1 ¶ And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying,

А Господь промовляв до Мойсея, говорячи:

2 I n the day of the first month, the first of the month shalt thou set up the tabernacle, the tabernacle of the testimony.

Першого місяця, першого дня місяця поставиш намета для скинії заповіту.

3 A nd thou shalt put therein the ark of the testimony and cover the ark with the veil.

І поставиш там ковчега свідоцтва, і закриєш ковчега завісою.

4 A nd thou shalt bring in the table and set in order the things that are to be set in order upon it, and thou shalt bring in the lampstand and light its lamps.

І внесеш стола, і порозкладаєш належне йому; і внесеш свічника, і запалиш його лямпадки.

5 A nd thou shalt set the altar of gold for the incense before the ark of the testimony and put the hanging of the door to the tabernacle.

І поставиш золотого жертівника для кадила перед ковчегом свідоцтва; і повісиш заслону входу скинії.

6 T hen thou shalt set the altar of the burnt offering before the door of the tabernacle, of the tabernacle of the testimony.

І поставиш жертівника цілопалення перед входом скинії, скинії заповіту.

7 A nd thou shalt set the laver between the tabernacle of the congregation and the altar and shalt put water therein.

І поставиш умивальницю між скинією заповіту та між жертівником, і даси туди води.

8 L ast, thou shalt set up the court round about and hang up the hanging at the court gate.

І поставиш подвір'я навколо, і даси заслону брами подвір'я.

9 A nd thou shalt take the anointing oil and anoint the tabernacle and all that is in it and shalt sanctify it with all its vessels, and it shall be holy.

І візьмеш миро помазання, та й помажеш скинію та все, що в ній, і освятиш її та всі речі її, і стане вона святістю.

10 A nd thou shalt also anoint the altar of the burnt offering and all its vessels and sanctify the altar, and it shall be an altar most holy.

І помажеш жертівника цілопалення та всі речі його, і освятиш жертівника, і стане жертівник Найсвятішим.

11 I n the same manner thou shalt anoint the laver and its base and sanctify it.

І помажеш умивальницю та підставу її, і освятиш її.

12 A nd thou shalt bring Aaron and his sons unto the door of the tabernacle of the testimony and wash them with water.

І приведеш Аарона та синів його до входу скинії заповіту, та й обмиєш їх водою.

13 A nd thou shalt put upon Aaron the holy garments and anoint him and sanctify him, that he may be my priest.

І зодягнеш Аарона в священні шати, і помажеш його, і освятиш його, і він буде священнослужити Мені.

14 A nd thou shalt bring his sons and clothe them with coats.

І приведеш синів його, і позодягаєш їх у хітони.

15 A nd thou shalt anoint them as thou didst anoint their father, and they shall be my priests; and it shall be that their anointing shall be unto them for a perpetual priesthood throughout their generations.

І помажеш їх, як помазав їхнього батька, і будуть вони священнослужити Мені. І станеться, що помазання їх буде на них на вічне священство, на їхні покоління!

16 ¶ Thus did Moses; according to all that the LORD commanded him, so did he.

І зробив Мойсей усе, як Господь наказав був йому, так він зробив.

17 A nd it came to pass in the first month in the second year on the first day of the month that the tabernacle was raised up.

І сталося першого місяця другого року, першого дня місяця, була поставлена скинія!

18 A nd Moses caused the tabernacle to be raised up and fastened its sockets and set up its boards and put in its bars and caused its pillars to be raised up.

І поставив Мойсей скинію, і дав підстави її, і поклав дошки її, і дав засови її, і поставив стовпи її.

19 A nd he spread abroad the tent over the tabernacle and put the covering of the tent above upon it, as the LORD had commanded Moses.

І розтягнув намета над внутрішньою скинією, і поклав скинійне накриття на неї згори, як Господь наказав був Мойсеєві.

20 A nd he took and put the testimony into the ark and set the staves on the ark and put the seat of reconciliation upon the ark above,

І взяв він і поклав свідоцтво до ковчега, а на ковчега поклав держаки, і дав на ковчега віко згори.

21 a nd he brought the ark into the tabernacle and set up the veil of the curtain and covered the ark of the testimony, as the LORD commanded Moses.

І вніс він ковчега до скинії, і повісив завісу заслони, і закрив ковчег свідоцтва, як Господь наказав був Мойсеєві.

22 A nd he put the table in the tabernacle of the testimony, upon the side of the Aquilon of the tabernacle, outside the veil.

І дав він стола в скинію заповіту, на стороні скинії на північ, поза завісою.

23 A nd he set the bread in order upon it before the LORD, as the LORD had commanded Moses.

І порозкладав на ньому розклад хліба перед Господнім лицем, як Господь наказав був Мойсеєві.

24 A nd he put the lampstand in the tabernacle of the testimony, over against the table, on the side of the Negev of the tabernacle.

І поставив свічника в скинії заповіту навпроти стола, на стороні скинії на південь.

25 A nd he lighted the lamps before the LORD, as the LORD had commanded Moses.

І позасвічував лямпадки перед Господнім лицем, як Господь наказав був Мойсеєві.

26 H e also put the golden altar in the tabernacle of the testimony before the veil.

І поставив золотого жертівника в скинії заповіту перед завісою.

27 A nd he burnt aromatic incense on it, as the LORD had commanded Moses.

І кадив він на ньому запашні кадила, як Господь наказав був Мойсеєві.

28 I n the same manner he set up the hanging at the door of the tabernacle.

І повісив входову заслону до скинії.

29 A nd he put the altar of burnt offering by the door of the tabernacle, of the tabernacle of the testimony, and offered upon it the burnt offering and the present, as the LORD had commanded Moses.

А жертівника цілопалення поставив при вході скинії, скинії заповіту, і приніс на ньому цілопалення та жертву хлібну, як Господь наказав був Мойсеєві.

30 A nd he set the laver between the tabernacle of the testimony and the altar and put water in it, to wash with.

І поставив умивальницю між скинією заповіту та між жертівником, і туди дав води на миття.

31 A nd Moses and Aaron and his sons would wash their hands and their feet in it.

І вмивали з нього Мойсей й Аарон та сини його руки свої та ноги свої.

32 W hen they would enter into the tabernacle of the testimony and when they would come near unto the altar, they washed themselves, as the LORD had commanded Moses.

Коли вони входили до скинії заповіту, і коли зближалися до жертівника, вони обмивалися, як Господь наказав був Мойсеєві.

33 L ast he raised up the court round about the tabernacle and the altar and set up the hanging of the court gate. Thus Moses finished the work.

І поставив подвір'я навколо скинії та жертівника, і повісив заслону брами подвір'я.

34 ¶ Then a cloud covered the tabernacle of the testimony, and the glory of the LORD filled the tabernacle.

А хмара закрила скинію заповіту, і слава Господня наповнила скинію.

35 A nd Moses was not able to enter into the tabernacle of the testimony because the cloud was upon it, and the glory of the LORD had it full.

І не міг Мойсей увійти до скинії заповіту, бо хмара спочивала над нею, а слава Господня наповнила скинію.

36 A nd when the cloud lifted itself up from over the tabernacle, the sons of Israel went onward in all their journeys;

А коли підіймалася хмара з-над скинії, то Ізраїлеві сини рушали в усі свої подорожі.

37 b ut if the cloud did not lift itself up, then they did not journey until the day that it lifted itself up.

А якщо хмара не підіймалася, то не рушали вони аж до дня, коли вона підіймалася,

38 F or the cloud of the LORD was upon the tabernacle by day, and the fire was in it by night, in the sight of all the house of Israel, throughout all their journeys.

бо над скинією вдень була хмара Господня, а вночі був огонь у ній, на очах усього Ізраїлевого дому в усіх його подорожах!
