1 И сказал мне Господь: – Иди и снова прояви любовь к жене своей, хотя она блудница и ее любит другой. Люби ее, подобно тому, как Господь любит народ Израиля, хотя они обращаются к другим богам и любят их лепешки с изюмом.

And Jehovah saith unto me: `Again, go, love a woman, loved of a friend, and an adulteress, like the loved of Jehovah, the sons of Israel, and they are turning unto other gods, and are lovers of grape-cakes.'

2 И так, я выкупил ее за пятнадцать серебряников и хомер и летек ячменя.

And I buy her to me for fifteen silverlings, and a homer and a letech of barley;

3 Т огда я сказал ей: – Ты должна прожить у меня много дней. Ты не должна быть блудницей и не должна ни с кем спать, и я буду поступать так же.

and I say unto her, `Many days thou dost remain for Me, thou dost not go a-whoring, nor become any one's; and I also for thee.'

4 Т акже народ Израиля долгое время будет жить без царя и без правителя, без жертвы и жертвенника, без эфода и идола.

For many days remain do the sons of Israel without a king, and there is no prince, and there is no sacrifice, and there is no standing pillar, and there is no ephod and teraphim.

5 П осле этого народ Израиля вернется и будет искать Господа, своего Бога, и Давида, своего царя. И в последние дни они будут благоговеть перед Господом и Его благословениями.

Afterwards turned back have the sons of Israel, and sought Jehovah their God, and David their king, and have hastened unto Jehovah, and unto His goodness, in the latter end of the days.
