1 ¶ And it came to pass on the eighth day that Moses called Aaron and his sons and the elders of Israel,

Ora, ao dia oitavo, Moisés chamou a Arão e seus filhos, e os anciãos de Israel,

2 a nd he said unto Aaron, Take thee a young calf as the sin and a ram as a burnt offering, without blemish, and offer them before the LORD.

e disse a Arão: Toma um bezerro tenro para oferta pelo pecado, e um carneiro para holocausto, ambos sem defeito, e oferece-os perante o Senhor.

3 A nd unto the sons of Israel thou shalt speak, saying, Take ye a he goat as the sin and a calf and a lamb, both of the first year, without blemish, for a burnt offering;

E falarás aos filhos de Israel, dizendo: Tomai um bode para oferta pelo pecado; e um bezerro e um cordeiro, ambos de um ano, e sem defeito, como holocausto;

4 l ikewise a bullock and a ram for a sacrifice of peace, to kill before the LORD; and a present mingled with oil; for today the LORD will appear unto you.

também um boi e um carneiro para ofertas pacíficas, para sacrificar perante o Senhor e oferta de cereais, amassada com azeite; porquanto hoje o Senhor vos aparecerá.

5 A nd they brought that which Moses commanded before the tabernacle of the testimony, and all the congregation drew near and stood before the LORD.

Então trouxeram até a entrada da tenda da revelação o que Moisés ordenara, e chegou-se toda a congregação, e ficou de pé diante do Senhor.

6 T hen Moses said, This is the thing which the LORD commanded that ye should do, and the glory of the LORD shall appear unto you.

E disse Moisés: Esta é a coisa que o Senhor ordenou que fizésseis; e a glória do Senhor vos aparecerá.

7 A nd Moses said unto Aaron, Go unto the altar, and offer thy sin, and thy burnt offering, and make reconciliation for thyself and for the people; and offer the offering of the people and make reconciliation for them, as the LORD commanded.

Depois disse Moisés a Arão: Chega-te ao altar, e apresenta a tua oferta pelo pecado e o teu holocausto, e faze expiação por ti e pelo povo; também apresenta a oferta do povo, e faze expiação por ele, como ordenou o Senhor.

8 ¶ Then Aaron went unto the altar and slew the calf of his own sin.

Arão, pois, chegou-se ao altar, e imolou o bezerro que era a sua própria oferta pelo pecado.

9 A nd the sons of Aaron brought the blood unto him, and he dipped his finger in the blood and put it upon the horns of the altar and poured out the remaining blood at the bottom of the altar;

Os filhos de Arão trouxeram-lhe o sangue; e ele molhou o dedo no sangue, e o pôs sobre as pontas do altar, e derramou o sangue ã base do altar;

10 a nd the fat and the kidneys and the caul above the liver of the sin, he incensed upon the altar, as the LORD had commanded Moses.

mas a gordura, e os rins, e o redenho do fígado, tirados da oferta pelo pecado, queimou-os sobre o altar, como o Senhor ordenara a Moisés.

11 A nd the flesh and the hide he burnt with fire outside the camp.

E queimou ao fogo fora do arraial a carne e o couro.

12 L ikewise he slew the burnt offering; and Aaron’s sons presented unto him the blood, which he sprinkled round about upon the altar.

Depois imolou o holocausto, e os filhos de Arão lhe entregaram o sangue, e ele o espargiu sobre o altar em redor.

13 A fter that they presented the burnt offering unto him, by its pieces, and the head; and he incensed them upon the altar.

Também lhe entregaram o holocausto, pedaço por pedaço, e a cabeça; e ele os queimou sobre o altar.

14 T hen he washed the intestines and the legs and burnt them with the burnt offering on the altar.

E lavou a fressura e as pernas, e as queimou sobre o holocausto no altar.

15 H e also offered the people’s offering and took the he goat, which was the sin of the people, and slew it and offered it for their sin, as the first.

Então apresentou a oferta do povo e, tomando o bode que era a oferta pelo pecado do povo, imolou-o e o ofereceu pelo pecado, como fizera com o primeiro.

16 A nd he brought the burnt offering and offered it according to the ordinance.

Apresentou também o holocausto, e o ofereceu segundo a ordenança. rifício até o terceiro

17 L ikewise he offered the present and took a handful thereof and incensed it upon the altar, beside the burnt sacrifice of the morning.

E apresentou a oferta de cereais e, tomando dela um punhado, queimou-o sobre o altar, além do holocausto da manhã.

18 H e also slew the bullock and the ram in sacrifice of peace, which was for the people; and Aaron’s sons presented unto him the blood (which he sprinkled upon the altar round about)

Imolou também o boi e o carneiro em sacrifício de oferta pacífica pelo povo; e os filhos de Arão entregaram-lhe o sangue, que ele espargiu sobre o altar em redor,

19 a nd the fat of the bullock and of the ram, the tail and that which covers the inwards and the kidneys and the caul above the liver;

como também a gordura do boi e do carneiro, a cauda gorda, e o que cobre a fressura, e os rins, e o redenho do fígado;

20 a nd they put the fat upon the breasts, and he burnt the fat upon the altar.

e puseram a gordura sobre os peitos, e ele queimou a gordura sobre o altar;

21 B ut the breasts, with the right shoulder, Aaron waved, waving them before the LORD, as the LORD had commanded Moses.

mas os peitos e a coxa direita, ofereceu-os Arão por oferta movida perante o Senhor, como Moisés tinha ordenado.

22 A fter that, Aaron lifted up his hands toward the people and blessed them and came down from offering the sin and the burnt offering and the peace.

Depois Arão, levantando as mãos para o povo, o abençoou e desceu, tendo acabado de oferecer a oferta pelo pecado, o holocausto e as ofertas pacíficas.

23 ¶ And Moses and Aaron went into the tabernacle of the testimony and came out and blessed the people; and the glory of the LORD appeared unto all the people.

E Moisés e Arão entraram na tenda da revelação; depois saíram, e abençoaram o povo; e a glória do Senhor apareceu a todo o povo,

24 A nd there came a fire out from before the LORD and consumed upon the altar the burnt offering and the fat, which when all the people saw, they praised and fell on their faces.

pois saiu fogo de diante do Senhor, e consumiu o holocausto e a gordura sobre o altar; o que vendo todo o povo, jubilaram e prostraram-se sobre os seus rostos.
