1 I n You, O Lord, do I put my trust and seek refuge; let me never be put to shame or disappointed; deliver me in Your righteousness!

У Тебя, Господи, я ищу прибежище. Не дай мне быть постыженным никогда; по Своей праведности спаси меня!

2 B ow down Your ear to me, deliver me speedily! Be my Rock of refuge, a strong Fortress to save me!

Услышь меня и поспеши избавить. Будь мне скалой и прибежищем, надежной крепостью, чтобы меня спасти в ней.

3 Y es, You are my Rock and my Fortress; therefore for Your name’s sake lead me and guide me.

Ты моя скала и крепость; ради Имени Своего веди меня и направляй.

4 D raw me out of the net that they have laid secretly for me, for You are my Strength and my Stronghold.

Высвободи меня из сети, которую расставили для меня, ведь Ты мое прибежище.

5 I nto Your hands I commit my spirit; You have redeemed me, O Lord, the God of truth and faithfulness.

В Твои руки я отдаю мой дух; избавь меня, Господи, Боже истины.

6 I abhor those who pay regard to vain idols; but I trust in, rely on, and confidently lean on the Lord.

Ненавижу тех, кто ничтожных идолов чтит, я на Господа уповаю.

7 I will be glad and rejoice in Your mercy and steadfast love, because You have seen my affliction, You have taken note of my life’s distresses,

Я возрадуюсь и возликую о Твоей милости, потому что Ты горе мое увидел и узнал о скорби моей души.

8 A nd You have not given me into the hand of the enemy; You have set my feet in a broad place.

Ты не отдал меня врагу, но поставил меня на просторном месте.

9 H ave mercy and be gracious unto me, O Lord, for I am in trouble; with grief my eye is weakened, also my inner self and my body.

Мне трудно, Господи! Помилуй меня! Ослабли от скорби мои глаза, душа моя и тело мое.

10 F or my life is spent with sorrow and my years with sighing; my strength has failed because of my iniquity, and even my bones have wasted away.

В скорби кончается моя жизнь и годы мои в стенаниях. Сила моя иссякла из-за моих грехов, и кости мои иссохли.

11 T o all my enemies I have become a reproach, but especially to my neighbors, and a dread to my acquaintances, who flee from me on the street.

Из-за cвоих врагов я в презрении у соседей, поношением стал я для моих друзей, кто увидит меня на улице – убегает.

12 I am forgotten like a dead man, and out of mind; like a broken vessel am I.

Я забыт ими, словно мертвый; я – как сосуд разбитый.

13 F or I have heard the slander of many; terror is on every side! While they schemed together against me, they plotted to take my life.

Слышу я клевету от многих; ужас со всех сторон. Они сговариваются против меня: замышляют отнять у меня жизнь.

14 B ut I trusted in, relied on, and was confident in You, O Lord; I said, You are my God.

На Тебя, Господи, надеюсь! Я говорю: «Ты мой Бог!»

15 M y times are in Your hands; deliver me from the hands of my foes and those who pursue me and persecute me.

В Твоей руке мои дни; избавь меня от врагов и от тех, кто меня преследует.

16 L et Your face shine on Your servant; save me for Your mercy’s sake and in Your loving-kindness.

Пусть сияет Твое лицо над Твоим слугой, спаси меня по верной Своей милости.

17 L et me not be put to shame, O Lord, or disappointed, for I am calling upon You; let the wicked be put to shame, let them be silent in Sheol (the place of the dead).

Пусть не постыжусь я, Господи, что взываю к Тебе. Пусть нечестивые постыдятся и, онемев, сойдут в мир мертвых.

18 L et the lying lips be silenced, which speak insolently against the righteous with pride and contempt.

Пусть умолкнут их лживые уста, что дерзко говорят о праведных с гордыней и презрением.

19 O h, how great is Your goodness, which You have laid up for those who fear, revere, and worship You, goodness which You have wrought for those who trust and take refuge in You before the sons of men!

Как велика Твоя благость, которую хранишь Ты для тех, кто Тебя боится, которую даришь у всех на глазах тем, кто в Тебе прибежища ищет.

20 I n the secret place of Your presence You hide them from the plots of men; You keep them secretly in Your pavilion from the strife of tongues.

Ты скрываешь их пологом Своего присутствия от козней людских. Ты охраняешь их в Своем жилище от языков сварливых.

21 B lessed be the Lord! For He has shown me His marvelous loving favor when I was beset as in a besieged city.

Благословен будь, Господи, Который явил мне чудесную милость Свою, когда я был в городе осажденном.

22 A s for me, I said in my haste and alarm, I am cut off from before Your eyes. But You heard the voice of my supplications when I cried to You for aid.

В своем смятении я сказал: «Я изгнан от Твоих очей!» Но Ты услышал мой крик о милости, когда к Тебе я взывал.

23 O love the Lord, all you His saints! The Lord preserves the faithful, and plentifully pays back him who deals haughtily.

Любите Господа, все святые Его! Господь хранит верных, но сполна воздает надменным.

24 B e strong and let your heart take courage, all you who wait for and hope for and expect the Lord!

Мужайтесь и сердце свое укрепите, все надеющиеся на Господа.
