1 Д ля дириґетна хору. Пісня. Псалом. Уся земле, покликуйте Богові,

¶ Make a joyful noise unto God, all the earth;

2 в испівуйте честь Його Йменню, честь для слави Його покладіть!

sing forth the glory of his name; put glory into thy praise.

3 С кажіть Богу: Які Твої вчинки грізні! Через силу велику Твою Твої вороги піддадуться Тобі,

Say unto God, How terrible art thou in thy works! Through the greatness of thy power shall thine enemies submit themselves unto thee.

4 в ся земля буде падати до ніг Твоїх, і співати Тобі буде, оспівувати Ймення Твоє! Села.

All the earth shall worship thee and shall sing unto thee; they shall sing to thy name. Selah.

5 і діть і погляньте на Божі діла, Він грізний у ділах проти людських синів!

Come and see the works of God; he is terrible in his doing toward the sons of men.

6 В ін на суходіл змінив море, й переходили річку ногою, там раділи ми в Ньому!

He turned the sea into dry land; they went through the river on foot; there did we rejoice in him.

7 В ін царює навіки Своєю могутністю, очі Його між народами зорять, нехай не несуться відступники! Села.

He rules by his power for ever; his eyes watch the Gentiles; the rebellious shall not exalt themselves. Selah.

8 Б лагословляйте, народи, нашого Бога, і голос слави Його розголошуйте,

¶ O bless our God, ye peoples, and make the voice of his praise to be heard.

9 щ о зберіг при житті нашу душу, і не дав нозі нашій спіткнутись,

It is he who placed our soul into life and did not suffer our feet to slip.

10 б о Ти, Боже, нас випробовував, Ти нас перетопив, як срібло перетоплюється...

For thou, O God, hast proved us; thou hast refined us as silver is refined.

11 Т и нас до в'язниці впровадив, Ти пута поклав нам на стегна,

Thou didst bring us into the net; thou didst lay affliction upon our loins.

12 Т и їздити дав був людині по головах наших, ми ввійшли до огню й до води, але на широкі місця Ти нас вивів!

Thou hast placed a man over our head; we went through fire and through water, but thou didst bring us out into abundance.

13 У війду я до дому Твого з цілопаленнями, обіти свої Тобі виплачу ті,

¶ I will go into thy house with burnt offerings; I will pay thee my vows,

14 щ о їх вимовили мої губи й сказали були мої уста в тісноті моїй!

which my lips have uttered and my mouth has spoken when I was in trouble.

15 Ц ілопалення ситих тельців піднесу Тобі з димом кадильним баранячим, приготую биків із козлами. Села.

I will offer unto thee burnt sacrifices of fatlings with the incense of rams; I will offer bullocks with goats. Selah.

16 і діть, і послухайте, всі богобійні, а я розкажу, що Він учинив для моєї душі:

Come and hear, all ye that fear God, and I will declare what he has done unto my soul.

17 Д о Нього я кликав устами своїми, і хвали Йому під моїм язиком!

I cried unto him with my mouth, and he was extolled with my tongue.

18 К оли б беззаконня я бачив у серці своїм, то Господь не почув би мене,

If I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear me:

19 а ле Бог почув, і вислухав голос моєї молитви!

But verily God has heard me; he has attended to the voice of my prayer.

20 Б лагословенний Бог, Який не відкинув моєї молитви й Свого милосердя від мене!

Blessed be God, who has not turned away my prayer nor his mercy from me.
