1 ¶ O give thanks unto the LORD; for he is good because his mercy endures for ever.

(По слав. 117.) Славете Господа, защото е благ, защото Неговата милост трае довека.

2 L et Israel now say that his mercy endures for ever.

Нека каже сега Израел, че Неговата милост трае довека.

3 L et the house of Aaron now say, that his mercy endures for ever.

Нека каже сега Аароновият дом, че Неговата милост трае довека.

4 L et those that fear the LORD say now, that his mercy is eternal.

Нека кажат сега онези, които се боят от Господа, че Неговата милост трае довека.

5 F rom a tight place I called upon JAH; and JAH answered me and set me in a wide place.

В притеснението си призовах Господа; Господ ме послуша и ме постави на широко място.

6 T he LORD is for me; I will not fear what man can do unto me.

Господ е на моя страна; няма да се убоя; какво може да ми стори човек?

7 T he LORD takes my part with those that help me; therefore I shall see my desire upon those that hate me.

Господ е с мене между помощниците ми; затова ще видя повалянето на ненавистниците си.

8 I t is better to wait upon the LORD than to wait upon man.

По-добре да се надява някой на Господа, а не да уповава на човека.

9 I t is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in princes.

По-добре да се надява някой на Господа, а не да уповава на князе.

10 A ll the nations compassed me about; but in the name of the LORD I will cut them off.

Всичките народи ме обиколиха; но в името Господне ще ги надвия.

11 T hey compassed me about; yea, they laid hold of me; but in the name of the LORD I will cut them off.

Обиколиха ме, да! Обкръжиха ме; но в името Господне ще ги победя.

12 T hey compassed me about like bees; they were quenched as the fire of thorns; for in the name of the LORD I will cut them off.

Обиколиха ме като пчели, но угаснаха като огън от тръни; защото в името Господне ще ги разгромя.

13 T hou hast thrust at me with violence that I might fall, but the LORD helped me.

Ти, враже, ме тласна силно, за да падна; но Господ ми помогна.

14 J AH is my strength and song and is become my saving health.

Сила моя и песен моя е Господ и Той ми стана избавител,

15 T he voice of singing and saving health is in the tents of the righteous; the right hand of the LORD does valiantly.

глас на радост и на избавление се чува в шатрите на праведните; десницата Господня върши храбри дела.

16 T he right hand of the LORD is exalted; the right hand of the LORD does valiantly.

Десницата Господня се издигна; десницата Господня върши храбри дела.

17 I shall not die, but live and declare the works of JAH.

Аз няма да умра, а ще живея и ще разказвам за делата Господни.

18 J AH has chastened me sore, but he has not given me over unto death.

Строго ме наказва Господ, но на смърт не ме предава.

19 ¶ Open unto me the gates of righteousness; I will go in through them; I will praise JAH.

Отворете ми портите на правдата; ще вляза в тях и ще прославя Господа.

20 T his gate is of the LORD; the righteous shall enter in.

Това са Господните порти, в които ще влязат праведните.

21 I will praise thee; for thou hast heard me and art become my saving health.

Ще Те славословя, защото си ме послушал и си ми станал избавител.

22 T he stone which the builders rejected is become the head of the corner.

Камъкът, който отхвърлиха зидарите, стана глава на ъгъла -

23 T his is the LORD’s doing; it is marvellous in our eyes.

от Господа е това и е чудно в нашите очи.

24 T his is the day which the LORD has made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.

Този е денят, който Господ е създал; нека се радваме и се развеселим в Него.

25 S ave now, I beseech thee, O LORD; O LORD, I beseech thee, cause us now to prosper.

О, Господи! Избави ни, молим се. О, Господи! Молим се, изпрати благоденствие.

26 B lessed be he that comes in the name of the LORD; from the house of the LORD we bless you.

Благословен да бъде онзи, който иде в името Господне; благославяме ви от дома Господен.

27 G od is the LORD, who has shined on us; bind the sacrifice with cords, even unto the horns of the altar.

Господ е Бог, Който ни показва светлина; приведете до роговете на жертвеника вързаната с въжета жертва.

28 T hou art my God, and I will praise thee; thou art my God, I will exalt thee.

Ти си Бог мой и ще Те славя; Боже мой, ще Те възвисявам.

29 O give thanks unto the LORD; for he is good, for his mercy endures for ever.

Славете Господа, защото е благ, защото Неговата милост трае довека.
