1 L et God arise, let his enemies be scattered; Let them also that hate him flee before him.

Да восстанет Бог, да рассеет Своих врагов; да побегут от Его лица ненавистники Его!

2 A s smoke is driven away, so drive them away: As wax melteth before the fire, So let the wicked perish at the presence of God.

Подобно тому, как развеивается дым, развей их! Как тает воск от огня, пусть пропадут нечестивые от лица Божьего.

3 B ut let the righteous be glad; let them exult before God: Yea, let them rejoice with gladness.

А праведные пусть возрадуются, пусть веселятся перед лицом Бога и ликуют от радости.

4 S ing unto God, sing praises to his name: Cast up a highway for him that rideth through the deserts; His name is Jehovah; and exult ye before him.

Пойте Богу! Воспевайте Его Имя! Воспойте Того, Кто шествует на облаках! Господь – Имя Его; радуйтесь же пред лицом Его!

5 A father of the fatherless, and a judge of the widows, Is God in his holy habitation.

Отец сирот и защитник вдов – Бог в святом жилище Своем.

6 G od setteth the solitary in families: He bringeth out the prisoners into prosperity; But the rebellious dwell in a parched land.

Бог дает одиноким дом, выводит узников в преуспевание, а непокорные живут на иссохшей земле.

7 O God, when thou wentest forth before thy people, When thou didst march through the wilderness; Selah

Боже, когда Ты шел пред Cвоим народом и шествовал по пустыне, Пауза

8 T he earth trembled, The heavens also dropped rain at the presence of God: Yon Sinai trembled at the presence of God, the God of Israel.

земля сотрясалась – даже небеса таяли перед Богом, явившемся на Синае, – перед Богом, Богом Израиля.

9 T hou, O God, didst send a plentiful rain, Thou didst confirm thine inheritance, when it was weary.

Обильным дождем поливал Ты, Боже, Свое наследие – землю Свою. Когда она истощалась, Ты делал ее стойкой.

10 T hy congregation dwelt therein: Thou, O God, didst prepare of thy goodness for the poor.

Народ Твой поселился в ней; по доброте Своей, Боже, Ты бедному помогал.

11 T he Lord giveth the word: The women that publish the tidings are a great host.

Владыка отдал приказ, и множество женщин разнесло добрые вести:

12 K ings of armies flee, they flee; And she that tarrieth at home divideth the spoil.

«Цари войск обращаются в бегство, а обитающая дома делит добычу.

13 W hen ye lie among the sheepfolds, It is as the wings of a dove covered with silver, And her pinions with yellow gold.

Даже если вы остались у домашнего очага, вы будете подобны голубице, чьи крылья покрыты серебром, а перья – чистым золотом».

14 W hen the Almighty scattered kings therein, It was as when it snoweth in Zalmon.

Когда Всемогущий рассеял царей на этой земле, то это было подобно снегу, выпавшему на горе Цалмон.

15 A mountain of God is the mountain of Bashan; A high mountain is the mountain of Bashan.

Гора величественная – гора Башанская; гора вершин – гора Башанская!

16 W hy look ye askance, ye high mountains, At the mountain which God hath desired for his abode? Yea, Jehovah will dwell in it for ever.

Вы горы высокие, к чему смотрите с завистью на гору, где Бог пожелал жить? Господь будет жить на ней вечно!

17 T he chariots of God are twenty thousand, even thousands upon thousands; The Lord is among them, as in Sinai, in the sanctuary.

Колесниц Божьих – десятки тысяч, тысячи тысяч. Владыка пришел с Синая в Свое святилище.

18 T hou hast ascended on high, thou hast led away captives; Thou hast received gifts among men, Yea, among the rebellious also, that Jehovah God might dwell with them.

Ты поднялся на высоту, пленил пленных, и взял дары у людей, даже у непокорных, чтобы Ты, о Господь Бог, мог обитать там.

19 B lessed be the Lord, who daily beareth our burden, Even the God who is our salvation. Selah

Благословен Владыка! Ежедневно Он возлагает на Себя наше бремя; Он – Бог, спасающий нас. Пауза

20 G od is unto us a God of deliverances; And unto Jehovah the Lord belongeth escape from death.

Бог для нас – Бог спасения, и у Господа Владыки избавление от смерти.

21 B ut God will smite through the head of his enemies, The hairy scalp of such a one as goeth on still in his guiltiness.

Да, Бог сокрушит голову Своих врагов, волосатую голову разгуливающего в своей виновности.

22 T he Lord said, I will bring again from Bashan, I will bring them again from the depths of the sea;

Владыка сказал: «Возвращу их с Башана, извлеку из глубины моря,

23 T hat thou mayest crush them, dipping thy foot in blood, That the tongue of thy dogs may have its portion from thine enemies.

чтобы ты окунул ноги свои, а твои псы – языки свои, в кровь твоих врагов».

24 T hey have seen thy goings, O God, Even the goings of my God, my King, into the sanctuary.

Увидели они шествие Твое, Боже – шествие моего Бога, Царя моего, в святилище.

25 T he singers went before, the minstrels followed after, In the midst of the damsels playing with timbrels.

Шли впереди поющие, позади – играющие на струнах, а в середине – девушки, бьющие в бубны.

26 B less ye God in the congregations, Even the Lord, ye that are of the fountain of Israel.

В собраниях славьте Бога, воздайте хвалу Господу в собрании Израиля.

27 T here is little Benjamin their ruler, The princes of Judah and their council, The princes of Zebulun, the princes of Naphtali.

Там самый малый род Вениамина ведет их, затем правители Иуды великим числом, а также правители Завулона и Неффалима.

28 T hy God hath commanded thy strength: Strengthen, O God, that which thou hast wrought for us.

Определил тебе Бог твой быть сильным. Яви нам силу Cвою, Боже, как Ты это делал раньше.

29 B ecause of thy temple at Jerusalem Kings shall bring presents unto thee.

Ради храма Твоего в Иерусалиме цари принесут Тебе дары.

30 R ebuke the wild beast of the reeds, The multitude of the bulls, with the calves of the peoples, Trampling under foot the pieces of silver: He hath scattered the peoples that delight in war.

Укроти зверя, затаившегося в камышах, стадо быков среди телят народов. Усмири их, чтобы они принесли Тебе свое серебро; рассей народы, которые желают войн.

31 P rinces shall come out of Egypt; Ethiopia shall haste to stretch out her hands unto God.

Приходят послы из Египта; Куш устремляет свои руки к Богу.

32 S ing unto God, ye kingdoms of the earth; Oh sing praises unto the Lord; Selah

Царства земли, пойте Богу! Воспевайте Владыку, Пауза

33 T o him that rideth upon the heaven of heavens, which are of old; Lo, he uttereth his voice, a mighty voice.

шествующему в высоте древних небес: Он издает голосом Своим голос силы.

34 A scribe ye strength unto God: His excellency is over Israel, And his strength is in the skies.

Признайте силу за Богом; над Израилем – величие Его, и могущество Его – в облаках.

35 O God, thou art terrible out of thy holy places: The God of Israel, he giveth strength and power unto his people. Blessed be God.

Грозен Ты, Боже, в Своем святилище, Бог Израиля, дающий могущество и силу народу. Благословен Бог!
