1 В от родословие потомков Адама. Когда Бог сотворил человека, Он создал его по подобию Божьему.

¶ This is the book of the descendants of Adam. In the day that God created man, he made him in the likeness of God;

2 О н сотворил мужчину и женщину и благословил их. Когда они были сотворены, Он назвал их «человек ».

male and female created he them and blessed them and called their name Man, in the day when they were created.

3 К огда Адам прожил 130 лет, у него родился сын по его подобию, по его образу, и он назвал его Сиф.

And Adam lived one hundred and thirty years and begat a son in his own likeness, after his image, and called his name Seth:

4 П осле рождения Сифа Адам жил 800 лет, и у него были еще сыновья и дочери.

And the days of Adam after he had begotten Seth were eight hundred years, and he begat sons and daughters;

5 В сего Адам жил 930 лет и умер.

and all the days that Adam lived were nine hundred and thirty years, and he died.

6 К огда Сиф прожил 105 лет, у него родился Енос.

¶ And Seth lived one hundred and five years and begat Enos.

7 П осле рождения Еноса Сиф жил 807 лет, и у него были еще сыновья и дочери.

And Seth lived after he begat Enos eight hundred and seven years and begat sons and daughters;

8 В сего Сиф жил 912 лет и умер.

and all the days of Seth were nine hundred and twelve years, and he died.

9 К огда Енос прожил 90 лет, у него родился Каинан.

And Enos lived ninety years and begat Cainan,

10 П осле рождения Каинана Енос жил 815 лет, и у него были еще сыновья и дочери.

and Enos lived after he begat Cainan eight hundred and fifteen years and begat sons and daughters;

11 В сего Енос жил 905 лет и умер.

and all the days of Enos were nine hundred and five years, and he died.

12 К огда Каинан прожил 70 лет, у него родился Малелеил.

And Cainan lived seventy years and begat Mahalaleel;

13 П осле рождения Малелеила Каинан жил 840 лет, и у него были еще сыновья и дочери.

and Cainan lived after he begat Mahalaleel eight hundred and forty years and begat sons and daughters;

14 В сего Каинан жил 910 лет и умер.

and all the days of Cainan were nine hundred and ten years, and he died.

15 К огда Малелеил прожил 65 лет, у него родился Иаред.

And Mahalaleel lived sixty-five years and begat Jared;

16 П осле рождения Иареда Малелеил жил 830 лет, и у него были еще сыновья и дочери.

and Mahalaleel lived after he begat Jared eight hundred and thirty years and begat sons and daughters;

17 В сего Малелеил жил 895 лет и умер.

and all the days of Mahalaleel were eight hundred ninety-five years and he died.

18 К огда Иаред прожил 162 года, у него родился Енох.

And Jared lived one hundred sixty-two years and he begat Enoch;

19 П осле рождения Еноха Иаред жил 800 лет, и у него были еще сыновья и дочери.

and Jared lived after he begat Enoch eight hundred years and begat sons and daughters;

20 В сего Иаред жил 962 года и умер.

and all the days of Jared were nine hundred sixty-two years, and he died.

21 К огда Енох прожил 65 лет, у него родился Мафусал.

¶ And Enoch lived sixty-five years and begat Methuselah;

22 П осле рождения Мафусала Енох ходил с Богом 300 лет, и у него были еще сыновья и дочери.

And Enoch walked with God after he begat Methuselah three hundred years and begat sons and daughters;

23 Е нох дожил до 365 лет.

and all the days of Enoch were three hundred sixty-five years.

24 Е нох ходил с Богом, потом его не стало, потому что Бог взял его.

And Enoch walked with God; and he was not, for God took him.

25 К огда Мафусал прожил 187 лет, у него родился Ламех.

¶ And Methuselah lived one hundred eighty-seven years, and begat Lamech;

26 П осле рождения Ламеха Мафусал жил 782 года, и у него были еще сыновья и дочери.

and Methuselah lived after he begat Lamech seven hundred eighty-two years and begat sons and daughters;

27 В сего Мафусал жил 969 лет и умер.

and all the days of Methuselah were nine hundred sixty-nine years, and he died.

28 К огда Ламех прожил 182 года, у него родился сын.

¶ And Lamech lived one hundred eighty-two years and begat a son;

29 О н назвал его Ной и сказал: «Он утешит нас в работе, в тяжком труде рук наших, на земле проклятой Господом ».

and he called his name Noah, saying, This same shall comfort us concerning our work and toil of our hands because of the ground which the LORD has cursed.

30 П осле рождения Ноя Ламех жил 595 лет, и у него были еще сыновья и дочери.

And Lamech lived after he begat Noah five hundred ninety-five years and begat sons and daughters;

31 В сего Ламех жил 777 лет и умер.

and all the days of Lamech were seven hundred seventy-seven years, and he died.

32 К огда Ною исполнилось 500 лет, у него родились Сим, Хам и Иафет.

And Noah was five hundred years old; and Noah begat Shem, Ham, and Japheth.
