1 ¶ Y el SEÑOR habló a Moisés, diciendo:

¶ And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying,

2 M anda a los hijos de Israel, y diles: Cuando hubiereis entrado en la tierra de Canaán, es a saber, la tierra que os ha de caer en heredad, la tierra de Canaán según sus términos;

Command the sons of Israel and say unto them, When ye have entered into the land of Canaan (this is the land that shall fall unto you for an inheritance, even the land of Canaan according to its borders),

3 t endréis el lado del mediodía desde el desierto de Zin hasta los términos de Edom; y os será el término del mediodía al extremo del Mar Salado hacia el oriente.

you shall have on the side of the Negev from the wilderness of Zin unto the borders of Edom, and your border towards the Negev shall be the outmost coast of the salt sea eastward.

4 Y este término os irá rodeando desde el mediodía hasta la subida de Acrabim, y pasará hasta Zin; y sus salidas serán del mediodía a Cades-barnea; y saldrá a Hasar-adar, y pasará hasta Asmón;

And this border shall turn from the Negev to the ascent of Akrabbim and pass on to Zin, and the going forth thereof shall be from the Negev to Kadeshbarnea and shall go on to Hazaraddar and pass on to Azmon;

5 y rodeará este término, desde Asmón hasta el arroyo de Egipto, y sus remates serán al mar occidental.

and the border shall fetch a compass from Azmon unto the river of Egypt, and the goings out of it shall be at the western sea.

6 Y el término occidental os será el Gran Mar; este término os será el término occidental.

And as for the western border, ye shall even have the great sea for a border; this shall be your west border.

7 Y el término del norte será éste: desde el Gran Mar os señalaréis al monte de Hor.

And this shall be your north border: from the great sea ye shall point out for you Mount Hor.

8 D el monte de Hor señalaréis a la entrada de Hamat, y serán las salidas de aquel término a Zedad;

From Mount Hor ye shall point out your border unto the entrance of Hamath, and the goings forth of the border shall be to Zedad,

9 y saldrá este término a Zifrón, y serán sus salidas a Hazar-enán; éste os será el término del norte.

and the border shall go on to Ziphron, and the goings out of it shall be at Hazarenan; this shall be your north border.

10 Y por término al oriente os señalaréis desde Hazar-enán hasta Sefam;

And ye shall point out your east border from Hazarenan to Shepham,

11 y descenderá este término desde Sefam a Ribla, al oriente de Aín; y descenderá este término, y llegará a la costa del mar de Cineret al oriente.

and the border shall go down from Shepham to Riblah, on the east side of Ain, and the border shall descend and shall reach unto the side of the sea of Chinnereth eastward.

12 D espués descenderá este término al Jordán, y serán sus salidas al mar Salado; ésta será vuestra tierra por sus términos alrededor.

And the border shall go down to the Jordan, and the goings out of it shall be at the salt sea; this shall be your land with the borders thereof round about.

13 Y mandó Moisés a los hijos de Israel, diciendo: Esta es la tierra que heredaréis por suerte, la cual mandó el SEÑOR que diera a las nueve tribus, y a la media tribu;

And Moses commanded the sons of Israel, saying, This is the land which ye shall inherit by lot, which the LORD commanded to give unto the nine tribes and to the half tribe,

14 p orque la tribu de los hijos de Rubén según las casas de sus padres, y la tribu de los hijos de Gad según las casas de sus padres, y la media tribu de Manasés, han tomado su herencia.

because the tribe of the sons of Reuben, according to the houses of their fathers, and the tribe of the sons of Gad, according to the houses of their fathers, and half the tribe of Manasseh have received their inheritance.

15 D os tribus y media tomaron su heredad del otro lado del Jordán de Jericó al oriente, al nacimiento del sol.

The two tribes and the half tribe have received their inheritance on this side of the Jordan of Jericho eastward, toward the sunrising.

16 ¶ Y habló el SEÑOR a Moisés, diciendo:

¶ And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying,

17 E stos son los nombres de los varones que os dividirán la posesión de la tierra para vosotros: Eleazar el sacerdote, y Josué hijo de Nun.

These are the names of the men who shall divide the possession of the land for you: Eleazar, the priest, and Joshua, the son of Nun.

18 Y tomaréis de cada tribu un príncipe, para dividir la posesión de la tierra.

And ye shall take one prince of every tribe to divide the possession of the land.

19 Y éstos son los nombres de los varones: De la tribu de Judá, Caleb hijo de Jefone.

And the names of the men are these: Of the tribe of Judah, Caleb, the son of Jephunneh.

20 Y de la tribu de los hijos de Simeón, Semuel hijo de Amiud.

And of the tribe of the sons of Simeon, Shemuel, the son of Ammihud.

21 D e la tribu de Benjamín, Elidad hijo de Quislón.

Of the tribe of Benjamin, Elidad, the son of Chislon.

22 Y de la tribu de los hijos de Dan, el príncipe Buqui hijo de Jogli.

And the of the tribe of the sons of Dan, the prince Bukki, the son of Jogli.

23 D e los hijos de José: de la tribu de los hijos de Manasés, el príncipe Haniel hijo de Efod.

Of the sons of Joseph: of the tribe of the sons of Manasseh, the prince Hanniel, the son of Ephod.

24 Y de la tribu de los hijos de Efraín, el príncipe Kemuel hijo de Siftán.

And of the tribe of the sons of Ephraim, the prince Kemuel, the son of Shiphtan.

25 Y de la tribu de los hijos de Zabulón, el príncipe Elizafán hijo de Parnac.

And of the tribe of the sons of Zebulun, the prince Elizaphan, the son of Parnach.

26 Y de la tribu de los hijos de Isacar, el príncipe Paltiel hijo de Azán.

And of the tribe of the sons of Issachar, the prince Paltiel, the son of Azzan.

27 Y de la tribu de los hijos de Aser, el príncipe Ahiud hijo de Selomi.

And of the tribe of the sons of Asher, the prince Ahihud, the son of Shelomi.

28 Y de la tribu de los hijos de Neftalí, el príncipe Pedael hijo de Amiud.

And of the tribe of the sons of Naphtali, the prince Pedahel, the son of Ammihud.

29 E stos son a los que mandó el SEÑOR que hicieran heredar la tierra a los hijos de Israel en la tierra de Canaán.

These are those whom the LORD commanded to cause the sons of Israel to inherit the land of Canaan.
