1 U nto thee, O Jehovah, will I call: My rock, be not thou deaf unto me; Lest, if thou be silent unto me, I become like them that go down into the pit.

A ti clamaré, oh Jehová. Roca mía, no te desentiendas de mí, Para que no sea yo, dejándome tú, Semejante a los que descienden al sepulcro.

2 H ear the voice of my supplications, when I cry unto thee, When I lift up my hands toward thy holy oracle.

Oye la voz de mis ruegos cuando clamo a ti, Cuando alzo mis manos hacia tu santo templo.

3 D raw me not away with the wicked, And with the workers of iniquity; That speak peace with their neighbors, But mischief is in their hearts.

No me arrebates juntamente con los malos, Y con los que hacen iniquidad, Los cuales hablan paz con sus prójimos, Pero la maldad está en su corazón.

4 G ive them according to their work, and according to the wickedness of their doings: Give them after the operation of their hands; Render to them their desert.

Dales conforme a sus obras, y conforme a la perversidad de sus hechos; Dales su merecido conforme a la obra de sus manos.

5 B ecause they regard not the works of Jehovah, Nor the operation of his hands, He will break them down and not build them up.

Por cuanto no consideran las acciones de Jehová, Ni la obra de sus manos, Él los derribará, y no los edificará.

6 B lessed be Jehovah, Because he hath heard the voice of my supplications.

Bendito sea Jehová, Que oyó la voz de mis ruegos.

7 J ehovah is my strength and my shield; My heart hath trusted in him, and I am helped: Therefore my heart greatly rejoiceth; And with my song will I praise him.

Jehová es mi fortaleza y mi escudo; En él confió mi corazón, y fui socorrido, Por lo que exulta de gozo mi corazón Y con mi cántico te alabaré.

8 J ehovah is their strength, And he is a stronghold of salvation to his anointed.

Jehová es la fortaleza de su pueblo, Y el refugio salvador de su ungido.

9 S ave thy people, and bless thine inheritance: Be their shepherd also, and bear them up for ever.

Salva a tu pueblo, y bendice a tu heredad; Y pastoréalos y condúcelos para siempre.
