1 П оручаю ж вам сестру нашу Фіву, служебницю Церкви в Кенхреях,

¶ I commend unto you Phebe our sister, who is a servant of the congregation which is at Cenchrea,

2 щ об ви прийняли її в Господі, як личить святим, і допомагайте їй, у якій речі буде вона чого потребувати від вас, бо й вона опікунка була багатьом і самому мені.

that ye receive her in the Lord as a worthy saint, and that ye assist her in whatever thing in which she has need of you, for she has been a helper of many and of myself also.

3 В ітайте Прискиллу й Акилу, співробітників моїх у Христі Ісусі,

Greet Priscilla and Aquila, my fellow workers in Christ Jesus

4 щ о голови свої за душу мою клали, яким не я сам дякую, але й усі Церкви з поган, і їхню домашню Церкву.

(who have for my life laid down their own necks; unto whom not only I give thanks, but also all the congregations of the Gentiles);

5 В ітайте улюбленого мого Епенета, він первісток Ахаї для Христа.

likewise greet the congregation in their house. Salute my wellbeloved Epaenetus, who is the firstfruits of Achaia in Christ.

6 В ітайте Марію, що напрацювалася багато для вас.

Greet Mary, who has laboured much with us.

7 В ітайте Андроніка й Юнія, родичів моїх і співв'язнів моїх, що славні вони між апостолами, що й у Христі були перше мене.

Salute Andronicus and Junia, my kinsmen and my fellowprisoners, who are of note among the apostles, who also were in Christ before me.

8 В ітайте Амплія, мого улюбленого в Господі.

Greet Amplias, my beloved in the Lord.

9 В ітайте Урбана, співробітника нашого в Христі, і улюбленого мого Стахія.

Salute Urbane, our helper in Christ, and Stachys, my beloved.

10 В ітайте Апеллеса, випробуваного в Христі. Вітайте Аристовулових.

Salute Apelles, approved in Christ. Salute those who are of Aristobulus’ household.

11 В ітайте мого родича Іродіона. Вітайте Наркисових, що в Господі.

Salute Herodion, my kinsman. Greet those that are of the household of Narcissus who are in the Lord.

12 В ітайте Трифену й Трифосу, що працюють у Господі. Вітайте улюблену Персиду, що багато попрацювала в Господі.

Salute Tryphena and Tryphosa, who labour in the Lord. Salute the beloved Persis, who laboured much in the Lord.

13 В ітайте вибраного в Господі Руфа, і матір його та мою.

Salute Rufus, chosen in the Lord, and his mother and mine.

14 В ітайте Асинкрита, Флегонта, Єрма, Патрова, Єрмія і братів, що з ними.

Salute Asyncritus, Phlegon, Hermas, Patrobas, Hermes, and the brethren who are with them.

15 В ітайте Філолога та Юлію, Нірея й сестру його, і Олімпіяна, і всіх святих, що з ними.

Salute Philologus and Julia, Nereus and his sister, and Olympas, and all the saints who are with them.

16 В ітайте один одного святим поцілунком. Вітають вас усі Церкви Христові!

Salute one another with a holy kiss. All the congregations of Christ salute you.

17 Б лагаю ж вас, браття, щоб ви остерігалися тих, хто чинить розділення й згіршення проти науки, якої ви навчилися, і уникайте їх,

¶ And I beseech you, brethren, mark those who cause dissensions and offences outside of the doctrine which ye have learned, and avoid them.

18 б о такі не служать Господеві нашому Ісусу Христу, але власному череву; вони добрими та гарними словами зводять серця простодушних.

For they that are such do not serve our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly and by smooth words and blessings deceive the hearts of the simple.

19 В аша ж слухняність дійшла до всіх. І я тішусь за вас, але хочу, щоб були ви мудрі в доброму, а прості в злому.

For your obedience is come abroad unto all places. I am glad therefore on your behalf, but yet I would have you wise unto that which is good and innocent concerning evil.

20 А Бог миру потопче незабаром сатану під ваші ноги. Благодать Господа нашого Ісуса Христа нехай буде з вами! Амінь.

And let the God of peace bruise Satan under your feet quickly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen.

21 В ітає вас мій співробітник Тимофій, і Лукій, і Ясон, і Сосипатр, мої родичі.

¶ Timothy my fellow worker and Lucius and Jason and Sosipater, my kinsmen, salute you.

22 В ітаю вас у Господі й я, Тертій, що цього листа написав.

I, Tertius, who wrote this epistle, salute you in the Lord.

23 В ітає вас Гай, гостинний для мене й цілої Церкви. Вітає вас міський доморядник Ераст і брат Кварт.

Gaius my host, and of the whole congregation, salutes you. Erastus, the chamberlain of the city, salutes you, and Quartus, a brother.

24 Б лагодать Господа нашого Ісуса Христа нехай буде зо всіма вами! Амінь.

The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, be with you all. Amen.

25 А Тому, хто може поставити вас міцно згідно з моєю Євангелією й проповіддю Ісуса Христа, за об'явленням таємниці, що від вічних часів була замовчана,

¶ Now to him that is able to confirm you according to my gospel and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery which was concealed from times eternal

26 а тепер виявлена, і через пророцькі писання, з наказу вічного Бога, на послух вірі по всіх народах провіщена,

but now is made manifest, and by the writings of the prophets, by the commandment of God eternal, declared unto all the Gentiles, that they might hear and obey by faith,

27 є диному мудрому Богові, через Ісуса Христа, слава навіки! Амінь.

to God, only wise, be glory through Jesus Christ for ever. Amen.
