1 Н икто с раздавленными яичками или отрезанным детородным органом не может войти в общину Господа.

He who is emasculated by crushing or cutting shall not enter into Yahweh’s assembly.

2 Н икто рожденный от незаконного брака и никто из его потомков – даже до десятого поколения – не может войти в общество Господа.

A person born of a forbidden union shall not enter into Yahweh’s assembly; even to the tenth generation shall no one of his enter into Yahweh’s assembly.

3 Н икакой аммонитянин или моавитянин и никто из их потомков – даже до десятого поколения – не может войти в общество Господа.

An Ammonite or a Moabite shall not enter into Yahweh’s assembly; even to the tenth generation shall no one belonging to them enter into Yahweh’s assembly forever;

4 В едь они не вышли встречать вас с хлебом и водой на вашем пути, когда вы вышли из Египта. И еще они наняли Валаама, сына Беора из Пефора в Араме Нахараим, чтобы проклясть тебя.

because they didn’t meet you with bread and with water on the way, when you came out of Egypt, and because they hired against you Balaam the son of Beor from Pethor of Mesopotamia, to curse you.

5 Н о Господь, твой Бог, не послушал Валаама и превратил для тебя проклятие в благословение, потому что Господь, твой Бог, любит тебя.

Nevertheless Yahweh your God wouldn’t listen to Balaam; but Yahweh your God turned the curse into a blessing to you, because Yahweh your God loved you.

6 Н е ищи с ними дружеского союза, пока ты жив.

You shall not seek their peace nor their prosperity all your days forever.

7 Н о не гнушайся эдомитянина, ведь он твой брат. Не гнушайся египтянина, потому что ты жил чужеземцем в его стране.

You shall not abhor an Edomite; for he is your brother. You shall not abhor an Egyptian, because you lived as a foreigner in his land.

8 Д ети, которые родятся у них, в третьем поколении могут войти в общество Господа. Нечистота в лагере

The children of the third generation who are born to them may enter into Yahweh’s assembly.

9 К огда ты расположишься лагерем против своих врагов, берегись всего нечистого.

When you go out and camp against your enemies, then you shall keep yourselves from every evil thing.

10 Е сли один из твоих мужчин станет нечист от случившегося ему ночью, он должен выйти за пределы лагеря и оставаться там.

If there is among you any man who is not clean by reason of that which happens him by night, then shall he go outside of the camp. He shall not come within the camp;

11 Н о с приближением вечера он должен вымыться и на закате может вернуться в лагерь.

but it shall be, when evening comes, he shall bathe himself in water. When the sun is down, he shall come within the camp.

12 В ыбери место за пределами лагеря, куда будешь ходить облегчаться.

You shall have a place also outside of the camp where you go relieve yourself.

13 П усть в твоем снаряжении будет орудие, которым можно копать, и когда облегчишься, выкопай ямку и зарой испражнения.

You shall have a trowel among your weapons. It shall be, when you relieve yourself, you shall dig with it, and shall turn back and cover your excrement;

14 В едь Господь, твой Бог, ходит по твоему лагерю, чтобы защищать тебя и отдавать тебе твоих врагов. Твой лагерь должен быть свят, чтобы Он не увидел среди тебя что-нибудь непристойное и не отвернулся от тебя. Различные законы

for Yahweh your God walks in the middle of your camp, to deliver you, and to give up your enemies before you. Therefore your camp shall be holy, that he may not see an unclean thing in you, and turn away from you.

15 Е сли раб ищет у тебя убежища, не передавай его господину.

You shall not deliver to his master a servant who has escaped from his master to you.

16 П усть он живет у тебя там, где ему понравится, в городе, который выберет. Не притесняй его.

He shall dwell with you, among you, in the place which he shall choose within one of your gates, where it pleases him best. You shall not oppress him.

17 Н и одна израильтянка не должна становиться храмовой блудницей, и ни один израильтянин не должен быть храмовым блудником.

There shall be no prostitute of the daughters of Israel, neither shall there be a sodomite of the sons of Israel.

18 Н е вноси платы блудницы или блудника в дом Господа, твоего Бога, чтобы исполнить какой бы то ни было обет, потому что Господу, твоему Богу, отвратительны они оба.

You shall not bring the hire of a prostitute, or the wages of a male prostitute, into the house of Yahweh your God for any vow; for both of these are an abomination to Yahweh your God.

19 Н е давай в долг под проценты своему брату ни денег, ни пищи, ни чего-либо другого, что можно дать в долг под проценты.

You shall not lend on interest to your brother; interest of money, interest of food, interest of anything that is lent on interest.

20 Т ы можешь давать в долг под проценты чужеземцу, но не своему брату, чтобы Господь, твой Бог, благословил тебя во всем, что делается твоими руками в земле, куда ты вступаешь, чтобы завладеть ею.

You may lend on interest to a foreigner; but to your brother you shall not lend on interest, that Yahweh your God may bless you in all that you put your hand to, in the land where you go in to possess it.

21 Е сли ты дашь обет Господу, твоему Богу, не медли исполнить его, потому что Господь, твой Бог, непременно потребует от тебя его исполнения, и на тебе будет грех.

When you vow a vow to Yahweh your God, you shall not be slack to pay it; for Yahweh your God will surely require it of you; and it would be sin in you.

22 Н о если ты удержишься от обета, то не будешь виновен.

But if you refrain from making a vow, it shall be no sin in you.

23 В се, что бы ты ни сказал, непременно должно быть исполнено, потому что ты добровольно дал обет Господу, твоему Богу, своими устами.

You shall observe and do that which has gone out of your lips. Whatever you have vowed to Yahweh your God as a freewill offering, which you have promised with your mouth, you must do.

24 Е сли ты войдешь в чужой виноградник – можешь есть его плоды досыта, сколько захочешь, но ничего не клади в корзину.

When you come into your neighbor’s vineyard, then you may eat of grapes your fill at your own pleasure; but you shall not put any in your container.

25 Е сли придешь на жатву другого человека – можешь собирать колосья руками, но не заноси серпа на его жатву.

When you come into your neighbor’s standing grain, then you may pluck the ears with your hand; but you shall not move a sickle to your neighbor’s standing grain.
