1 ¶ And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying,

І Господь промовляв до Мойсея, говорячи:

2 S peak unto the sons of Israel and say unto them, When someone shall make a special vow unto the LORD, according to the estimation of the persons that are to be redeemed, thus shall be thy estimation:

Промовляй до Ізраїлевих синів та й скажеш їм: Коли хто складає обітницю Богові за твоєю оцінкою душ для Господа,

3 R egarding the male from twenty years old even unto sixty years old, thy estimation shall be fifty shekels of silver, according to the shekel of the sanctuary.

то буде твоя оцінка: чоловіка від віку двадцяти літ і аж до віку шостидесяти літ, і буде твоя оцінка п'ятдесят шеклів срібла на міру шеклем святині;

4 A nd if it is a female, then thy estimation shall be thirty shekels.

а якщо жінка вона, то буде твоя оцінка тридцять шеклів.

5 A nd if it is from five years old even unto twenty years old, then thy estimation shall be of the male twenty shekels, and for the female ten shekels.

А якщо від віку п'яти літ і до віку двадцяти літ, то буде твоя оцінка: чоловіка двадцять шеклів, а для жінки десять шеклів.

6 A nd if it is from a month old even unto five years old, then thy estimation shall be of the male five shekels of silver, and for the female thy estimation shall be three shekels of silver.

А якщо від віку місяця й аж до віку п'яти літ, то буде твоя оцінка: чоловіка п'ять шеклів срібла, а для жінки твоя оцінка три шеклі срібла.

7 A nd if it is from sixty years old and above, if it is a male, then thy estimation shall be fifteen shekels, and for the female ten shekels.

А якщо від віку шостидесяти літ і вище: якщо чоловік, то буде твоя оцінка п'ятнадцять шеклів, а для жінки десять шеклів.

8 B ut if he is poorer than thy estimation, then he shall present himself before the priest, and the priest shall value him; according to the ability of the one that vowed shall the priest value him.

А якщо він обіднілий проти твоєї оцінки, то поставить його перед священиком, і священик оцінує його, за тим, що спроможна рука того, хто обіцяв, оцінує його священик.

9 A nd if it is an animal which is offered unto the LORD, all that anyone gives of such unto the LORD shall be holy.

А якщо буде худоба, що з неї приносять жертву для Господа, усе, що дається із неї для Господа, буде святощами.

10 H e shall not alter it nor change it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good; and if he shall exchange one animal for another, then it and the one exchanged thereof shall belong to the sanctuary.

Не вільно обміняти її, ані заступити її, добру злою, або злу доброю; а якщо справді заступить худобу худобою, то буде вона та заступство її буде святощами.

11 A nd if it is an unclean animal, which cannot be offered as a sacrifice unto the LORD, then he shall present the animal before the priest;

А якщо та всяка худоба нечиста, що з неї не приносять жертов для Господа, то він поставить ту худобу перед священиком,

12 a nd the priest shall value it, whether it is good or bad; according to the estimation of the priest, so shall it be.

і священик оцінує її чи то добре, чи недобре. Як оцінує священик, так нехай буде.

13 B ut if it must be redeemed, then they shall add a fifth part thereof unto thy estimation.

А якщо він справді викупить її, то додасть п'яту частину її над оцінку твою.

14 ¶ And when a man shall sanctify his house to be holy unto the LORD, then the priest shall value it, whether it is good or bad; as the priest shall value it, so shall it stand.

А коли хто посвятить дім свій на святість для Господа, то священик оцінує його чи то добре, чи недобре. Як оцінує його священик, так стане.

15 A nd if he that sanctified it will redeem his house, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of thy estimation unto it, and it shall be his.

А якщо той, хто посвячує, викупить свого дома, то додасть п'яту частину срібла твоєї оцінки над нього, і буде його.

16 A nd if a man shall sanctify unto the LORD some part of a field of his possession, then thy estimation shall be according to the seed thereof; one homer of barley seed shall be valued at fifty shekels of silver.

А якщо хтось посвятить Господеві з поля своєї посілости, то буде оцінка твоя посівом його, посів хомера ячменю за п'ятдесят шеклів срібла.

17 I f he sanctifies his field from the year of jubilee, according to thy estimation it shall stand.

Якщо він посвятить своє поле від ювілейного року, то воно стане за оцінкою твоєю.

18 B ut if he sanctifies his field after the jubilee, then the priest shall reckon unto him the money according to the years that remain until the year of the jubilee, and it shall be abated from thy estimation.

А якщо посвятить поле своє по ювілеї, то священик облічить йому те срібло за роками, позосталими до ювілейного року, і те буде відняте від оцінки твоєї.

19 A nd if he that sanctified the field desires to redeem it, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of thy estimation unto it, and it shall be assured to him.

А якщо справді викупить те поле той, хто посвячує його, то додасть п'яту частину срібла оцінки над нього, і стане воно його.

20 B ut if he should not redeem the field, and if the field is sold to another, it shall not be redeemed any more;

А якщо він не викупить поля того, і якщо він продасть те поле кому іншому, то вже не буде воно викуплене.

21 b ut the field, when it goes out in the jubilee, shall be holy unto the LORD, as a field of anathema; the possession thereof shall be the priest’s.

І буде те поле, коли воно вийде в ювілеї, святість для Господа, як поле закляття, для священика буде посілість ним.

22 A nd if anyone sanctifies unto the LORD a field which he has bought, which is not of the fields of his inheritance,

А якщо він посвятить Господеві поле купівлі своєї, що не з поля посілости його,

23 t hen the priest shall reckon unto him the worth of thy estimation until the year of the jubilee; and that day he shall give thy assigned price, as a holy thing unto the LORD.

то священик облічить йому суму твоєї оцінки аж до ювілейного року, і дасть твою оцінку того дня, як святість для Господа.

24 I n the year of the jubilee the field shall return unto the one of whom it was bought, unto whom the inheritance of the land did belong.

В ювілейному році вернеться те поле до того, від кого купив його, що його посілість тієї землі.

25 A nd all thy values shall be according to the shekel of the sanctuary; twenty gerahs shall be the shekel.

А вся оцінка твоя буде шеклем святині, двадцять ґер буде шекель.

26 ¶ But the firstborn of the animals, which because it is firstborn belongs to the LORD, no one shall sanctify it; whether it is ox or sheep, it is the LORD’s.

Тільки перворідного в худобі, що визнане, як перворідне для Господа, ніхто не посвятить його, чи то віл, чи то овечка, Господеві воно!

27 A nd if it is of an unclean beast, it shall be ransomed according to thy estimation, and they shall add a fifth part unto it; or if it is not redeemed, then it shall be sold according to thy estimation.

А якщо в худобі нечистій, то викупить за твоєю оцінкою, і додасть п'яту частину над нього. А якщо не буде викуплене, то буде продане за оцінкою твоєю.

28 B ut no anathema, that anyone shall devote unto the LORD of all that they have of men and animals and of the fields of his possession, shall be sold or redeemed. All anathema is most holy unto the LORD.

Тільки кожне закляття, що людина заклене Господеві зо всього, що його, від людини, і худоби, і від поля його посілости, не буде продане й не буде викуплене, воно найсвятіше для Господа.

29 A ny anathema of men which is devoted shall not be ransomed, but shall surely be put to death.

Кожне закляття, що буде оголошене за закляття з-посеред людей, не буде викуплене, буде конче забите.

30 A nd all the tithes of the land, whether of the seed of the land or of the fruit of the tree, is the LORD’s; it is holiness unto the LORD.

А всяка десятина з землі, з насіння землі, з плоду дерева, Господеві воно, святощі для Господа!

31 A nd if anyone desires to redeem anything of his tithes, he shall add thereto the fifth part thereof.

А якщо дійсно викупить хтось свою десятину, той додасть п'яту частину її над неї.

32 A nd concerning the tithe of the cows or of the sheep, even of whatever passes under the rod, the tenth shall be holiness unto the LORD.

А всяка десятина худоби великої та худоби дрібної, усе, що перейде під палицею, десяте буде святість для Господа.

33 H e shall not search whether it is good or bad, neither shall he change it; and if he changes it at all, then both it and the change thereof shall be holy; it shall not be redeemed.

Не буде перебирати між добрим та злим, і не замінить його. А якщо справді заступить його, то буде воно та заступство його, буде святість, не буде викуплене.

34 T hese are the commandments, which the LORD commanded Moses for the sons of Israel in Mount Sinai.

Оце заповіді, що Господь наказав Мойсеєві для Ізраїлевих синів на Сінайській горі.
