1 ¶ The sons of Issachar: Tola, Puah, Jashub, and Shimron, four.

LOS hijos de Issachâr, cuatro: Thola, Phúa, Jabsub, y Simrón.

2 T he sons of Tola: Uzzi, Rephaiah, Jeriel, Jahmai, Jibsam, and Shemuel, heads of the houses of their fathers. Those of Tola numbered by their families twenty-two thousand valiant men of might in the days of David.

Los hijos de Thola: Uzzi, Rephaías, Jeriel, Jamai, Jibsam y Samuel, cabezas en las familias de sus padres. De Thola fueron contados por sus linajes en el tiempo de David, veintidós mil seiscientos hombres muy valerosos.

3 T he son of Uzzi was Izrahiah; and the sons of Izrahiah: Michael, Obadiah, Joel, Ishiah, all of them, five princes.

Hijo de Uzzi fué Izrahías; y los hijos de Izrahías: Michâel, Obadías, Joel, é Isías: todos, cinco príncipes.

4 A nd with them, by their lineages, after the houses of their fathers, were bands of soldiers for war, thirty-six thousand men, for they had many wives and sons.

Y había con ellos en sus linajes, por las familias de sus padres, treinta y seis mil hombres de guerra: por que tuvieron muchas mujeres é hijos.

5 A nd their brethren among all the families of Issachar were valiant men of might, reckoned in all by their genealogies eighty-seven thousand.

Y sus hermanos por todas las familias de Issachâr, contados todos por sus genealogías, eran ochenta y siete mil hombres valientes en extremo.

6 T he sons of Benjamin: Bela, Becher, and Jediael, three.

Los hijos de Benjamín fueron tres: Bela, Bechêr, y Jediael.

7 T he sons of Bela: Ezbon, Uzzi, Uzziel, Jerimoth, and Iri, five, heads of the houses of their fathers, mighty men of valour; and were reckoned by their genealogies twenty-two thousand and thirty-four.

Los hijos de Bela: Esbon, Uzzi, Uzziel, Jerimoth, é Iri; cinco cabezas de casas de linajes, hombres de gran valor, y de cuya descendencia fueron contados veintidós mil treinta y cuatro.

8 T he sons of Becher: Zemira, Joash, Eliezer, Elioenai, Omri, Jerimoth, Abiah, Anathoth, and Alameth. All these are the sons of Becher.

Los hijos de Bechêr: Zemira, Joas, Eliezer, Elioenai, Omri, Jerimoth, Abías, Anathoth y Alemeth; todos estos fueron hijos de Bechêr.

9 A nd the number of them, after their genealogy by their generations, heads of the houses of their fathers, mighty men of valour, was twenty thousand two hundred.

Y contados por sus descendencias, por sus linajes, los que eran cabezas de sus familias, resultaron veinte mil y doscientos hombres de grande esfuerzo.

10 T he son of Jediael was Bilhan; and the sons of Bilhan: Jeush, Benjamin, Ehud, Chenaanah, Zethan, Tarshish, and Ahishahar.

Hijo de Jediael fué Bilhán; y los hijos de Bilhán: Jebús, Benjamín, Aod, Chênaana, Zethán, Tharsis, y Ahisahar.

11 A ll these were sons of Jediael, by the heads of their fathers, mighty men of valour, seventeen thousand two hundred soldiers, fit to go out for war and battle.

Todos estos fueron hijos de Jediael, cabezas de familias, hombres muy valerosos, diecisiete mil y doscientos que salían á combatir en la guerra.

12 A nd Shuppim and Huppim were sons of Ir; and Hushim, the son of Aher.

Y Suppim y Huppim fueron hijos de Hir: y Husim, hijo de Aher.

13 T he sons of Naphtali: Jahziel, Guni, Jezer, and Shallum, the sons of Bilhah.

Los hijos de Nephtalí: Jaoel, Guni, Jezer, y Sallum, hijos de Bilha.

14 T he sons of Manasseh: Ashriel, whom his concubine, the Aramitess, gave birth unto him; she also gave birth to Machir, the father of Gilead.

Los hijos de Manasés: Asriel, el cual le parió su concubina la Sira: (la cual también le parió á Machîr, padre de Galaad:

15 A nd Machir took wives of Huppim and Shuppim, whose sister’s name was Maachah, and the name of the second was Zelophehad. And Zelophehad had daughters.

Y Machîr tomó por mujer la hermana de Huppim y Suppim, cuya hermana tuvo por nombre Maachâ:) y el nombre del segundo fué Salphaad. Y Salphaad tuvo hijas.

16 A nd Maachah, the wife of Machir, gave birth to a son unto him, and she called his name Peresh, and the name of his brother was Sheresh, whose sons were Ulam and Rakem.

Y Maachâ mujer de Machîr le parió un hijo, y llamóle Peres; y el nombre de su hermano fué Seres, cuyos hijos fueron Ulam y Recem.

17 T he son of Ulam was Bedan. These were the sons of Gilead, the son of Machir, the son of Manasseh.

Hijo de Ulam fué Bedán. Estos fueron los hijos de Galaad, hijo de Machîr, hijo de Manasés.

18 A nd his sister Hammoleketh gave birth to Ishod, Abiezer, and Mahalah.

Y su hermana Molechêt parió á Ischôd, y á Abiezer, y Mahala.

19 A nd the sons of Shemida were, Ahian, Shechem, Likhi, and Aniam.

Y los hijos de Semida fueron Ahián, Sechêm, Licci, y Aniam.

20 ¶ The sons of Ephraim: Shuthelah, Bered, his son, Tahath his son, Eladah, his son, Tahath, his son,

Los hijos de Ephraim: Suthela, Bered su hijo, Thahath, Elada su hijo, Thahat su hijo,

21 Z abad, his son, Shuthelah, his son, Ezer, and Elead, whom the men of Gath that were born in that land slew because they came down to take away their livestock.

Zabad su hijo, y Suthela su hijo, Ezer, y Ela0d. Mas los hijos de gath, naturales de aquella tierra, los mataron, porque vinieron á tomarles sus ganados.

22 A nd Ephraim, their father, mourned many days, and his brethren came to comfort him.

Y Ephraim su padre hizo duelo por muchos días, y vinieron sus hermanos á consolarlo.

23 A nd when he went in to his wife, she conceived and gave birth to a son, and he called his name Beriah, because he had been in affliction in his house.

Entrando él después á su mujer ella concibió, y parió un hijo, al cual puso por nombre Bería; por cuanto había estado en aflicción en su casa

24 ( And his daughter was Sherah, who built Bethhoron, the lower and the upper, and Uzzensherah.)

Y su hija fué Seera, la cual edificó á Beth-oron la baja y la alta, y á Uzzen-seera.

25 A nd Rephah was his son, also Resheph, and Telah his son, and Tahan, his son,

Hijo de este Bería fué Repha y Reseph, y Thela su hijo, y Taán su hijo,

26 L aadan, his son, Ammihud, his son, Elishama, his son,

Laadán su hijo, Ammiud su hijo, Elisama su hijo,

27 N un, his son, Joshua, his son.

Nun su hijo, Josué su hijo.

28 A nd their inheritance and habitation was Bethel with its towns, and eastward Naaran, and westward Gezer with its towns; likewise Shechem and its towns unto Gaza and its towns,

Y la heredad y habitación de ellos fué Beth-el con sus aldeas: y hacia el oriente Naarán, y á la parte del occidente Gezer y sus aldeas: asimismo Sichêm con sus aldeas, hasta Asa y sus aldeas;

29 a nd by the side of the sons of Manasseh, Bethshean and her towns, Taanach and her towns, Megiddo and her towns, Dor and her towns. In these dwelt the sons of Joseph, the son of Israel.

Y á la parte de los hijos de Manasés, Beth-seán con sus aldeas, Thanach con sus aldeas, Megiddo con sus aldeas, Dor con sus aldeas. En estos lugares habitaron los hijos de José, hijo de Israel.

30 T he sons of Asher: Imnah, Isuah, Ishuai, Beriah, and Serah, their sister.

Los hijos de Aser: Imna, Isua, Isui, Bería, y su hermana Sera.

31 A nd the sons of Beriah: Heber and Malchiel, who was the father of Birzavith.

Los hijos de Bería: Heber, y Machîel, el cual fué padre de Birzabith.

32 A nd Heber begat Japhlet, Shomer, Hotham, and Shua their sister.

Y Heber engendró á Japhlet, Semer, Hotham, y Sua hermana de ellos.

33 T he sons of Japhlet: Pasach, Bimhal, and Ashvath. These were the sons of Japhlet.

34 A nd the sons of Shamer: Ahi, Rohgah, Jehubbah, and Aram.

Y todos estos fueron hijos de Aser, cabezas de familias paternas, escogidos, esforzados, cabezas de príncipes: y contados que fueron por sus linajes entre los de armas tomar, el número de ellos fué veintiséis mil hombres.
