1 – Слушай это, дом Иакова, ты, кто зовется именем Израиля и ведет свой род от Иуды; ты, кто клянется Именем Господа и призывает Бога Израиля – но не в истине и не в праведности;

Hear ye this, O house of Jacob, Who are called by the name of Israel, And from the waters of Judah came out, Who are swearing by the name of Jehovah, And of the God of Israel make mention, Not in truth nor in righteousness.

2 т ы, кто зовет себя жителем святого города и полагается на Бога Израиля; Господь Сил – Его Имя.

For from the Holy City they have been called, And on the God of Israel been supported, Jehovah of Hosts His name.

3 Я предрекал минувшее заранее, уста Мои возвещали его, и Я объявлял о нем; затем внезапно Я действовал, и все исполнялось.

The former things from that time I declared, And from my mouth they have gone forth, And I proclaim them, Suddenly I have done, and it cometh.

4 П отому что знал Я, что ты упрям, сухожилия шеи твоей – железные, лоб твой – медный.

From my knowing that thou art obstinate, And a sinew of iron thy neck, And thy forehead brass,

5 П оэтому Я и говорил тебе заранее, прежде чем все исполнится, Я возвещал тебе, чтобы ты не сказал: «Мои идолы сделали это; мои деревянные истуканы и литые боги предначертали это».

And I declare to thee from that time, Before it cometh I have caused thee to hear, Lest thou say, `Mine idol hath done them, And my graven image, And my molten image did command them.

6 Т ы слышал об этом – взгляни же. Неужели ты это не признаешь? Отныне и впредь Я буду говорить тебе о новом, о скрытом, тебе неведомом.

Thou hast heard, see the whole of it, And ye, do ye not declare? I have caused thee to hear new things from this time, And things reserved that ye knew not.

7 Э то свершается сейчас, а не раньше; до сегодняшнего дня ты об этом не слышал, и не сможешь сказать: «Да, я об этом знал».

Now they have been produced and not from that time, Yea, before the day, and thou hast not heard them, Lest thou say, `Lo, I have known them.'

8 Т ы не слышал и не понимал; издревле не было ухо твое открыто. Я ведь знаю, как ты вероломен; ты с рождения был наречен отступником.

Yea, thou hast not heard, Yea, thou hast not known, Yea, from that time not opened hath thine ear, For I have known thou dealest treacherously, And `Transgressor from the belly,' One is crying to thee.

9 Р ади Своего Имени Я сдерживал гнев; ради славы Своей, Я удерживал его от тебя, чтобы тебя не искоренить.

For My name's sake I defer Mine anger, And My praise I restrain for thee, So as not to cut thee off.

10 В от, Я очистил тебя, хотя и не как серебро; Я испытал тебя в печи страданий.

Lo, I have refined thee, and not with silver, I have chosen thee in a furnace of affliction.

11 Р ади Самого Себя, ради Самого Себя Я делаю это. Зачем Моему Имени быть в поругании? Славы Своей не отдам другому. Освобождение Израиля

For My sake, for Mine own sake, I do, For how is it polluted? And Mine honour to another I give not.

12 – Слушай Меня, Иаков, Израиль, призванный Мой! Я – это Я; Я первый и Я последний.

Hearken to me, O Jacob, and Israel, My called one, I He, I first, and I last;

13 М оя рука заложила основания земли, Моя правая рука распростерла небеса; когда Я призову их, они вместе предстанут.

Also, My hand hath founded earth, And My right hand stretched out the heavens, I am calling unto them, they stand together.

14 С оберитесь, вы все, и слушайте: кто из идолов это предрек? Господь возлюбил его, и он исполнит Его замысел о Вавилоне, и он обратит Его руку на халдеев.

Be gathered all of you, and hear, Who among them did declare these things? Jehovah hath loved him, He doth His pleasure on Babylon, And His arm the Chaldeans.

15 Я , Я сказал; да, Я призвал Кира. Я его приведу, и он преуспеет в деле своем.

I -- I have spoken, yea, I have called him, I have brought him in, And he hath made prosperous his way.

16 П риблизьтесь ко Мне и слушайте! С самого начала Я говорил не в тайне; с тех пор, как это началось, Я – там. И ныне Владыка Господь послал Меня и Духа Своего.

Come ye near unto me, hear this, Not from the beginning in secret spake I, From the time of its being, there I, And now the Lord Jehovah hath sent me, and His Spirit.

17 Т ак говорит Господь, твой Искупитель, Святой Израилев: – Я – Господь, Бог твой, Тот, Кто учит тебя полезному, Тот, Кто ведет тебя по пути, которым ты должен идти.

Thus said Jehovah, thy redeemer, The Holy One of Israel, `I Jehovah thy God, teaching thee to profit, Causing thee to tread in the way thou goest.

18 О , если бы ты внимал Моим повелениям, твой мир стал бы как река, твоя праведность – точно волны морские.

O that thou hadst attended to My commands, Then as a river is thy peace, And thy righteousness as billows of the sea,

19 Т воих потомков было бы много, как песка, твоих детей – как бессчетных песчинок; их имя не стерлось бы и не исчезло бы предо Мной.

And as sand is thy seed, And the offspring of thy bowels as its gravel, Not cut off nor destroyed his name before Me.

20 У ходите из Вавилона, бегите от халдеев! Возвещайте об этом с криком радости, объявляйте и распространяйте до краев земли: «Господь искупил Своего слугу Иакова!»

Go out from Babylon, flee from the Chaldeans, With a voice of singing declare, Cause ye this to be heard, Bring it forth unto the end of the earth, Say, Redeemed hath Jehovah His servant Jacob.

21 О ни не томились жаждой, когда вел Он их через пустыни; из скалы источал Он им воду – рассекал Он скалу, и струились воды.

And they have not thirsted in waste places, He hath caused them to go on, Waters from a rock he hath caused to flow to them, Yea, he cleaveth a rock, and flow do waters.

22 – Но нет мира нечестивым, – говорит Господь.

There is no peace, said Jehovah, to the wicked!
