1 O h Jehová, cuánto se han multiplicado mis adversarios! Muchos son los que se levantan contra mí.

¶ LORD, how are they increased that trouble me! Many are they that rise up against me.

2 M uchos son los que dicen de mí: No hay para él salvación en Dios. Selah

There are many who say of my soul, There is no help for him in God. Selah.

3 M as tú, Jehová, eres escudo alrededor de mí; Mi gloria, y el que levanta mi cabeza.

But thou, O LORD, art a shield for me; my glory and the lifter up of my head.

4 C on mi voz clamé a Jehová, Y él me respondió desde su monte santo. Selah

¶ I cried unto the LORD with my voice, and he answered me out of the mountain of his holiness. Selah.

5 Y o me acosté y dormí, Y desperté, porque Jehová me sustentaba.

I laid me down and slept; I awaked, for the LORD sustained me.

6 N o temeré a diez millares de gente, Que pusieren sitio contra mí.

I will not be afraid of ten thousands of people that have set themselves against me round about.

7 L evántate, Jehová; sálvame, Dios mío; Porque tú heriste a todos mis enemigos en la mejilla; Los dientes de los perversos quebrantaste.

Arise, O LORD; save me, O my God, for thou hast smitten all mine enemies upon the jawbone; thou hast broken the teeth of the ungodly.

8 L a salvación es de Jehová; Sobre tu pueblo sea tu bendición. Selah

Salvation belongs unto the LORD; thy blessing shall be upon thy people. Selah.
