1 T hen from Jerusalem came scribes and Pharisees and said,

Затем пришли к Иисусу из Иерусалима фарисеи и учители Закона и сказали:

2 W hy do Your disciples transgress and violate the rules handed down by the elders of the past? For they do not practice washing their hands before they eat.

– Почему Твои ученики нарушают предания наших предков? Они не омывают рук перед едой!

3 H e replied to them, And why also do you transgress and violate the commandment of God for the sake of the rules handed down to you by your forefathers (the elders)?

Иисус ответил: – А почему вы ради соблюдения своего обычая нарушаете заповедь Божью?

4 F or God commanded, Honor your father and your mother, and, He who curses or reviles or speaks evil of or abuses or treats improperly his father or mother, let him surely come to his end by death.

Ведь Бог сказал: «Почитай отца и мать», и «Кто злословит отца или мать, тот должен быть предан смерти».

5 B ut you say, If anyone tells his father or mother, What you would have gained from me is already dedicated as a gift to God, then he is exempt and no longer under obligation to honor and help his father or his mother.

Вы же говорите: если кто скажет своим родителям: «То, что я мог бы отдать вам, я пожертвовал Богу »,

6 S o for the sake of your tradition (the rules handed down by your forefathers), you have set aside the Word of God.

то ему уже не обязательно помогать отцу. Тем самым вы ради своего обычая отменяете заповедь Божью.

7 Y ou pretenders (hypocrites)! Admirably and truly did Isaiah prophesy of you when he said:

Лицемеры! Прав был Исаия, когда пророчествовал о вас:

8 T hese people draw near Me with their mouths and honor Me with their lips, but their hearts hold off and are far away from Me.

«Этот народ чтит Меня губами, но их сердца далеки от Меня.

9 U selessly do they worship Me, for they teach as doctrines the commands of men.

Они поклоняются Мне впустую, и их учение состоит из человеческих предписаний».

10 A nd Jesus called the people to Him and said to them, Listen and grasp and comprehend this:

Он подозвал к Себе народ и сказал: – Выслушайте и постарайтесь понять.

11 I t is not what goes into the mouth of a man that makes him unclean and defiled, but what comes out of the mouth; this makes a man unclean and defiles.

Не то, что входит в человека через рот, делает его нечистым; нечистым делает его то, что исходит из его уст.

12 T hen the disciples came and said to Him, Do You know that the Pharisees were displeased and offended and indignant when they heard this saying?

Позже ученики сказали Иисусу: – Ты знаешь, что Твои слова обидели фарисеев?

13 H e answered, Every plant which My heavenly Father has not planted will be torn up by the roots.

Иисус ответил: – Каждое растение, посаженное не Моим Небесным Отцом, будет вырвано с корнем.

14 L et them alone and disregard them; they are blind guides and teachers. And if a blind man leads a blind man, both will fall into a ditch.

Оставьте их, они слепые поводыри слепых. А если слепой поведет слепого, то оба упадут в яму.

15 B ut Peter said to Him, Explain this proverb (this maxim) to us.

Петр же попросил: – Объясни нам эту притчу.

16 A nd He said, Are you also even yet dull and ignorant '> unable to put things together]?

– Так и вы тоже до сих пор не понимаете? – спросил Иисус. –

17 D o you not see and understand that whatever goes into the mouth passes into the abdomen and so passes on into the place where discharges are deposited?

Неужели вы не понимаете, что все, что входит в человека через рот, проходит через желудок, а потом выходит вон?

18 B ut whatever comes out of the mouth comes from the heart, and this is what makes a man unclean and defiles.

Но то, что исходит из уст, исходит из сердца, это и оскверняет человека.

19 F or out of the heart come evil thoughts (reasonings and disputings and designs) such as murder, adultery, sexual vice, theft, false witnessing, slander, and irreverent speech.

Потому что из сердца исходят злые мысли, убийства, супружеская неверность, разврат, воровство, лжесвидетельство, клевета.

20 T hese are what make a man unclean and defile; but eating with unwashed hands does not make him unclean or defile.

Именно это оскверняет человека, а не то, что он не омывает рук перед едой. Вера хананеянки (Мк. 7: 24-30)

21 A nd going away from there, Jesus withdrew to the district of Tyre and Sidon.

Покинув это место, Иисус отправился в окрестности Тира и Сидона.

22 A nd behold, a woman who was a Canaanite from that district came out and, with a cry, begged, Have mercy on me, O Lord, Son of David! My daughter is miserably and distressingly and cruelly possessed by a demon!

Там к Нему с плачем подошла местная женщина-хананеянка и стала кричать: – Господи, Сын Давидов, сжалься надо мной! Моя дочь одержима демоном и ужасно мучается!

23 B ut He did not answer her a word. And His disciples came and implored Him, saying, Send her away, for she is crying out after us.

Иисус не отвечал ей ни слова. Тогда Его ученики стали просить: – Отошли ее, а то она идет за нами и кричит.

24 H e answered, I was sent only to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.

Иисус сказал женщине: – Я послан только к заблудшим овцам Израиля.

25 B ut she came and, kneeling, worshiped Him and kept praying, Lord, help me!

Женщина подошла и поклонилась Ему: – Господи, помоги мне!

26 A nd He answered, It is not right (proper, becoming, or fair) to take the children’s bread and throw it to the little dogs.

Иисус ответил: – Нехорошо будет забрать хлеб у детей и бросить собачкам.

27 S he said, Yes, Lord, yet even the little pups ( little whelps) eat the crumbs that fall from their masters’ table.

– Да, Господи, – ответила женщина, – но ведь и собачки едят крошки, которые падают со стола хозяев.

28 T hen Jesus answered her, O woman, great is your faith! Be it done for you as you wish. And her daughter was cured from that moment.

Тогда Иисус сказал ей: – Женщина, у тебя великая вера! Пусть будет так, как ты хочешь. И в тот же час ее дочь исцелилась. Народ восхваляет Бога за исцеления (Мк. 7: 31-37)

29 A nd Jesus went on from there and passed along the shore of the Sea of Galilee. Then He went up into the hills and kept sitting there.

Иисус ушел оттуда и пошел вдоль Галилейского озера. В одном месте Он поднялся на склон горы и сел там.

30 A nd a great multitude came to Him, bringing with them the lame, the maimed, the blind, the dumb, and many others, and they put them down at His feet; and He cured them,

К Нему пришло множество людей, среди которых были хромые, слепые, калеки, немые и многие другие больные. Этих несчастных клали к ногам Иисуса, и Он исцелял их.

31 S o that the crowd was amazed when they saw the dumb speaking, the maimed made whole, the lame walking, and the blind seeing; and they recognized and praised and thanked and glorified the God of Israel.

Люди удивлялись и славили Бога Израиля, когда видели немых говорящими, калек здоровыми, хромых ходящими и слепых зрячими. Насыщение четырех тысяч человек (Мк. 8: 1-10)

32 T hen Jesus called His disciples to Him and said, I have pity and sympathy and am deeply moved for the crowd, because they have been with Me now three days and they have nothing to eat; and I am not willing to send them away hungry, lest they faint or become exhausted on the way.

Иисус подозвал Своих учеников и сказал: – Мне жалко этих людей, они со Мной вот уже три дня, и у них не осталось еды. Я не хочу отпускать их голодными, ведь они могут ослабеть в дороге.

33 A nd the disciples said to Him, Where are we to get bread sufficient to feed so great a crowd in this isolated and desert place?

Ученики Его ответили: – Где же мы возьмем здесь, в этой пустыне, столько хлеба, чтобы хватило на все это множество людей?

34 A nd Jesus asked them, How many loaves of bread do you have? They replied, Seven, and a few small fish.

– Сколько у вас есть хлебов? – спросил Иисус. – Семь хлебов и несколько рыбок, – ответили они.

35 A nd ordering the crowd to recline on the ground,

Иисус велел людям возлечь на землю.

36 H e took the seven loaves and the fish, and when He had given thanks, He broke them and gave them to the disciples, and the disciples gave them to the people.

Затем Он взял семь хлебов и рыбу, и, поблагодарив за них Бога, стал разламывать на куски, передавая ученикам, а те, в свою очередь, – народу.

37 A nd they all ate and were satisfied. And they gathered up seven '> large provision] baskets full of the broken pieces that were left over.

Все ели и насытились, и еще набралось семь полных корзин остатков.

38 T hose who ate were 4, 000 men, not including the women and the children.

Всего ело четыре тысячи одних только мужчин, не считая женщин и детей.

39 T hen He dismissed the crowds, got into the boat, and went to the district of Magadan.

Отпустив народ, Иисус сел в лодку и отправился в окрестности Магадана.
