1 ¶ O give thanks unto the LORD; for he is good because his mercy endures for ever.

ALABAD á Jehová, porque es bueno; Porque para siempre es su misericordia.

2 L et Israel now say that his mercy endures for ever.

Diga ahora Israel: Que para siempre es su misericordia.

3 L et the house of Aaron now say, that his mercy endures for ever.

Diga ahora la casa de Aarón: Que para siempre es su misericordia.

4 L et those that fear the LORD say now, that his mercy is eternal.

Digan ahora los que temen á Jehová: Que para siempre es su misericordia.

5 F rom a tight place I called upon JAH; and JAH answered me and set me in a wide place.

Desde la angustia invoqué á JAH; Y respondióme JAH, poniéndome en anchura.

6 T he LORD is for me; I will not fear what man can do unto me.

Jehová está por mí: no temeré Lo que me pueda hacer el hombre.

7 T he LORD takes my part with those that help me; therefore I shall see my desire upon those that hate me.

Jehová está por mí entre los que me ayudan: Por tanto yo veré mi deseo en los que me aborrecen.

8 I t is better to wait upon the LORD than to wait upon man.

Mejor es esperar en Jehová Que esperar en hombre.

9 I t is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in princes.

Mejor es esperar en Jehová Que esperar en príncipes.

10 A ll the nations compassed me about; but in the name of the LORD I will cut them off.

Todas las gentes me cercaron: En nombre de Jehová, que yo los romperé.

11 T hey compassed me about; yea, they laid hold of me; but in the name of the LORD I will cut them off.

Cercáronme y asediáronme: En nombre de Jehová, que yo los romperé.

12 T hey compassed me about like bees; they were quenched as the fire of thorns; for in the name of the LORD I will cut them off.

Cercáronme como abejas; fueron apagados como fuegos de espinos: En nombre de Jehová, que yo los romperé.

13 T hou hast thrust at me with violence that I might fall, but the LORD helped me.

Empujásteme con violencia para que cayese: Empero ayudóme Jehová.

14 J AH is my strength and song and is become my saving health.

Mi fortaleza y mi canción es JAH; Y él me ha sido por salud.

15 T he voice of singing and saving health is in the tents of the righteous; the right hand of the LORD does valiantly.

Voz de júbilo y de salvación hay en las tiendas de los justos: La diestra de Jehová hace proezas.

16 T he right hand of the LORD is exalted; the right hand of the LORD does valiantly.

La diestra de Jehová sublime: La diestra de Jehová hace valentías.

17 I shall not die, but live and declare the works of JAH.

No moriré, sino que viviré, Y contaré las obras de JAH.

18 J AH has chastened me sore, but he has not given me over unto death.

Castigóme gravemente JAH: Mas no me entregó á la muerte.

19 ¶ Open unto me the gates of righteousness; I will go in through them; I will praise JAH.

Abridme las puertas de la justicia: Entraré por ellas, alabaré á JAH.

20 T his gate is of the LORD; the righteous shall enter in.

Esta puerta de Jehová, Por ella entrarán los justos.

21 I will praise thee; for thou hast heard me and art become my saving health.

Te alabaré porque me has oído, Y me fuiste por salud.

22 T he stone which the builders rejected is become the head of the corner.

La piedra que desecharon los edificadores, Ha venido á ser cabeza del ángulo.

23 T his is the LORD’s doing; it is marvellous in our eyes.

De parte de Jehová es esto: Es maravilla en nuestros ojos.

24 T his is the day which the LORD has made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.

Este es el día que hizo Jehová Nos gozaremos y alegraremos en él.

25 S ave now, I beseech thee, O LORD; O LORD, I beseech thee, cause us now to prosper.

Oh Jehová, salva ahora, te ruego: Oh Jehová, ruégote hagas prosperar ahora.

26 B lessed be he that comes in the name of the LORD; from the house of the LORD we bless you.

Bendito el que viene en nombre de Jehová: Desde la casa de Jehová os bendecimos.

27 G od is the LORD, who has shined on us; bind the sacrifice with cords, even unto the horns of the altar.

Dios es Jehová que nos ha resplandecido: Atad víctimas con cuerdas á los cuernos del altar.

28 T hou art my God, and I will praise thee; thou art my God, I will exalt thee.

Mi Dios eres tú, y á ti alabaré: Dios mío, á ti ensalzaré.

29 O give thanks unto the LORD; for he is good, for his mercy endures for ever.

Alabad á Jehová porque es bueno; Porque para siempre es su misericordia.
