1 E l SEÑOR te oiga en el día de la angustia; te ensalce el nombre del Dios de Jacob.

¶ Let the LORD hear thee in the day of trouble; let the name of the God of Jacob lift thee up

2 T e envíe ayuda desde el santuario, y desde Sion te sustente.

and send thee help from the sanctuary and strengthen thee out of Zion

3 T enga memoria de todos tus presentes, y reduzca a ceniza tu holocausto. (Selah.)

and remember all thy offerings and reduce thy burnt sacrifice to the ashes of burnt fat, Selah.

4 T e dé conforme a tu corazón, y cumpla todo tu consejo.

Grant thee according to thine heart and fulfil all thy counsel.

5 N osotros nos alegraremos con tu salud, y portaremos la bandera en el nombre de nuestro Dios; cumpla el SEÑOR todas tus peticiones.

We will rejoice in thy saving health, and in the name of our God we will be standard-bearers: let the LORD fulfil all thy petitions.

6 ¶ Ahora he conocido que el SEÑOR ha guardado a su ungido; lo oirá desde los cielos de su santidad con las valentías de la salud de su diestra.

¶ Now know I that the LORD has kept his anointed; he will hear him from the heavens of his holiness with the saving valour of his right hand.

7 E stos confían en carros, y aquéllos en caballos; mas nosotros del nombre del SEÑOR nuestro Dios tendremos memoria.

Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we will remember the name of the LORD our God.

8 E llos se arrodillaron, y cayeron; mas nosotros nos levantamos, y nos enhestamos.

They are brought down and fallen, but we are risen and stand upright.

9 E l SEÑOR salva al Rey; que El nos oiga el día que lo invocáremos.

The LORD saves the king; let him hear us on the day when we call.
