1 E l SEÑOR dijo a mi Señor; siéntate a mi diestra, entretanto que pongo tus enemigos por estrado de tus pies.

¶ The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou at my right hand until I make thine enemies thy footstool.

2 L a vara de tu fortaleza enviará el SEÑOR desde Sion; domina en medio de tus enemigos.

The LORD shall send the rod of thy strength out of Zion; rule thou in the midst of thine enemies.

3 T u pueblo será voluntario en el día de tu poder, en la hermosura de la santidad; como el rocío que cae de la matriz del alba, así te nacerán los tuyos.

Thy people shall be willing in the day of thy power, in the beauty of holiness; as the dew which falls from the womb of the morning, thus shall those who are thine be born unto thee.

4 J uró el SEÑOR, y no se arrepentirá. Tú eres sacerdote para siempre según el orden de Melquisedec.

The LORD has sworn and will not repent, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchizedek.

5 ¶ El Señor a tu diestra herirá a los reyes en el día de su furor:

¶ The Lord at thy right hand shall smite the kings in the day of his wrath.

6 J uzgará en los gentiles, los llenará de cuerpos muertos; herirá la cabeza sobre mucha tierra.

He shall judge among the Gentiles; he shall fill their places with dead bodies; he shall wound the head over much of the earth.

7 D el arroyo beberá en el camino; por lo cual levantará su cabeza.

He shall drink of the brook in the way; therefore he shall lift up his head.
