1 U nto thee, O Jehovah, will I call: My rock, be not thou deaf unto me; Lest, if thou be silent unto me, I become like them that go down into the pit.

К Тебе я взываю, Господи, скала Моя, не будь ко мне равнодушен! Если Ты будешь хранить молчание, я уподоблюсь тем, кто нисходит в пропасть.

2 H ear the voice of my supplications, when I cry unto thee, When I lift up my hands toward thy holy oracle.

Услышь голос моих молений, когда я взываю к Тебе о помощи, когда я поднимаю руки к Святому Святых в храме Твоем.

3 D raw me not away with the wicked, And with the workers of iniquity; That speak peace with their neighbors, But mischief is in their hearts.

Не губи меня с нечестивыми, с теми, кто творит зло, кто с ближними говорит радушно, а в сердце питает ненависть.

4 G ive them according to their work, and according to the wickedness of their doings: Give them after the operation of their hands; Render to them their desert.

Воздай им по их делам, по их злым поступкам. Воздай им за то, что их руки сделали, дай им то, что они заслужили.

5 B ecause they regard not the works of Jehovah, Nor the operation of his hands, He will break them down and not build them up.

За то, что они безразличны к делам Господним, к тому, что сделали Его руки, Он разрушит их и впредь не восстановит.

6 B lessed be Jehovah, Because he hath heard the voice of my supplications.

Благословен Господь, ведь Он услышал голос моих молений.

7 J ehovah is my strength and my shield; My heart hath trusted in him, and I am helped: Therefore my heart greatly rejoiceth; And with my song will I praise him.

Господь – моя сила и щит; сердце мое на Него надеется. Он мне помог, и сердце мое ликует; песней моей я Его буду славить.

8 J ehovah is their strength, And he is a stronghold of salvation to his anointed.

Господь – это сила Его народа, крепость спасения для Его помазанника.

9 S ave thy people, and bless thine inheritance: Be their shepherd also, and bear them up for ever.

Спаси Свой народ и удел Свой благослови; будь их Пастырем и веди их вовеки.
