1 В това време Бог благослови Ной и синовете му, като каза: Плодете се, размножавайте се и напълнете земята.

And God pronounced a blessing upon Noah and his sons and said to them, Be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth.

2 О т вас ще се страхуват и ще треперят всички земни животни и всички въздушни птици; те са всичко, което пълзи по земята, и всички морски риби са предадени в ръцете ви.

And the fear of you and the dread and terror of you shall be upon every beast of the land, every bird of the air, all that creeps upon the ground, and upon all the fish of the sea; they are delivered into your hand.

3 В сичко живо, което се движи, ще ви бъде за храна; давам ви всичко, също както дадох зелената трева.

Every moving thing that lives shall be food for you; and as I gave you the green vegetables and plants, I give you everything.

4 Д а не ядете обаче месо с живота му, т. е. с кръвта му.

But you shall not eat flesh with the life of it, which is its blood.

5 А вашата кръв, кръвта на живота ви, непременно ще изискам; от всяко животно ще я изискам; и от човека, да! От брата на всеки човек ще изискам живота на човека.

And surely for your lifeblood I will require an accounting; from every beast I will require it; and from man, from every man I will require a reckoning.

6 К ойто пролее човешка кръв и неговата кръв от човек ще се пролее; защото Бог направи човека по Своя образ.

Whoever sheds man’s blood, by man shall his blood be shed; for in the image of God He made man.

7 А вие, плодете се и се размножавайте, разплодете се по земята и се умножавайте по нея.

And you, be fruitful and multiply; bring forth abundantly on the earth and multiply on it.

8 П осле Бог говорѝ на Ной и на синовете му с него:

Then God spoke to Noah and to his sons with him, saying,

9 В ижте, Аз поставям завета Си с вас и с потомството ви след вас;

Behold, I establish My covenant or pledge with you and with your descendants after you

10 и с всичко живо, което е с вас - птиците, добитъка и всички земни животни, които са с вас, да, с всяко земно животно от всичко, което е излязло от ковчега.

And with every living creature that is with you—whether the birds, the livestock, or the wild beasts of the earth along with you, as many as came out of the ark—every animal of the earth.

11 П оставям завета Си с вас, - че няма да бъде изтребена вече никоя твар от водите на потопа, нито ще настане вече потоп да опустоши земята.

I will establish My covenant or pledge with you: Never again shall all flesh be cut off by the waters of a flood; neither shall there ever again be a flood to destroy the earth and make it corrupt.

12 Б ог каза още: Ето белега на завета, който Аз поставям до всички поколения между Мен и вас и всичко живо, което е с вас;

And God said, This is the token of the covenant (solemn pledge) which I am making between Me and you and every living creature that is with you, for all future generations:

13 п оставям дъгата Си в облака и тя ще бъде белег на завет между Мен и земята.

I set My bow in the cloud, and it shall be a token or sign of a covenant or solemn pledge between Me and the earth.

14 К огато докарам облак на земята, дъгата ще се яви в облака;

And it shall be that when I bring clouds over the earth and the bow is seen in the clouds,

15 и ще си спомня завета Си, който е между Мен и вас и всичко живо от всяка твар; и водата няма вече да стане потоп за изтреблението на всяка твар.

I will remember My covenant or solemn pledge which is between Me and you and every living creature of all flesh; and the waters will no more become a flood to destroy and make all flesh corrupt.

16 Д ъгата ще бъде в облака; и ще я гледам, за да си напомням вечния завет между Бога и всичко живо от всяка твар, което е на земята.

When the bow is in the clouds and I look upon it, I will remember the everlasting covenant or pledge between God and every living creature of all flesh that is upon the earth.

17 Б ог каза на Ной: Това е белегът на завета, който установих между Мен и всяка твар, която е на земята. Синовете на Ной

And God said to Noah, This is the token or sign of the covenant or solemn pledge which I have established between Me and all flesh upon the earth.

18 А излезлите от ковчега Ноеви синове бяха Сим, Хам и Яфет; а Хам беше баща на Ханаан.

The sons of Noah who went forth from the ark were Shem, Ham, and Japheth. Ham was the father of Canaan.

19 Т ези трима бяха Ноеви синове; и от тях бе населена цялата земя.

These are the three sons of Noah, and from them the whole earth was overspread and stocked with inhabitants.

20 В това време Ной започна да работи земята и насади лозе.

And Noah began to cultivate the ground, and he planted a vineyard.

21 И като пи от виното, опи се и се разголи в шатрата си.

And he drank of the wine and became drunk, and he was uncovered and lay naked in his tent.

22 Х ам, Ханаановият баща, видя голотата на баща си и каза на двамата си братя отвън.

And Ham, the father of Canaan, glanced at and saw the nakedness of his father and told his two brothers outside.

23 А Сим и Яфет взеха една дреха и като я сложиха двамата на раменете си, пристъпиха заднишком и покриха голотата на баща си; лицата им гледаха назад и не видяха бащината си голота.

So Shem and Japheth took a garment, laid it upon the shoulders of both, and went backward and covered the nakedness of their father; and their faces were backward, and they did not see their father’s nakedness.

24 К огато Ной изтрезня от виното си и научи за онова, което му беше направил по-младият му син, каза:

When Noah awoke from his wine, and knew the thing which his youngest son had done to him,

25 П роклет да е Ханаан; слуга на слуги ще бъде на братята си.

He exclaimed, Cursed be Canaan! He shall be the servant of servants to his brethren!

26 К аза още: Благословен Господ, Симовият Бог; и Ханаан да му бъде слуга.

He also said, Blessed be the Lord, the God of Shem! And blessed by the Lord my God be Shem! And let Canaan be his servant.

27 Б ог да разшири Яфет. Да се засели в шатрите на Сим; и Ханаан да им бъде слуга.

May God enlarge Japheth; and let him dwell in the tents of Shem, and let Canaan be his servant.

28 С лед потопа Ной живя триста и петдесет години.

And Noah lived after the flood 350 years.

29 И всички дни на Ной станаха деветстотин и петдесет години; и умря.

All the days of Noah were 950 years, and he died.
