1 А сега така казва Господ, Творецът ти, Якове, и Създателят ти, Израелю: Не бой се, защото Аз те изкупих. Призовах те по име; Мой си ти.

But now, thus says the Lord, He Who created you, O Jacob, and He Who formed you, O Israel: Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by your name; you are Mine.

2 К огато минаваш през водите, с тебе ще бъда, и през реките - те няма да те потопят; когато ходиш през огъня, ти няма да се изгориш и пламъкът няма да те опали.

When you pass through the waters, I will be with you, and through the rivers, they will not overwhelm you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned or scorched, nor will the flame kindle upon you.

3 З ащото Аз съм Йехова, твоят Бог, Святият Израелев, твоят Спасител; за твой откуп дадох Египет, за теб - Етиопия и Сева.

For I am the Lord your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Savior; I give Egypt for your ransom, Ethiopia and Seba in exchange.

4 П онеже ти беше скъпоценен пред очите Ми, беше на почит и Аз те възлюбих, затова ще дам хора за теб и племена - за живота ти.

Because you are precious in My sight and honored, and because I love you, I will give men in return for you and peoples in exchange for your life.

5 Н е бой се, защото Аз съм с теб; от изток ще доведа потомството ти и от запад ще те събера;

Fear not, for I am with you; I will bring your offspring from the east and gather you from the west.

6 щ е кажа на севера: Върни обратно!, и на юга: Не задържай! Доведи синовете Ми отдалеч и дъщерите Ми - от земния край:

I will say to the north, Give up! and to the south, Keep not back. Bring My sons from afar and My daughters from the ends of the earth—

7 в сички, които се наричат с Моето име, които сътворих за славата Си; Аз създадох всеки от тях, да! Аз го направих.

Even everyone who is called by My name, whom I have created for My glory, whom I have formed, whom I have made.

8 И зведи слепия народ, който има очи, и глухите, които имат уши.

Bring forth the blind people who have eyes and the deaf who have ears.

9 Н ека се съберат заедно всички народи и нека се стекат племената; кой от тях може да възвести това и да ни обясни предишните събития? Нека доведат свидетелите си, за да се оправдаят, за да чуят хората и да кажат: Това е вярно.

Let all the nations be gathered together and let the peoples be assembled. Who among could predict this and show us the former things? Let them bring their witnesses, that they may be justified, or let them hear and acknowledge, It is the truth.

10 В ие сте Мои свидетели, казва Господ, и слугата Ми, когото избрах, за да Ме познаете и да повярвате в Мен, и да разберете, че съм Аз - че преди Мене не е имало Бог и след Мене няма да има.

You are My witnesses, says the Lord, and My servant whom I have chosen, that you may know Me, believe Me and remain steadfast to Me, and understand that I am He. Before Me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after Me.

11 А з, Аз съм Господ; и освен Мене няма спасител.

I, even I, am the Lord, and besides Me there is no Savior.

12 А з възвестих, спасих и показах, когато не е имало между вас чужд бог; затова вие сте Ми свидетели, казва Господ, че Аз съм Бог.

I have declared and have saved, and I have shown —when there was no strange and alien god among you; therefore you are My witnesses, says the Lord, that I am God.

13 Д а, преди да е имало време, Аз съм; и няма кой да избавя от ръката Ми; Аз действам и кой ще Ми попречи?

Yes, from the time of the first existence of day and from this day forth I am He; and there is no one who can deliver out of My hand. I will work, and who can hinder or reverse it?

14 Т ака казва Господ, вашият Изкупител, Святият Израелев; заради вас пратих във Вавилон и ще доведа всички като бежанци, дори халдейците - в корабите, с които се хвалеха.

Thus says the Lord, your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel: For your sake I have sent to Babylon, and I will bring down all of them as fugitives, all their nobles, even the Chaldeans, into the ships over which they rejoiced.

15 А з съм Господ, Святият ваш, Творецът Израелев, вашият Цар.

I am the Lord, your Holy One, the Creator of Israel, your King.

16 Т ака казва Господ, Който прави път в морето и пътека - в буйните води,

Thus says the Lord, Who makes a way through the sea and a path through the mighty waters,

17 К ойто изважда колесници и коне, войска и сила: Те всички ще паднат, няма да станат; унищожени бяха, угаснаха като фитил.

Who brings forth chariot and horse, army and mighty warrior. They lie down together, they cannot rise; they are extinguished, they are quenched like a lampwick:

18 Н е си спомняйте предишните неща, нито мислете за древните събития.

Do not remember the former things; neither consider the things of old.

19 Е то, Аз ще направя нещо ново; сега ще се появи; няма ли да внимавате в него? Да! Ще направя път в пустинята и реки - в безводната земя.

Behold, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs forth; do you not perceive and know it and will you not give heed to it? I will even make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.

20 П олските зверове ще Ме прославят - чакалите и щраусите, - защото давам вода в пустинята, реки - в безводната земя, за да напоя народа Си, избраните Си,

The beasts of the field honor Me, the jackals and the ostriches, because I give waters in the wilderness and rivers in the desert, to give drink to My people, My chosen,

21 н арода, който създадох за Себе Си, за да оповестява хвалата Ми.

The people I formed for Myself, that they may set forth My praise.

22 Н о ти, Якове, не Ме призова; и ти, Израелю, се отегчи от Мене;

Yet you have not called upon Me, O Jacob; but you have been weary of Me, O Israel!

23 н е си Ми принасял агънцата на всеизгарянията си, нито си Ме почитал с жертвите си. Аз не те заробих с приноси и не ти дотегнах с ливан.

You have not brought Me your sheep and goats for burnt offerings, or honored Me with your sacrifices. I have not required you to serve with an offering or treated you as a slave by demanding tribute or wearied you with offering incense.

24 Н е си купил за Мене благоуханна тръстика с пари, нито си Ме наситил с тлъстината на жертвите си; но ти си Ме заробил с греховете си, дотегнал си Ми с беззаконията си.

You have not bought Me sweet cane with money, or satiated Me with the fat of your sacrifices. But you have only burdened Me with your sins; you have wearied Me with your iniquities.

25 А з, Аз съм, Който изтривам твоите престъпления заради Себе Си и няма да си спомня за греховете ти.

I, even I, am He Who blots out and cancels your transgressions, for My own sake, and I will not remember your sins.

26 П одсети Ме, за да се съдим заедно; представи делото си, за да се оправдаеш.

Put Me in remembrance; let us plead and argue together. Set forth your case, that you may be justified (proved right).

27 Т воят праотец съгреши и учителите ти престъпиха против Мене.

Your first father sinned, and your teachers transgressed against Me.

28 З атова ще сваля от свещенството им великите служители на светилището и ще обрека Яков на изтребление, и ще направя Израел за поругание.

And so I will profane the chief ones of the sanctuary and will deliver Jacob to the curse (the ban, a solemn anathema or excommunication) and Israel to reproaches and reviling.
