1 С лед това видях четири ангела, стоящи на четирите ъгъла на земята и държащи четирите земни ветрове, за да не духа никакъв вятър по земята, нито по морето, нито върху някое дърво.

After this I saw four angels stationed at the four corners of the earth, firmly holding back the four winds of the earth so that no wind should blow on the earth or sea or upon any tree.

2 И видях друг ангел да се издига от изток, в когото беше печатът на живия Бог; и той извика с висок глас към четирите ангела, на които беше дадено да повредят земята и морето, и каза:

Then I saw a second angel coming up from the east (the rising of the sun) and carrying the seal of the living God. And with a loud voice he called out to the four angels who had been given authority and power to injure earth and sea,

3 Н е повреждайте земята, нито морето, нито дърветата, преди да ударим печат върху челата на слугите на нашия Бог.

Saying, Harm neither the earth nor the sea nor the trees, until we have sealed the bond servants of our God upon their foreheads.

4 И чух числото на подпечатаните - сто четиридесет и четири хиляди подпечатани от всички племена на израелтяните;

And I heard how many were sealed (marked) out of every tribe of the sons of Israel: there were 144, 000.

5 о т Юдовото племе - дванадесет хиляди подпечатани; от Рувимовото племе - дванадесет хиляди; от Гадовото племе - дванадесет хиляди;

Twelve thousand were sealed (marked) out of the tribe of Judah, 12, 000 of the tribe of Reuben, 12, 000 of the tribe of Gad,

6 о т Асировото племе - дванадесет хиляди; от Нефталимовото племе - дванадесет хиляди; от Манасиевото племе - дванадесет хиляди;

Twelve thousand of the tribe of Asher, 12, 000 of the tribe of Naphtali, 12, 000 of the tribe of Manasseh,

7 о т Симеоновото племе - дванадесет хиляди; от Левиевото племе - дванадесет хиляди; от Исахаровото племе - дванадесет хиляди;

Twelve thousand of the tribe of Simeon, 12, 000 of the tribe of Levi, 12, 000 of the tribe of Issachar,

8 о т Завулоновото племе - дванадесет хиляди; от Йосифовото племе - дванадесет хиляди; от Вениаминовото племе - дванадесет хиляди подпечатани.

Twelve thousand of the tribe of Zebulun, 12, 000 of the tribe of Joseph, 12, 000 of the tribe of Benjamin.

9 С лед това видях, и ето, голямо множество, което никой на можеше да изброи, от всеки народ и от всички племена и езици, стоящи пред престола и пред Агнеца, облечени в бели дрехи, с палмови клони в ръцете си,

After this I looked and a vast host appeared which no one could count, of every nation, from all tribes and peoples and languages. These stood before the throne and before the Lamb; they were attired in white robes, with palm branches in their hands.

10 и викаха с висок глас: Спасението е от нашия Бог, Който седи на престола, и от Агнеца!

In loud voice they cried, saying, salvation is due to our God, Who is seated on the throne, and to the Lamb!

11 И всички ангели стояха около престола и около старейшините и четирите живи същества; и паднаха на лицето си пред престола и се поклониха на Бога, като казваха:

And all the angels were standing round the throne and round the elders '> of the heavenly Sanhedrin] and the four living creatures, and they fell prostrate before the throne and worshiped God.

12 А мин! Благословение, слава и премъдрост, благодарност и почит, сила и могъщество на нашия Бог до вечни векове. Амин.

Amen! (So be it!) they cried. Blessing and glory and majesty and splendor and wisdom and thanks and honor and power and might to our God to the ages and ages (forever and ever, throughout the eternities of the eternities)! Amen! (So be it!)

13 Т огава един от старейшините проговори, като ми каза: Тези, облечени в бели дрехи, кои са и откъде са дошли?

Then, addressing me, one of the elders '> of the heavenly Sanhedrin] said, Who are these clothed in the long white robes? And from where have they come?

14 А з му отговорих: Господине, ти знаеш. А той ми каза: Това са онези, които излизат от голямата скръб; и са опрали дрехите си и са ги избелили в кръвта на Агнеца.

I replied, Sir, you know. And he said to me, These are they who have come out of the great tribulation (persecution), and have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.

15 З атова са пред престола на Бога и Му служат денем и нощем в Неговия храм; и Седящият на престола ще разпростре скинията Си върху тях.

For this reason they are before the throne of God and serve Him day and night in His sanctuary (temple); and He Who is sitting upon the throne will protect and spread His tabernacle over and shelter them with His presence.

16 Н яма да огладнеят вече, нито да ожаднеят вече, нито ще ги порази слънцето, нито някой пек;

They shall hunger no more, neither thirst any more; neither shall the sun smite them, nor any scorching heat.

17 з ащото Агнецът, Който е посред престола, ще им бъде пастир и ще ги изведе при извори с течащи води; и Бог ще обърше всяка сълза от очите им.

For the Lamb Who is in the midst of the throne will be their Shepherd, and He will guide them to the springs of the waters of life; and God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.
