1 G uárdame, oh Dios, porque en ti he confiado.

¶ Preserve me, O God: for in thee I have put my trust.

2 D i al SEÑOR: Señor tú eres mi bien; no tengo otro bien fuera de ti.

I said unto the LORD, Thou art my goodness: I have no goodness apart from thee;

3 A los santos que están en la tierra, y a los íntegros; toda mi afición en ellos.

to the saints that are in the earth and to the excellent: all my delight is towards them.

4 M ultiplicarán sus dolores los que se apresuraren tras otro dios; no ofreceré yo sus libaciones de sangre, ni en mis labios tomaré sus nombres.

The sorrows of those that hasten after another god shall be multiplied; their drink offerings of blood I will not offer, nor take up their names into my lips.

5 E l SEÑOR es la porción de mi parte y de mi copa; tú sustentarás mi suerte.

The LORD is the portion of my inheritance and of my cup; thou dost maintain my lot.

6 L as cuerdas me cayeron en lugares deleitosos, así mismo la heredad se hermoseó sobre mí.

The lines are fallen unto me in pleasant places; yea, I have a beautiful inheritance.

7 B endeciré al SEÑOR, que me aconseja; aun en las noches me enseña mis riñones.

I will bless the LORD, who gives me counsel: my kidneys also instruct me in the night seasons.

8 ¶ Al SEÑOR he puesto siempre delante de mí; porque estando El a mi diestra, no seré conmovido.

¶ I have set the LORD always before me: because when he is at my right hand, I shall not be moved.

9 P or tanto se alegró mi corazón, y se gozó mi gloria; también mi carne reposará segura.

Therefore my heart is glad, and my glory rejoices: my flesh also shall rest secure.

10 P orque no dejarás mi alma en el Seol; ni darás tu Misericordioso para que vea corrupción.

For thou wilt not leave my soul in Sheol; neither wilt thou suffer thy Merciful One to see corruption.

11 M e harás saber la senda de la vida; plenitud de alegrías hay con tu rostro; deleites en tu diestra para siempre.

Thou wilt show me the path of life: in thy presence is fullness of joy; in thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.
