1 T he earth is the Lord’s, and all that is in it, the world, and all who live in it.

Псалом Давидів. Господня земля, і все, що на ній, вселенна й мешканці її,

2 F or He has built it upon the seas. He has set it upon the rivers.

бо заклав Він її на морях, і на річках її встановив.

3 W ho may go up the mountain of the Lord? And who may stand in His holy place?

Хто зійде на гору Господню, і хто буде стояти на місці святому Його?

4 H e who has clean hands and a pure heart. He who has not lifted up his soul to what is not true, and has not made false promises.

У кого чисті руки та щиреє серце, і хто не нахиляв на марноту своєї душі, і хто не присягав на обману,

5 H e will receive what is good from the Lord, and what is right and good from the God Who saves him.

нехай носить він благословення від Господа, а праведність від Бога спасіння свого!

6 S uch is the family of those who look for Him, who look for Your face, O God of Jacob.

Таке покоління усіх, хто шукає Його, хто прагне обличчя Твого, Боже Яковів! Села.

7 L ift up your heads, O gates. And be lifted up, O doors that last forever. And the King of shining-greatness will come in.

Піднесіте верхи свої, брами, і будьте відчинені, входи відвічні, і ввійде Цар слави!

8 W ho is the King of shining-greatness? The Lord strong and powerful. The Lord powerful in war.

Хто ж то Цар слави? Господь сильний й могутній, Господь, що потужний в бою!

9 L ift up your heads, O gates. Lift them up, O doors that last forever and the King of shining-greatness will come in.

Піднесіте верхи свої, брами, і піднесіте, входи відвічні, і ввійде Цар слави!

10 W ho is the King of shining-greatness? The Lord of All. He is the King of shining-greatness.

Хто ж то Він, той Цар слави? Господь Саваот Він Цар слави! Села.
