1 O ra, chamou o Senhor a Moisés e, da tenda da revelação, lhe disse:

And Jehovah calleth unto Moses, and speaketh unto him out of the tent of meeting, saying,

2 F ala aos filhos de Israel e dize-lhes: Quando algum de vós oferecer oferta ao Senhor, oferecereis as vossas ofertas do gado, isto é, do gado vacum e das ovelhas.

`Speak unto the sons of Israel, and thou hast said unto them, Any man of you when he doth bring near an offering to Jehovah, out of the cattle -- out of the herd, or out of the flock -- ye do bring near your offering.

3 S e a sua oferta for holocausto de gado vacum, oferecerá ele um macho sem defeito; ã porta da tenda da revelação o oferecerá, para que ache favor perante o Senhor.

`If his offering a burnt-offering out of the herd -- a male, a perfect one, he doth bring near, unto the opening of the tent of meeting he doth bring it near, at his pleasure, before Jehovah;

4 P orá a sua mão sobre a cabeça do holocausto, e este será aceito a favor dele, para a sua expiação.

and he hath laid his hand on the head of the burnt-offering, and it hath been accepted for him to make atonement for him;

5 D epois imolará o novilho perante o Senhor; e os filhos de Arão, os sacerdotes, oferecerão o sangue, e espargirão o sangue em redor sobre o altar que está ã porta da tenda da revelação.

and he hath slaughtered the son of the herd before Jehovah; and sons of Aaron, the priests, have brought the blood near, and sprinkled the blood on the altar round about, which at the opening of the tent of meeting.

6 E ntão esfolará o holocausto, e o partirá nos seus pedaços.

`And he hath stripped the burnt-offering, and hath cut it into its pieces;

7 E os filhos de Arão, o sacerdote, porão fogo sobre o altar, pondo em ordem a lenha sobre o fogo;

and the sons of Aaron the priest have put fire on the altar, and arranged wood on the fire;

8 t ambém os filhos de Arão, os sacerdotes, porão em ordem os pedaços, a cabeça e a gordura, sobre a lenha que está no fogo em cima do altar;

and sons of Aaron, the priests, have arranged the pieces, with the head and the fat, on the wood, which on the fire, which on the altar;

9 a fressura, porém, e as pernas, ele as lavará com água; e o sacerdote queimará tudo isso sobre o altar como holocausto, oferta queimada, de cheiro suave ao Senhor.

and its inwards and its legs he doth wash with water; and the priest hath made perfume with the whole on the altar, a burnt-offering, a fire-offering of sweet fragrance to Jehovah.

10 S e a sua oferta for holocausto de gado miúdo, seja das ovelhas seja das cabras, oferecerá ele um macho sem defeito,

`And if his offering out of the flock -- out of the sheep or out of the goats -- for a burnt-offering, a male, a perfect one, he doth bring near,

11 e o imolará ao lado do altar que dá para o norte, perante o Senhor; e os filhos de Arão, os sacerdotes, espargirão o sangue em redor sobre o altar.

and he hath slaughtered it by the side of the altar northward, before Jehovah; and sons of Aaron, the priests, have sprinkled its blood on the altar round about;

12 E ntão o partirá nos seus pedaços, juntamente com a cabeça e a gordura; e o sacerdote os porá em ordem sobre a lenha que está no fogo sobre o altar;

and he hath cut it into its pieces, and its head and its fat, and the priest hath arranged them on the wood, which on the fire, which on the altar;

13 a fressura, porém, e as pernas, ele as lavará com água; e o sacerdote oferecerá tudo isso, e o queimará sobre o altar; holocausto é, oferta queimada, de cheiro suave ao Senhor.

and the inwards and the legs he doth wash with water, and the priest hath brought the whole near, and hath made perfume on the altar; it a burnt-offering, a fire-offering of sweet fragrance to Jehovah.

14 S e a sua oferta ao Senhor for holocausto tirado de aves, então de rolas ou de pombinhos oferecerá a sua oferta.

`And if his offering a burnt-offering out of the fowl to Jehovah, than he hath brought near his offering out of the turtle-doves or out of the young pigeons,

15 E o sacerdote a trará ao altar, tirar-lhe-á a cabeça e a queimará sobre o altar; e o seu sangue será espremido na parede do altar;

and the priest hath brought it near unto the altar, and hath wrung off its head, and hath made perfume on the altar, and its blood hath been wrung out by the side of the altar;

16 e o seu papo com as suas penas tirará e o lançará junto ao altar, para o lado do oriente, no lugar da cinza;

and he hath turned aside its crop with its feathers, and hath cast it near the altar, eastward, unto the place of ashes;

17 e fendê-la-á junto

and he hath cleaved it with its wings (he doth not separate ), and the priest hath made it a perfume on the altar, on the wood, which on the fire; it a burnt-offering, a fire-offering of sweet fragrance to Jehovah.
