His Holy Place?

4 Т от, чьи руки чисты и чье сердце непорочно, тот, кто душу идолам не отдает и не клянется ложно.

He who has clean hands and a pure heart, who has not lifted himself up to falsehood or to what is false, nor sworn deceitfully.

5 О н получит от Господа благословение и оправдание от Бога, Спасителя своего.

He shall receive blessing from the Lord and righteousness from the God of his salvation.

6 Т аково поколение, которое ищет Его, ищет лица Твоего, Бог Иакова. Пауза

This is the generation of those who seek Him, who seek Your face, Jacob. Selah!

7 В рата, поднимите свои верхи, поднимитесь, древние двери, чтобы вошел Царь славы!

Lift up your heads, O you gates; and be lifted up, you age-abiding doors, that the King of glory may come in.

8 К то Он, Этот Царь славы? Господь – крепкий и сильный, Господь – сильный в битвах.

Who is the King of glory? The Lord strong and mighty, the Lord mighty in battle.

9 В рата, поднимите свои верхи, поднимитесь, древние двери, чтобы вошел Царь славы!

Lift up your heads, O you gates; yes, lift them up, you age-abiding doors, that the King of glory may come in.

10 К то Он, Этот Царь славы? Господь Сил, Он – Царь славы!

Who is this King of glory? The Lord of hosts, He is the King of glory. Selah!
