1 П ри това Господнето слово дойде към Йеремия втори път, докато той беше още затворен в двора на стражата, и каза:

Moreover, the word of the Lord came to Jeremiah the second time, while he was still shut up in the court of the guard, saying,

2 Т ака казва Господ, Който държи тези неща, Господ, Който ги прави, за да ги утвърждава - Йехова е името Му:

Thus says the Lord Who made, the Lord Who formed it to establish it—the Lord is His name:

3 И звикай към Мен и ще ти отговоря, и ще ти покажа велики и тайни неща, които не знаеш.

Call to Me and I will answer you and show you great and mighty things, fenced in and hidden, which you do not know (do not distinguish and recognize, have knowledge of and understand).

4 З ащото така казва Господ, Израелевият Бог, за къщите на този град и за дворците на Юдейските царе, които са били разрушени, за да изградят защитата против могилите и против меча,

For thus says the Lord, the God of Israel, concerning the houses of this city and the houses of the kings of Judah which are torn down to make a defense against the siege mounds and before the sword:

5 и за онези, които идват да воюват против халдейците и да напълнят тези къщи с труповете на хората, които Аз ще поразя в гнева и яростта Си, поради всички злини, за които скрих лицето Си от този град:

They are coming in to fight against the Chaldeans, and they will be filled with the dead bodies of men whom I shall slay in My anger and My wrath; for I have hidden My face from this city because of all their wickedness.

6 Е то, ще донеса в него здраве и изцеление и ще ги изцеля, и ще им открия изобилие на мир и вярност.

Behold, I will lay upon it health and healing, and I will cure them and will reveal to them the abundance of peace (prosperity, security, stability) and truth.

7 Щ е върна Юдовите пленници и Израелевите пленници и ще ги съградя, както преди;

And I will cause the captivity of Judah and the captivity of Israel to be reversed and will rebuild them as they were at first.

8 щ е ги очистя от цялото беззаконие, с което съгрешиха пред Мен и с което престъпиха закона Ми,

And I will cleanse them from all the guilt and iniquity by which they have sinned against Me, and I will forgive all their guilt and iniquities by which they have sinned and rebelled against Me.

9 и този град ще Ми бъде град, чието име да се споменава с радост, с хвала и слава пред всички народи по света, които ще чуят цялото добро, което им правя Аз, и ще се убоят и ще се разтреперят за цялото добро и за целия мир, който ще му доставя.

And shall be to Me a name of joy, a praise and a glory before all the nations of the earth that hear of all the good I do for it, and they shall fear and tremble because of all the good and all the peace, prosperity, security, and stability I provide for it.

10 Т ака казва Господ: В това място, за което вие казвате: Пусто е, без човек и без животно, - да! - в Юдейските градове и в йерусалимските улици, които са пусти, без човек, без жител и без животно, пак ще се чуе

Thus says the Lord: Yet again there shall be heard in this place of which you say, It is a desolate waste, without man and without beast—even in the cities of Judah and in the streets of Jerusalem that are desolate, without man and without inhabitant and without beast—

11 г лас на радост и глас на веселие, глас на младоженец и глас на невяста, глас на онези, които казват: Хвалете Господа на Силите, защото Господ е благ, защото Неговата милост е довека, и глас на онези, които принасят благодарствени приноси в дома Господен, защото ще върна пленниците, взети от тази земя, както са били преди това, казва Господ.

the voice of joy and the voice of gladness, the voice of the bridegroom and the voice of the bride, the voices of those who sing as they bring sacrifices of thanksgiving into the house of the Lord, Give praise and thanks to the Lord of hosts, for the Lord is good; for His mercy and kindness and steadfast love endure forever! For I will cause the captivity of the land to be reversed and return to be as it was at first, says the Lord.

12 Т ака казва Господ на Силите: В това място, което е пусто, без човек и без животно, и във всичките му градове пак ще има жилища на овчари, които ще успокояват стадата си.

Thus says the Lord of hosts: In this place which is desolate, without man and without beast, and in all its cities, there shall again be dwellings and pastures of shepherds resting their flocks.

13 В планинските и в полските градове, в южните градове и във Вениаминовата земя, в околностите на Йерусалим и в Юдовите градове пак ще минават стадата под ръката на онези, които ги броят, казва Господ.

In the cities of the hill country, in the cities of the lowland, in the cities of the South (the Negeb), in the land of Benjamin, in the places around Jerusalem, and in the cities of Judah shall flocks pass again under the hands of him who counts them, says the Lord.

14 Е то, идат дни, казва Господ, когато ще изпълня онова добро слово, което говорих за Израелевия дом и за Юдовия дом.

Behold, the days are coming, says the Lord, when I will fulfill the good promise I have made to the house of Israel and the house of Judah.

15 В онези дни и в онова време ще направя да израсте на Давид праведен Отрасъл; и той ще извърши правосъдие и правда на земята.

In those days and at that time will I cause a righteous Branch to grow up to David; and He shall execute justice and righteousness in the land.

16 В онези дни Юда ще бъде спасен и Йерусалим ще обитава в безопасност; и ето името, с което ще се нарича: Господ е наша правда.

In those days Judah shall be saved and Jerusalem shall dwell safely. And this is the name by which it will be called, The Lord is Our Righteousness (our Rightness, our Justice).

17 З ащото така казва Господ: Никога няма да липсва от Давид човек, който да стои на престола на Израелевия дом;

For thus says the Lord: David shall never fail a man to sit on the throne of the house of Israel,

18 н ито от левитските свещеници ще липсва пред Мене човек, който да принася всеизгаряния и да гори хлебни приноси, и да жертва непрестанно.

Nor shall the Levitical priests fail a man to offer burnt offerings before Me and to burn cereal offerings and to make sacrifices continually (all day long).

19 И словото Господне дойде към Йеремия и каза:

And the word of the Lord came to Jeremiah, saying,

20 Т ака казва Господ: Ако ви е възможно да нарушите завета Ми за деня и завета ми за нощта, така че да не става вече ден и нощ на времето си,

Thus says the Lord: If you can break My covenant with the day, and My covenant with the night, so that there should not be day and night in their season,

21 т огава ще може да се наруши и заветът Ми със слугата Ми Давид, така че да няма син да царува на престола му, и заветът Ми със служителите Ми - левитските свещеници.

Then can also My covenant be broken with David My servant, so that he shall not have a son to reign upon his throne, and with the Levitical priests, My ministers.

22 К акто не може да се изброи небесното множество, нито да се измери морският пясък, така ще умножавам потомството на слугата Ми Давид и левитите, които Ми служат.

As the host of the heavens cannot be numbered nor the sand of the sea be measured, so will I multiply the offspring of David My servant and the Levites who minister to Me.

23 С ловото Господне дойде отново към Йеремия и каза:

Moreover, the word of the Lord came to Jeremiah, saying,

24 Н е си ли размислил какво говори този народ и какво казва: Двата рода, които Господ избра, ето, отхвърлил ли ги е? Така презират те народа Ми, че да не се смятат вече за народ пред тях.

Have you not noticed that these people are saying, The Lord has cast off the two families which He chose? Thus My people have despised, so that they are no more a nation in their sight.

25 Т ака казва Господ: Ако не съм поставил завета Си за деня и нощта и ако не съм определил наредбите за небето и земята,

Thus says the Lord: If My covenant with day and night does not stand, and if I have not appointed the ordinances of the heavens and the earth,

26 т огава ще отхвърля и потомството на Яков и на слугата Си Давид, така че да не вземам от него хора да управляват потомството на Авраам, Исаак и Яков; защото ще върна пленниците им и ще покажа милост към тях.

Then will I also cast away the descendants of Jacob and David My servant and will not choose one of his offspring to be ruler over the descendants of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. For I will cause their captivity to be reversed, and I will have mercy, kindness, and steadfast love on and for them.
