1 Г осподи, как много стало у меня врагов! Как много тех, кто поднимается против меня!

¶ LORD, how are they increased that trouble me! Many are they that rise up against me.

2 М ногие говорят обо мне: «Бог его не спасет». Пауза

There are many who say of my soul, There is no help for him in God. Selah.

3 Н о Ты, Господи, щит мне; Ты – слава моя и возносишь голову мою.

But thou, O LORD, art a shield for me; my glory and the lifter up of my head.

4 Я взываю к Господу, и Он отвечает мне со Своей святой горы. Пауза

¶ I cried unto the LORD with my voice, and he answered me out of the mountain of his holiness. Selah.

5 Л ожусь я и сплю, и пробуждаюсь опять, ведь Господь поддерживает меня.

I laid me down and slept; I awaked, for the LORD sustained me.

6 Н е устрашусь я десятков тысяч, со всех сторон меня обступивших.

I will not be afraid of ten thousands of people that have set themselves against me round about.

7 Г осподи, восстань! Помоги мне, мой Бог! Порази всех врагов моих в челюсть, сокруши нечестивым зубы.

Arise, O LORD; save me, O my God, for thou hast smitten all mine enemies upon the jawbone; thou hast broken the teeth of the ungodly.

8 С пасение – от Господа. Да будет благословение Твое на народе Твоем! Пауза

Salvation belongs unto the LORD; thy blessing shall be upon thy people. Selah.
