1 Y vino Palabra del SEÑOR a mí, diciendo:

¶ The word of the LORD also came unto me, saying,

2 H ijo de hombre, tú habitas en medio de casa rebelde, los cuales tienen ojos para ver, y no ven, tienen oídos para oír, y no oyen; porque son Casa rebelde.

Son of man, thou dwellest in the midst of a rebellious house, which have eyes to see and do not see; they have ears to hear and do not hear; for they are a rebellious house.

3 P or tanto tú, hijo de hombre, hazte aparejos de marcha, y parte de día delante de sus ojos; y te pasarás de tu lugar a otro lugar a vista de ellos; no verán porque son casa rebelde.

Therefore, thou son of man, prepare thee stuff for moving and move by day in their sight and thou shalt move from thy place to another place in their sight: they will not see for they are a rebellious house.

4 Y sacarás tus aparejos, como aparejos de partida, de día delante de sus ojos; mas tú saldrás por la tarde a vista de ellos, como quien sale para partirse.

And thou shalt bring forth thy stuff by day in their sight, as stuff for moving; and thou shalt go forth in the evening in their sight, as those that go forth to not return.

5 D elante de sus ojos horadarás la pared, y saldrás por ella.

Dig through the wall in their sight, and leave thereby.

6 D elante de sus ojos los llevarás sobre tus hombros, de noche los sacarás; cubrirás tu rostro, y no mirarás la tierra, porque por señal te he dado a la Casa de Israel.

In their sight thou shalt bear it upon thy shoulders and carry it forth in the night; thou shalt cover thy face, and thou shalt not look at the land; for I have set thee for a sign unto the house of Israel.

7 Y yo hice así como me fue mandado; saqué mis aparejos de día, como aparejos de partida, y a la tarde horadé la pared a mano; salí de noche, y los llevé sobre los hombros a vista de ellos.

And I did so as I was commanded: I brought forth my stuff by day, as stuff for a journey, and in the evening I dug through the wall with my hand; I brought it forth in the night, and I bore it upon my shoulder in their sight.

8 Y vino Palabra del SEÑOR a mí por la mañana, diciendo:

And in the morning the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

9 H ijo de hombre, ¿nunca te preguntaron los de la Casa de Israel, aquella casa rebelde. ¿Qué haces?

Son of man, has not the house of Israel, the rebellious house, said unto thee, What doest thou?

10 D iles pues: Así dijo el Señor DIOS: Al príncipe en Jerusalén es esta carga, y a toda la Casa de Israel que está en medio de ellos.

Say thou unto them, Thus hath the Lord GOD said: This burden concerns the prince in Jerusalem and all the house of Israel that are among them.

11 D iles: Yo soy vuestra señal; como yo hice, así les harán a ellos; al pasar a otro país irán en cautiverio.

Say, I am your sign: like as I have done, so shall it be done unto them: when they go to another country they shall go in captivity.

12 Y al príncipe que está en medio de ellos llevarán a cuestas de noche, y saldrán; horadarán la pared para sacarle por ella; cubrirá su rostro para no ver con sus ojos la tierra.

And the prince that is among them shall be born upon their shoulders in the night, and they shall go forth; they shall dig through the wall to carry him out thereby; he shall cover his face that he not see the land with his eyes.

13 M as yo extenderé mi red sobre él, y será preso en mi malla, y le haré llevar a Babilonia, a tierra de caldeos; mas no la verá, y allá morirá.

But I will spread my net upon him, and he shall be taken in my snare, and I will cause him to be taken to Babylon to the land of the Chaldeans; yet he shall not see it though he shall die there.

14 Y a todos los que estuvieren alrededor de él para su ayuda, y a todas sus compañías esparciré a todos los vientos, y desenvainaré espada en pos de ellos.

And I will scatter toward every wind all that were about him to help him and all his companies; and I will draw out the sword after them.

15 Y sabrán que yo soy el SEÑOR, cuando los esparciere entre los gentiles, y los dispersare por la tierra.

And they shall know that I am the LORD when I shall scatter them among the Gentiles and disperse them in the countries.

16 Y haré que de ellos queden pocos en número, de la espada, y del hambre, y de la pestilencia, para que cuenten todas sus abominaciones entre los gentiles adonde llegaren; y sabrán que yo soy el SEÑOR.

But I will leave a few men of them from the sword, from the famine, and from the pestilence; that they may declare all their abominations among the Gentiles where they go; and they shall know that I am the LORD.

17 Y vino Palabra del SEÑOR a mí, diciendo:

¶ And the word of the LORD came to me, saying,

18 H ijo de hombre, come tu pan con temblor, y bebe tu agua con estremecimiento y con angustia;

Son of man, eat thy bread with quaking and drink thy water with trembling and with anxiety

19 y dirás al pueblo de la tierra: Así dijo el Señor DIOS sobre los moradores de Jerusalén, y sobre la tierra de Israel: Su pan comerán con temor, y con espanto beberán sus aguas; porque su tierra será asolada de su plenitud, por la violencia de todos los que en ella moran.

and say unto the people of the land, Thus hath the Lord GOD said regarding the inhabitants of Jerusalem and the land of Israel. They shall eat their bread with anxiety and drink their water with terror that her land may be desolate from all that is in it because of the violence of all those that dwell therein.

20 Y las ciudades habitadas serán asoladas, y la tierra será desierta; y sabréis que yo soy el SEÑOR.

And the cities that are inhabited shall be laid waste, and the land shall be desolate; and ye shall know that I am the LORD.

21 Y vino Palabra del SEÑOR a mí, diciendo:

¶ And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

22 H ijo de hombre, ¿qué refrán es éste que tenéis vosotros en la tierra de Israel, diciendo: Se prolongarán los días, y perecerá toda visión?

Son of man, what is that saying that ye have in the land of Israel that saith, The days shall be prolonged, and every vision shall fail?

23 D iles por tanto: Así dijo el Señor DIOS: Haré cesar este refrán, y no repetirán más este dicho en Israel. Diles, pues: Se han acercado aquellos días, y el cumplimiento de toda visión.

Tell them therefore, Thus hath the Lord GOD said: I will make this saying to cease, and they shall not repeat this as a saying in Israel but say unto them, Those days have drawn nigh, and the fulfillment of every vision.

24 P orque no habrá más visión vana, ni habrá adivinación de lisonjeros en medio de la Casa de Israel.

For there shall no longer be any vain vision or flattering divination within the house of Israel.

25 P orque yo, el SEÑOR, hablaré; y se cumplirá la palabra que yo hablaré; no se dilatará más; antes en vuestros días, oh casa rebelde, hablaré palabra, y la cumpliré, dijo el Señor DIOS.

Because I, the LORD, will speak, and the word that I shall speak shall come to pass; it shall no longer be prolonged, for in your days, O rebellious house, I will speak the word and will perform it, said the Lord GOD.

26 Y vino Palabra del SEÑOR a mí, diciendo:

Again the word of the LORD came to me, saying,

27 H ijo de hombre, he aquí que los de la Casa de Israel dicen: La visión que éste ve es para muchos días, y para lejanos tiempos profetiza éste.

Son of man, behold, those of the house of Israel say, The vision that he sees is for many days to come, and he prophesies of the times that are far off.

28 D iles por tanto: Así dijo el Señor DIOS: No se dilatarán más todas mis palabras; se cumplirá la palabra que yo hablaré, dijo el Señor DIOS.

Therefore say unto them, Thus hath the Lord GOD said: All of my words shall not be prolonged any longer, but the word which I have spoken shall be done, said the Lord GOD.
