1 А другий жеребок вийшов Симеонові, племені Симеонових синів за їхніми родами. І був їхній спадок серед спадку Юдиних синів.

¶ And the second lot came forth to Simeon, for the tribe of the sons of Simeon according to their families; and their inheritance was within the inheritance of the sons of Judah.

2 І був їм у спадку: Беер-Шева, і Молада,

And they had in their inheritance Beersheba or Sheba, Moladah,

3 і Хацар-Шуал, і Бала, і Ецем,

Hazarshual, Balah, Azem,

4 і Елтолад, і Бетул, і Хорма,

Eltolad, Bethul, Hormah,

5 і Ціклаґ, і Бет-Гаммаркавот, і Хацар-Суса,

Ziklag, Bethmarcaboth, Hazarsusah,

6 і Бет-Леваот, і Шарухен, тринадцять міст та їхні оселі.

Bethlebaoth, and Sharuhen: thirteen cities and their villages;

7 А їн, Ріммон, і Етер, і Ашан, чотири місті та їхні оселі.

Ain, Remmon, Ether, and Ashan: four cities and their villages,

8 А всі оселі, що навколо тих міст аж до Баалат-Беер-Рамат-Неґеву, це спадок племени Симеонових синів за їхніми родами.

with all the villages that were round about these cities unto Baalathbeer, which is Ramath of the Negev. This is the inheritance of the tribe of the sons of Simeon according to their families.

9 З наділу Юдиних синів спадок синів Симеонових, бо наділ Юдиних синів був численніший від них. І посіли Симеонові сини в середині їхнього спадку.

Out of the portion of the sons of Judah was taken the inheritance of the sons of Simeon; for the part of the sons of Judah was too much for them; therefore, the sons of Simeon had their inheritance within the inheritance of Judah.

10 А третій жеребок вийшов Завулоновим синам за їхніми родами, і була границя їхнього спадку аж до Саріду.

¶ The third lot came up for the sons of Zebulun according to their families, and the border of their inheritance was unto Sarid.

11 І підіймається їхня границя до Яму та Мар'али, і стикається з Даббешетом, і стикається з потоком, що навпроти Йокнеаму,

And their border goes up towards the sea and to Maralah and reaches unto Dabbasheth and from there comes to the river that is before Jokneam,

12 і вертається з Саріду на схід, до сходу сонця, на границю Кіслот-Фавору, і виходить до Доврату, і підіймається до Яфія.

and turning from Sarid eastward toward the sunrising to the border of Chislothtabor and then goes out to Daberath and up to Japhia,

13 А звідти переходить на схід, на схід до Ґат-Хеферу, Ет-Каціну, до Ріммон-Гамметоару, до Неї.

and from there passes eastward toward the sunrising to Gittahhepher, to Ittahkazin, and goes out to Remmonmethoar around Neah;

14 І повертається його границя з півночі Ханнатону, і закінчується при Ґе-Їфтах-Елі.

and from here this border turns to the north to Hannathon, coming out in the valley of Jiphthahel

15 І Каттат, і Нагалал, і Шімрон, і Їд'ала, і Віфлеєм, дванадцять міст та їхні оселі.

and including Kattath, Nahallal, Shimron, Idalah, and Bethlehem: twelve cities with their villages.

16 Ц е спадок Завулонових синів за їхніми родами, оці міста та їхні оселі.

This is the inheritance of the sons of Zebulun according to their families, these cities with their villages.

17 Ч етвертий жеребок вийшов Іссахарові, Іссахаровим синам за їхніми родами.

¶ And the fourth lot came out to Issachar, for the sons of Issachar according to their families.

18 І була їхня границя: їзреел, і Кесуллот, і Шунем,

And their border was Jezreel, Chesulloth, Shunem,

19 і Хафараїм, і Шіон, і Анахарат,

Hapharaim, Shion, Anaharath,

20 і Раббіт, і Кішйон, Евес,

Rabbith, Kishion, Abez,

21 і Ремет, і Ен-Ґаннім, і Ен-Хадда, і Бет-Паццец.

Remeth, Engannim, Enhaddah, and Bethpazzez;

22 І дотикається та границя до Фавору, і Шахаціми, і Бет-Шемету, і їхня границя закінчується при Йордані, шістнадцять міст та їхні оселі.

and this border reaches to Tabor, and Shahazimah, and Bethshemesh; and their border comes out to the Jordan; sixteen cities with their villages.

23 О це спадок племени Іссахарових синів за їхніми родами, міста та їхні оселі.

This is the inheritance of the tribe of the sons of Issachar according to their families, these cities with their villages.

24 А п'ятий жеребок вийшов племені Асирових синів за їхніми родами.

¶ And the fifth lot came out for the tribe of the sons of Asher according to their families.

25 І була їхня границя: Хелкат, і Халі, і Бетен, і Ахшат,

And their border was Helkath, Hali, Beten, Achshaph,

26 і Алламмелех, і Ам'ад, і Міш'ал, і дотикається Кармелю на захід та Шіхор-Лівнату,

Alammelech, Amad, and Misheal, and reaches to Carmel westward and to Shihorlibnath

27 і вертається на схід сонця до Бет-Даґону, і дотикається Завулона та Ґе-Їфтах-Елу, на північ Бет-Гаемеку та Ніелу, і виходить до Кавулу зліва.

and turns toward the sunrising to Bethdagon and reaches to Zebulun and to the valley of Jiphthahel to the north, to Bethemek, and to Neiel, and goes out to Cabul on the left hand,

28 І Еврон, і Рехов, і Хаммон, і Кана аж до Сидону Великого.

and includes Abran, Rehob, Hammon, and Kanah, even unto great Zidon;

29 І вертається та границя до Рами та аж до міста Мівцар-Цору, і вертається границя до Хоси, і закінчується при заході від околиці Ахзіву,

and this border turns from there to Horma and to the strong city of Zor; and this border turns to Hosah and comes out to the sea from the stronghold of Achzib,

30 і Умма, і Афек, і Рехов, двадцять і двоє міст та їхні оселі.

including Ummah, Aphek, and Rehob: twenty-two cities with their villages.

31 О це спадок племени Асирових синів за їхніми родами, ті міста та їхні оселі.

This is the inheritance of the tribe of the sons of Asher according to their families, these cities with their villages.

32 С инам Нефталимовим вийшов шостий жеребок, для синів Нефталимових за їхніми родами.

¶ The sixth lot came out to the sons of Naphtali, for the sons of Naphtali according to their families.

33 І була їхня границя: від Хелефу, від Елону при Цаананнімі, і Адамі Ганнекев, і Явнеїл аж до Лаккуму, і кінчалася вона при Йордані.

And their border was from Heleph, Allon, Zaanannim, Adami, Nekeb, and Jabneel, unto Lakum, and comes out at the Jordan,

34 І повертається та границя на захід до Ашнот-Фавору, і виходить звідти до Хуккоку та дотикається Завулона з полудня, а Асира дотикається з заходу, а Юди при Йордані на схід сонця.

and turning westward this border goes to Aznothtabor and passes from there to Hukkok and reaches to Zebulun towards the Negev and reaches to Asher on the west side and to Judah upon the Jordan toward the sunrising.

35 А міста твердинні: Ціддім, Цер, і Хаммат, Раккат і Кіннерет,

And the strong cities are Ziddim, Zer, Hammath, Rakkath, Chinnereth,

36 і Адама, і Рама, І Хацор,

Adamah, Ramah, Hazor,

37 і Кедеш, і Едреї, і Ен-Хасор,

Kedesh, Edrei, Enhazor,

38 і Їр'он, і Міґдал-Ел, Хорем, і Бет-Анат, і Бет-Шамеш, дев'ятнадцять міст та їхні оселі.

Iron, Migdalel, Horem, Bethanath, and Bethshemesh: nineteen cities with their villages.

39 О це спадок племени синів Нефталимових за їхніми родами, міста та їхні оселі.

This is the inheritance of the tribe of the sons of Naphtali according to their families, these cities with their villages.

40 А племені Данових синів за їхніми родами вийшов сьомий жеребок.

¶ And the seventh lot came out for the tribe of the sons of Dan according to their families.

41 І була границя їхнього насліддя: Цор'а, і Ештаол, і Ір-Шемеш,

And the border of their inheritance was Zorah, Eshtaol, Irshemesh,

42 і Шаалаббін, і Айялон, і Їтла,

Shaalabbin, Ajalon, Jethlah,

43 і Елон, і Тімната, і Екрон,

Elon, Thimnathah, Ekron,

44 і Елтеке, і Ґіббетон, і Баалат,

Eltekeh, Gibbethon, Baalath,

45 і Єгуд, і Бене-Берак, і Ґат-Ріммон,

Jehud, Beneberak, Gathrimmon,

46 і Ме-Яркон, і Раккон із границею навпроти Яфи.

Mejarkon, Rakkon, with the border before Joppa.

47 І вийшла границя Данових синів від них. А Данові сини пішли й воювали з Лешемом, і здобули його, і побили вістрям меча, і посіли його, та й осілися в ньому. І вони назвали Лешему ім'я: Дан, як ім'я їхнього батька Дана.

And the border of the sons of Dan went out too little for them; therefore, the sons of Dan went up to fight against Leshem and took it and smote it with the edge of the sword and possessed it and dwelt therein and called Leshem, Dan, after the name of Dan their father.

48 О це спадок племени Данових синів за їхніми родами, ті міста та їхні оселі.

This is the inheritance of the tribe of the sons of Dan according to their families, these cities with their villages.

49 І скінчили вони посідати Край згідно з його границями. І дали Ізраїлеві сини спадок Ісусові, синові Навиновому, посеред себе.

¶ Thus they finished dividing the land in inheritance by their borders, and the sons of Israel gave an inheritance to Joshua the son of Nun in their midst.

50 Н а Господній наказ дали йому те місто, яке він жадав: Тімнат-Серах на Єфремовій горі. І збудував він місто, та й осівся в ньому.

According to the word of the LORD they gave him the city which he asked for, which was Timnathserah in mountain of Ephraim; and he rebuilt the city and dwelt therein.

51 О це той спадок, що священик Елеазар і Ісус, син Навинів, та голови домів батьків давали племенам Ізраїлевих синів жеребком у Шіло перед Господнім лицем при вході до скинії заповіту. І покінчили вони ділити Край.

These are the inheritances, which Eleazar the priest and Joshua, the son of Nun, and the heads of the fathers of the tribes of the sons of Israel, divided for an inheritance by lot in Shiloh before the LORD, at the door of the tabernacle of the testimony. So they finished dividing the land.
