1 Y volvió el ángel que hablaba conmigo, y me despertó como un hombre que es despertado de su sueño.

¶ And the angel that talked with me came again and waked me, as a man that is wakened out of his sleep,

2 Y me dijo: ¿Qué ves? Y respondí: Miré, y he aquí un candelero todo de oro, con su depósito sobre su cabeza, y sus siete lámparas encima del candelero; y siete canales para las lámparas que están encima de él;

and said unto me, What seest thou? And I said, I have looked and behold a lampstand all of gold, with a bowl upon the top of it, and its seven lamps upon the lampstand, and seven pipes for the lamps, which are upon the top thereof:

3 y sobre él dos olivos, el uno a la mano derecha del depósito, y el otro a su mano izquierda.

and two olive trees over it, one upon the right hand side of the bowl and the other upon the left hand side thereof.

4 Y hablé y dije a aquel ángel que hablaba conmigo, diciendo: ¿Qué es esto, Señor mío?

So I answered and spoke to the angel that talked with me, saying, What is this, my lord?

5 Y el ángel que hablaba conmigo respondió, y me dijo: ¿No sabes qué es esto? Y dije: No, Señor mío.

Then the angel that talked with me answered and said unto me, Dost thou not know what this is? And I said, No, my lord.

6 E ntonces respondió y me habló, diciendo: Esta es Palabra del SEÑOR a Zorobabel, en que se dice: No con ejército, ni con fuerza, sino con mi Espíritu, dijo el SEÑOR de los ejércitos.

Then he answered and spoke unto me, saying, This is the word of the LORD unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit, said the LORD of the hosts.

7 ¿ Quién eres tú, oh gran monte delante de Zorobabel? Serás reducido a llanura. El sacará la primera piedra con aclamaciones de Gracia, gracia a ella.

Who art thou, O great mountain before Zerubbabel? Thou shalt be reduced to a plain; and he shall bring forth the headstone thereof with shoutings, crying, Grace, grace unto it.

8 Y vino palabra del SEÑOR a mí, diciendo:

And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

9 L as manos de Zorobabel echarán el fundamento a esta Casa, y sus manos la acabarán; y conocerás que el SEÑOR de los ejércitos me envió a vosotros.

The hands of Zerubbabel shall lay the foundation of this house; his hands shall also finish it; and thou shalt know that the LORD of the hosts has sent me unto you.

10 P orque, ¿quién ha menospreciado el día de los pequeños comienzos ? Se alegraron, y verán la plomada en la mano de Zorobabel. Aquellos siete son los ojos del SEÑOR extendidos por toda la tierra.

For who has despised the day of small beginnings? for they shall rejoice, and shall see the plummet in the hand of Zerubbabel. Those seven are the eyes of the LORD, which run to and fro through the whole earth.

11 H ablé más, y le dije: ¿Qué significan estas dos olivas a la mano derecha del candelero, y a su mano izquierda?

¶ Then I spoke and said unto him, What are these two olive trees upon the right hand side of the lampstand and upon the left hand side thereof?

12 Y hablé la segunda vez, y le dije: ¿Qué significan las dos ramas de olivas que por medio de dos tubos de oro vierten de sí aceite como oro?

And I spoke the second time and said unto him, What are these two olive branches which through the two golden pipes empty the golden oil out of themselves?

13 Y me respondió, diciendo: ¿No sabes qué es esto? Y dije: Señor mío, no.

And he answered me and said, Dost thou not know what these are? And I said, No, my lord.

14 Y él dijo: Estos dos hijos de aceite son los que están delante del Señor de toda la tierra.

Then he said, These two sons of oil are those that stand by the Lord of the whole earth.
