1 ¶ Harás asimismo un altar de sahumerio de incienso; de madera de cedro lo harás.

¶ In the same manner thou shalt make an altar to burn incense upon; of cedar wood shalt thou make it.

2 S u longitud será de un codo, y su anchura de un codo; será cuadrado, y su altura de dos codos; y sus cuernos serán de lo mismo.

Its length shall be a cubit and its width a cubit; it shall be square and its height two cubits; its horns shall be of the same.

3 Y lo cubrirás de oro puro, su techado, y sus paredes alrededor, y sus cuernos; y le harás alrededor una cornisa de oro.

And thou shalt cover it with pure gold, its top and its sides round about, and its horns; and thou shalt make unto it a moulding of gold round about.

4 L e harás también dos anillos de oro debajo de su cornisa a sus dos esquinas en ambos lados, para meter las varas con que será llevado.

And two golden rings shalt thou make to it under its moulding by its two corners on both sides for places for the staves to bear it with.

5 Y harás las varas de madera de cedro, y las recubrirás de oro.

And thou shalt make the staves of cedar wood and cover them with gold.

6 Y lo pondrás delante del velo que está junto al arca del testimonio, delante del asiento de la reconciliación que está sobre el testimonio, donde yo te testificaré de mí.

And thou shalt put it before the veil that is by the ark of the testimony, before the seat of reconciliation that is over the testimony, where I will testify unto thee of myself.

7 Y quemará sobre él Aarón incienso de aroma cada mañana, cuando aderezare las lámparas lo quemará.

And Aaron shall burn sweet incense thereon every morning; when he dresses the lamps, he shall burn it.

8 Y cuando Aarón encienda las lámparas al anochecer, quemará el incienso continuamente delante del SEÑOR por vuestras edades.

And when Aaron lights the lamps at evening, he shall burn incense upon it continually before the LORD throughout your ages.

9 N o ofreceréis sobre él incienso extraño, ni holocausto, ni presente; ni tampoco derramaréis sobre él libación.

Ye shall offer no strange incense thereon nor burnt sacrifice nor present; neither shall ye pour drink offering thereon.

10 Y sobre sus cuernos hará Aarón expiación una vez en el año con la sangre de la reconciliación por el pecado; una vez en el año hará reconciliación sobre él en vuestras edades; será santísimo al SEÑOR.

And Aaron shall make reconciliation upon the horns of it once a year with the blood of the reconciliation for sin; once a year shall he make reconciliation upon it throughout your ages; it shall be most holy unto the LORD.

11 ¶ Y habló el SEÑOR a Moisés, diciendo:

¶ And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying,

12 C uando tomares el número de los hijos de Israel conforme a la cuenta de ellos, cada uno dará al SEÑOR el rescate de su alma, cuando los contares, y no habrá en ellos mortandad por haberlos contado.

When thou takest the number of the sons of Israel after the sum of them, each one shall give a ransom for his soul unto the LORD, when thou dost number them, that there be no mortality in them because of numbering them.

13 E sto dará cualquiera que pasare por la cuenta: medio siclo conforme al siclo del santuario. El siclo es de veinte óbolos; la mitad de un siclo será la ofrenda al SEÑOR.

This shall be given by every one that passes among those that are numbered: half a shekel after the shekel of the sanctuary (a shekel is twenty gerahs); a half shekel shall be the offering to the LORD.

14 C ualquiera que pasare por la cuenta, de veinte años arriba, dará la ofrenda al SEÑOR.

Anyone that passes among those that are numbered, from twenty years old and above, shall give the offering unto the LORD.

15 N i el rico aumentará, ni el pobre disminuirá de medio siclo, cuando dieren la ofrenda al SEÑOR para hacer reconciliación por vuestras almas.

The rich shall not give more, and the poor shall not give less than half a shekel, when they give the offering unto the LORD to make reconciliation for your souls.

16 Y tomarás de los hijos de Israel el dinero de las reconciliaciones, y lo darás para el servicio del tabernáculo del testimonio; y será por memorial a los hijos de Israel delante del SEÑOR, para reconciliar vuestras almas.

And thou shalt take the reconciliation money of the sons of Israel and shalt appoint it for the service of the tabernacle of the testimony, and it shall be a memorial unto the sons of Israel before the LORD to reconcile your souls.

17 ¶ Habló más el SEÑOR a Moisés, diciendo:

¶ And the LORD spoke further unto Moses, saying,

18 H arás también una fuente de bronce, con su basa de bronce, para lavarse; y la has de poner entre el tabernáculo del testimonio y el altar; y pondrás en ella agua.

Thou shalt also make a laver of brass, and its base also of brass, to wash with; and thou shalt place it between the tabernacle of the testimony and the altar, and thou shalt put water in it.

19 Y de ella se lavarán Aarón y sus hijos sus manos y sus pies.

And from it Aaron and his sons shall wash their hands and their feet.

20 C uando entraren en el tabernáculo del testimonio, se han de lavar con agua, para que no mueran; y cuando se acerquen al altar para ministrar, para encender al SEÑOR la ofrenda que se ha de consumir al fuego,

When they go into the tabernacle of the testimony, they shall wash with water that they not die, or when they come near to the altar to minister, to burn the offering unto the LORD that must be consumed by fire,

21 t ambién se lavarán las manos y los pies, para que no mueran. Y lo tendrán por estatuto perpetuo él y su simiente por sus generaciones.

they shall wash their hands and their feet, that they not die. And he and his seed shall have it as a perpetual statute throughout their generations.

22 ¶ Habló más el SEÑOR a Moisés, diciendo:

¶ The LORD spoke further unto Moses, saying,

23 Y tú has de tomar de las principales especias; de mirra excelente quinientos siclos, y de canela aromática la mitad, esto es, doscientos cincuenta, y de cálamo aromático doscientos cincuenta,

Thou must take unto thee of the principal spices: of excellent myrrh five hundred shekels and of aromatic cinnamon half so much, even two hundred and fifty shekels, and of aromatic calamus two hundred and fifty shekels,

24 y de casia quinientos, al peso del santuario, y de aceite de olivas un hin;

and of cassia five hundred shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary, and of oil olive one hin;

25 y harás de ello el aceite de la santa unción, superior ungüento, obra de perfumador, el cual será el aceite de la santa unción.

and thou shalt make of it the oil of the holy anointing, a superior ointment, after the art of the apothecary, which shall be the oil of the holy anointing.

26 C on él ungirás el tabernáculo del testimonio, y el arca del testimonio,

And thou shalt anoint the tabernacle of the testimony with it and the ark of the testimony

27 y la mesa, y todos sus vasos, y el candelero, y todos sus vasos, y el altar del incienso,

and the table and all its vessels and the lampstand and its vessels and the altar of incense

28 y el altar del holocausto, todos sus vasos, y la fuente y su basa.

and the altar of burnt offering with all its vessels and the laver and its base.

29 A sí los consagrarás, y serán cosas santísimas; todo lo que tocare en ellos, será santificado.

Thus thou shalt consecrate them, and they shall be most holy; whatever touches them shall be sanctified.

30 U ngirás también a Aarón y a sus hijos, y los santificarás para que sean mis sacerdotes.

And thou shalt also anoint Aaron and his sons and sanctify them that they may be my priests.

31 Y hablarás a los hijos de Israel, diciendo: Este será mi aceite de la santa unción para vuestras edades.

And thou shalt speak unto the sons of Israel, saying, This shall be my oil of the holy anointing throughout your ages.

32 S obre carne de hombre no será untado, ni haréis otro semejante, conforme a su composición, santo es; por santo habéis de tenerlo vosotros.

It shall not be poured upon man’s flesh; neither shall ye make any other like it, after the composition of it; it is holy, and it shall be holy unto you.

33 C ualquiera que compusiere ungüento semejante, y que pusiere de él sobre extraño, será cortado de su pueblo.

Whoever compounds any like it and puts any of it upon a stranger shall be cut off from his people.

34 D ijo aún el SEÑOR a Moisés: Tómate aromas, estacte y uña olorosa y gálbano aromático e incienso limpio; de todo en igual peso.

And the LORD said unto Moses, Take unto thee aromas, stacte and onycha and aromatic galbanum and pure frankincense, of each in equal weight.

35 Y harás de ello una confección aromática de obra de perfumador, bien mezclada, pura y santa;

And thou shalt make it a perfume, a confection after the art of the apothecary, tempered together, pure and holy;

36 y molerás alguna de ella pulverizándola, y la pondrás delante del testimonio en el tabernáculo del testimonio, donde yo te testificaré de mí. Os será cosa santísima.

and thou shalt beat some of it very small and put of it before the testimony in the tabernacle of the testimony, where I will testify unto thee of myself. It shall be most holy unto you.

37 C omo la confección que harás, no os haréis otra según su composición: santidad te será para el SEÑOR.

And as for the perfume which thou shalt make, ye shall not make to yourselves another according to the composition thereof: it shall be holiness unto thee for the LORD.

38 C ualquiera que hiciere otra como ella para olerla, será cortado de su pueblo.

Whoever shall make another like unto that to smell it shall be cut off from his people.
