1 ¶ And when he had opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven about the space of half an hour.

И когато отвори седмия печат, настана мълчание на небето за около половин час.

2 A nd I saw the seven angels which stood before God, and to them were given seven trumpets.

Тогава видях, че на седемте ангела, които стояха пред Бога, бяха дадени седем тръби.

3 A nd another angel came and stood at the altar, having a golden censer; and there was given unto him much incense of the prayers of all the saints, that he should offer upon the golden altar which was before the throne.

И дойде друг ангел и застана пред олтара, като държеше златна кадилница; и на него бе даден много тамян, за да го прибави към молитвите на всички светии над златния олтар, който беше пред престола.

4 A nd the smoke of the incense of the prayers of the saints, ascended up before God out of the angel’s hand.

А кадилният дим се издигна пред Бога от ръката на ангела заедно с молитвите на светиите.

5 A nd the angel took the censer and filled it with fire of the altar and cast it into the earth; and there were voices and thunderings and lightnings and an earthquake.

И ангелът взе кадилницата, напълни я с огън от олтара и хвърли огъня на земята; и последваха гръмове и гласове, светкавици и трус. Първите четири ангела тръбят

6 A nd the seven angels who had the seven trumpets prepared themselves to sound their trumpets.

И седемте ангела, които държаха седемте тръби, се приготвиха да затръбят.

7 ¶ The first angel sounded the trumpet, and there followed hail and fire mingled with blood, and they were cast upon the land; and the third part of the trees was burnt up, and all green grass was burnt up.

Като затръби първият ангел, падна град и огън, размесени с кръв, които бяха хвърлени на земята; и една трета част от земята изгоря, също и една трета част от дърветата изгоря, изгоря и всяка зелена трева.

8 A nd the second angel sounded the trumpet, and as it were a great mountain burning with fire was cast into the sea; and the third part of the sea became blood;

И като затръби вторият ангел, нещо като голяма планина, пламнала в огън, бе хвърлена в морето; и една трета част от морето стана кръв

9 a nd the third part of the creatures which were in the sea, and had life, died; and the third part of the ships were destroyed.

и измря една трета част от одушевените същества, които бяха в морето; и една трета част от корабите бе унищожена.

10 A nd the third angel sounded the trumpet, and a great star fell from heaven, burning as a lit torch, and it fell upon the third part of the rivers and upon the fountains of waters;

След като затръби третият ангел, от небето падна голяма звезда, която гореше като светило, и падна върху една трета част от реките и върху водните извори.

11 a nd the name of the star is called Wormwood; and the third part of the waters became wormwood; and many men died of the waters because they were made bitter.

А името на звездата е Пелин и една трета част от водите стана пелин, и много човеци измряха от водите, защото станаха горчиви.

12 A nd the fourth angel sounded the trumpet, and the third part of the sun was smitten and the third part of the moon and the third part of the stars, in such a manner that the third part of them was darkened, and the third part of the day did not shine, and the night likewise.

И като затръби четвъртият ангел, една трета част от слънцето и една трета част от луната, и една трета част от звездите беше поразена, така че да потъмнее една трета част от тях и една трета част от деня да не свети, както и една трета част от нощта.

13 A nd I saw and heard an angel flying through the midst of heaven, saying with a loud voice, Woe, woe, woe to the inhabiters of the earth by reason of the other voices of the trumpet of the three angels, who are yet to sound their trumpets!

Тогава видях и чух един орел, който летеше сред небето и казваше с висок глас: Горко, горко, горко на земните жители поради останалите тръбни гласове от тримата ангели, които още има да затръбят.
