1 A nd bring thou near unto thee Aaron thy brother, and his sons with him, from among the children of Israel, that he may minister unto me in the priest's office, even Aaron, Nadab and Abihu, Eleazar and Ithamar, Aaron's sons.

– Позови своего брата Аарона с его сыновьями Надавом и Авиудом, Элеазаром и Итамаром. Отдели их от остальных израильтян, чтобы они служили Мне как священники.

2 A nd thou shalt make holy garments for Aaron thy brother, for glory and for beauty.

Сделай своему брату Аарону священные одеяния для славы и величия.

3 A nd thou shalt speak unto all that are wise-hearted, whom I have filled with the spirit of wisdom, that they make Aaron's garments to sanctify him, that he may minister unto me in the priest's office.

Вели мастерам, которым Я дал мудрость в таких делах, сделать одеяния для посвящения Аарона, чтобы он мог служить Мне как священник.

4 A nd these are the garments which they shall make: a breastplate, and an ephod, and a robe, and a coat of checker work, a mitre, and a girdle: and they shall make holy garments for Aaron thy brother, and his sons, that he may minister unto me in the priest's office.

Вот одежды, которые они должны сделать: нагрудник, эфод, верхнее одеяние, тканый халат, тюрбан и пояс. Делая эти священные одеяния, в которых твой брат Аарон и его сыновья будут служить Мне как священники,

5 A nd they shall take the gold, and the blue, and the purple, and the scarlet, and the fine linen.

пусть они берут золотые нити, голубую, пурпурную и алую пряжу и крученый лен. Эфод (Исх. 39: 2-7)

6 A nd they shall make the ephod of gold, of blue, and purple, scarlet, and fine twined linen, the work of the skilful workman.

– Пусть они сделают эфод искусной работы из золотой нити, из голубой, пурпурной и алой пряжи и крученого льна.

7 I t shall have two shoulder-pieces joined to the two ends thereof, that it may be joined together.

У эфода должно быть два наплечника, прикрепленных по двум углам, чтобы он застегивался.

8 A nd the skilfully woven band, which is upon it, wherewith to gird it on, shall be like the work thereof and of the same piece; of gold, of blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine twined linen.

Искусно сотканный пояс эфода должен быть подобен ему: из одного материала с эфодом и сделанный из золотой нити, из голубой, пурпурной и алой пряжи и крученого льна.

9 A nd thou shalt take two onyx stones, and grave on them the names of the children of Israel:

Возьми два оникса и вырежь на них имена сыновей Израиля

10 s ix of their names on the one stone, and the names of the six that remain on the other stone, according to their birth.

в порядке их рождения: шесть имен на одном камне и шесть других на другом.

11 W ith the work of an engraver in stone, like the engravings of a signet, shalt thou engrave the two stones, according to the names of the children of Israel: thou shalt make them to be inclosed in settings of gold.

Вырежь имена сыновей Израиля на двух камнях, как камнерез вырезает печать. Вставь камни в золотые филигранные оправы

12 A nd thou shalt put the two stones upon the shoulder-pieces of the ephod, to be stones of memorial for the children of Israel: and Aaron shall bear their names before Jehovah upon his two shoulders for a memorial.

и прикрепи их к наплечникам эфода как памятные камни для сыновей Израиля. Аарон будет носить имена на плечах как памятный знак перед Господом.

13 A nd thou shalt make settings of gold,

Сделай золотые филигранные оправы

14 a nd two chains of pure gold; like cords shalt thou make them, of wreathen work: and thou shalt put the wreathen chains on the settings.

и две цепочки из чистого золота, свитые подобно веревке. Прикрепи цепочки к оправам. Нагрудник (Исх. 39: 8-21)

15 A nd thou shalt make a breastplate of judgment, the work of the skilful workman; like the work of the ephod thou shalt make it; of gold, of blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine twined linen, shalt thou make it.

– Сделай судейский нагрудник искусной работы, подобно эфоду, из золотой нити, из голубой, пурпурной и алой пряжи и крученого льна.

16 F oursquare it shall be and double; a span shall be the length thereof, and a span the breadth thereof.

Пусть он будет квадратным, когда сложен вдвое: пядь в длину и пядь в ширину.

17 A nd thou shalt set in it settings of stones, four rows of stones: a row of sardius, topaz, and carbuncle shall be the first row;

Вставь в него четыре ряда драгоценных камней. В первом ряду пусть будут рубин, топаз и берилл;

18 a nd the second row an emerald, a sapphire, and a diamond;

во втором ряду – бирюза, сапфир и изумруд;

19 a nd the third row a jacinth, an agate, and an amethyst;

в третьем ряду – гиацинт, агат и аметист;

20 a nd the fourth row a beryl, and an onyx, and a jasper: they shall be inclosed in gold in their settings.

в четвертом ряду – хризолит, оникс и яшма. Вставь их в золотые филигранные оправы.

21 A nd the stones shall be according to the names of the children of Israel, twelve, according to their names; like the engravings of a signet, every one according to his name, they shall be for the twelve tribes.

Камней должно быть двенадцать – по одному на каждое из имен сыновей Израиля. На каждом камне, как на печати, должно быть вырезано имя одного из двенадцати родов.

22 A nd thou shalt make upon the breastplate chains like cords, of wreathen work of pure gold.

Для нагрудника сделай цепочки из чистого золота, свитые подобно веревке.

23 A nd thou shalt make upon the breastplate two rings of gold, and shalt put the two rings on the two ends of the breastplate.

Сделай для него два золотых кольца и прикрепи их к двум углам нагрудника.

24 A nd thou shalt put the two wreathen chains of gold in the two rings at the ends of the breastplate.

Прикрепи две золотые цепочки к кольцам на углах нагрудника,

25 A nd the other two ends of the two wreathen chains thou shalt put on the two settings, and put them on the shoulder-pieces of the ephod in the forepart thereof.

а другие концы цепочек – к двум оправам, присоединяя их к наплечникам эфода спереди.

26 A nd thou shalt make two rings of gold, and thou shalt put them upon the two ends of the breastplate, upon the edge thereof, which is toward the side of the ephod inward.

Сделай еще два золотых кольца и прикрепи их к двум другим углам нагрудника с внутренней стороны эфода.

27 A nd thou shalt make two rings of gold, and shalt put them on the two shoulder-pieces of the ephod underneath, in the forepart thereof, close by the coupling thereof, above the skilfully woven band of the ephod.

Сделай еще два золотых кольца и прикрепи их снизу к наплечникам эфода спереди, рядом со швом прямо над поясом эфода.

28 A nd they shall bind the breastplate by the rings thereof unto the rings of the ephod with a lace of blue, that it may be upon the skilfully woven band of the ephod, and that the breastplate be not loosed from the ephod.

Кольца нагрудника пусть будут привязаны к кольцам эфода голубым шнуром, соединяющим нагрудник с поясом, так, чтобы нагрудник не спадал с эфода.

29 A nd Aaron shall bear the names of the children of Israel in the breastplate of judgment upon his heart, when he goeth in unto the holy place, for a memorial before Jehovah continually.

Входя в Святое место, Аарон будет носить имена сыновей Израиля у сердца, на судейском нагруднике, как постоянное напоминание перед Господом.

30 A nd thou shalt put in the breastplate of judgment the Urim and the Thummim; and they shall be upon Aaron's heart, when he goeth in before Jehovah: and Aaron shall bear the judgment of the children of Israel upon his heart before Jehovah continually.

Еще помести на нагрудник Урим и Туммим, чтобы они были у сердца Аарона каждый раз, когда он будет входить к Господу. Так Аарон всегда будет носить у сердца орудие суда для израильтян перед Господом. Другие одеяния первосвященника (Исх. 39: 22-26, 30-31)

31 A nd thou shalt make the robe of the ephod all of blue.

– Сделай все одеяние под эфод голубым,

32 A nd it shall have a hole for the head in the midst thereof: it shall have a binding of woven work round about the hole of it, as it were the hole of a coat of mail, that it be not rent.

с отверстием для головы в середине. Края отверстия должны быть подшиты как для воротника, чтобы оно не рвалось.

33 A nd upon the skirts of it thou shalt make pomegranates of blue, and of purple, and of scarlet, round about the skirts thereof; and bells of gold between them round about:

Нашей плоды граната из голубой, пурпурной и алой пряжи по нижнему краю одеяния, с золотыми колокольчиками между ними.

34 a golden bell and a pomegranate, a golden bell and a pomegranate, upon the skirts of the robe round about.

Пусть золотые колокольчики и гранатовые плоды чередуются по нижнему краю одеяния.

35 A nd it shall be upon Aaron to minister: and the sound thereof shall be heard when he goeth in unto the holy place before Jehovah, and when he cometh out, that he die not.

Аарон будет носить его, когда служит. Звук колокольчиков будет раздаваться, когда он будет входить в святилище перед Господом и когда он будет выходить, чтобы ему не умереть.

36 A nd thou shalt make a plate of pure gold, and grave upon it, like the engravings of a signet, HOLY TO JEHOVAH.

Сделай пластинку из чистого золота и вырежь на ней, как на печати: «СВЯТЫНЯ ГОСПОДНЯ».

37 A nd thou shalt put it on a lace of blue, and it shall be upon the mitre; upon the forefront of the mitre it shall be.

Прикрепи ее к тюрбану голубым шнуром. Пусть она будет спереди тюрбана.

38 A nd it shall be upon Aaron's forehead, and Aaron shall bear the iniquity of the holy things, which the children of Israel shall hallow in all their holy gifts; and it shall be always upon his forehead, that they may be accepted before Jehovah.

Она будет на лбу Аарона, и он примет на себя вину за любую оплошность при принесении священных даров, которые израильтяне отделяют для пожертвований. Она будет на лбу Аарона постоянно, чтобы дары были угодны Господу.

39 A nd thou shalt weave the coat in checker work of fine linen, and thou shalt make a mitre of fine linen, and thou shalt make a girdle, the work of the embroiderer.

Сотки халат из тонкого льна и сделай к нему тюрбан из тонкого льна. Пусть пояс будет украшен шитьем. Одежда для остальных священников (Исх. 39: 27-29)

40 A nd for Aaron's sons thou shalt make coats, and thou shalt make for them girdles, and head-tires shalt thou make for them, for glory and for beauty.

Сшей халат, пояса и головные повязки сыновьям Аарона для славы и величия.

41 A nd thou shalt put them upon Aaron thy brother, and upon his sons with him, and shalt anoint them, and consecrate them, and sanctify them, that they may minister unto me in the priest's office.

Когда ты наденешь эти одежды на своего брата Аарона и его сыновей, помажь и посвяти их в сан. Освяти их, чтобы они могли служить Мне как священники.

42 A nd thou shalt make them linen breeches to cover the flesh of their nakedness; from the loins even unto the thighs they shall reach:

Сделай им льняное нижнее белье, чтобы прикрывать их от пояса до бедер.

43 A nd they shall be upon Aaron, and upon his sons, when they go in unto the tent of meeting, or when they come near unto the altar to minister in the holy place; that they bear not iniquity, and die: it shall be a statute for ever unto him and unto his seed after him.

Аарон и его сыновья должны одевать его всегда, когда входят в шатер собрания или приближаются к жертвеннику, чтобы служить в святилище, тогда они не провинятся и не умрут. Это установление для Аарона и его потомков будет вечным.
