1 N ot unto us, O Jehovah, not unto us, But unto thy name give glory, For thy lovingkindness, and for thy truth's sake.

No a nosotros, oh Jehová, no a nosotros, Sino a tu nombre da gloria, Por tu misericordia, por tu verdad.

2 W herefore should the nations say, Where is now their God?

¿Por qué han de decir las gentes: Dónde está ahora su Dios?

3 B ut our God is in the heavens: He hath done whatsoever he pleased.

Nuestro Dios está en los cielos; Todo lo que quiso ha hecho.

4 T heir idols are silver and gold, The work of men's hands.

Los ídolos de ellos son plata y oro, Obra de manos de hombres.

5 T hey have mouths, but they speak not; Eyes have they, but they see not;

Tienen boca, mas no hablan; Tienen ojos, mas no ven;

6 T hey have ears, but they hear not; Noses have they, but they smell not;

Orejas tienen, mas no oyen; Tienen narices, mas no huelen;

7 T hey have hands, but they handle not; Feet have they, but they walk not; Neither speak they through their throat.

Manos tienen, mas no palpan; Tienen pies, mas no andan; No tiene voz su garganta.

8 T hey that make them shall be like unto them; Yea, every one that trusteth in them.

Semejantes a ellos serán los que los hacen, Y cualquiera que confía en ellos.

9 O Israel, trust thou in Jehovah: He is their help and their shield.

Oh Israel, confía en Jehová; Él es tu ayuda y tu escudo.

10 O house of Aaron, trust ye in Jehovah: He is their help and their shield.

Casa de Aarón, confiad en Jehová; Él es vuestra ayuda y vuestro escudo.

11 Y e that fear Jehovah, trust in Jehovah: He is their help and their shield.

Los que teméis a Jehová, confiad en Jehová; Él es vuestra ayuda y vuestro escudo.

12 J ehovah hath been mindful of us; he will bless us: He will bless the house of Israel; He will bless the house of Aaron.

Jehová se acordó de nosotros; nos bendecirá; Bendecirá a la casa de Israel; Bendecirá a la casa de Aarón.

13 H e will bless them that fear Jehovah, Both small and great.

Bendecirá a los que temen a Jehová, A pequeños y a grandes.

14 J ehovah increase you more and more, You and your children.

Aumentará Jehová bendición sobre vosotros; Sobre vosotros y sobre vuestros hijos.

15 B lessed are ye of Jehovah, Who made heaven and earth.

Benditos vosotros de Jehová, Que hizo los cielos y la tierra.

16 T he heavens are the heavens of Jehovah; But the earth hath he given to the children of men.

Los cielos son los cielos de Jehová; Y ha dado la tierra a los hijos de los hombres.

17 T he dead praise not Jehovah, Neither any that go down into silence;

No alabarán los muertos a JAH, Ni cuantos descienden al silencio;

18 B ut we will bless Jehovah From this time forth and for evermore. Praise ye Jehovah.
