1 ¶ And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying,

El Señor habló de nuevo a Moisés:

2 S peak unto the sons of Israel and say unto them, When someone shall make a special vow unto the LORD, according to the estimation of the persons that are to be redeemed, thus shall be thy estimation:

Di a los Israelitas: ‘Cuando un hombre haga un voto difícil de cumplir, él será evaluado según tu valuación de personas pertenecientes al Señor.

3 R egarding the male from twenty years old even unto sixty years old, thy estimation shall be fifty shekels of silver, according to the shekel of the sanctuary.

Si tu valuación es de varón de veinte hasta sesenta años, entonces tu valuación será de cincuenta siclos (570 gramos) de plata, según el siclo del santuario.

4 A nd if it is a female, then thy estimation shall be thirty shekels.

O si es de una mujer, tu valuación será de treinta siclos.

5 A nd if it is from five years old even unto twenty years old, then thy estimation shall be of the male twenty shekels, and for the female ten shekels.

Si es una persona de cinco hasta veinte años, entonces tu valuación será de veinte siclos para un varón y de diez siclos para una mujer.

6 A nd if it is from a month old even unto five years old, then thy estimation shall be of the male five shekels of silver, and for the female thy estimation shall be three shekels of silver.

Pero si son de un mes hasta cinco años, entonces tu valuación será de cinco siclos de plata para el varón, y para la mujer tu valuación será de tres siclos de plata.

7 A nd if it is from sixty years old and above, if it is a male, then thy estimation shall be fifteen shekels, and for the female ten shekels.

Y si son de sesenta años o más, si es varón, tu valuación será de quince siclos, y para la mujer, de diez siclos.

8 B ut if he is poorer than thy estimation, then he shall present himself before the priest, and the priest shall value him; according to the ability of the one that vowed shall the priest value him.

Pero si es más pobre que tu valuación, entonces será llevado delante del sacerdote, y éste lo valuará; según los recursos del que hizo el voto, el sacerdote lo valuará.

9 A nd if it is an animal which is offered unto the LORD, all that anyone gives of such unto the LORD shall be holy.

Si es un animal de los que se pueden presentar como ofrenda al Señor, cualquiera de los tales que uno dé al Señor, será sagrado.

10 H e shall not alter it nor change it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good; and if he shall exchange one animal for another, then it and the one exchanged thereof shall belong to the sanctuary.

No lo reemplazará ni lo cambiará, el bueno por el malo, o el malo por el bueno; pero si cambia un animal por otro animal, entonces ambos, el animal y su sustituto serán sagrados.

11 A nd if it is an unclean animal, which cannot be offered as a sacrifice unto the LORD, then he shall present the animal before the priest;

Sin embargo, si es algún animal inmundo de la clase que no se puede presentar como ofrenda al Señor, entonces pondrá el animal delante del sacerdote;

12 a nd the priest shall value it, whether it is good or bad; according to the estimation of the priest, so shall it be.

y el sacerdote lo valuará como bueno o como malo; como tú, el sacerdote, lo valúes, así será.

13 B ut if it must be redeemed, then they shall add a fifth part thereof unto thy estimation.

Pero si alguna vez él lo quiere redimir, él añadirá la quinta parte a tu valuación.

14 ¶ And when a man shall sanctify his house to be holy unto the LORD, then the priest shall value it, whether it is good or bad; as the priest shall value it, so shall it stand.

Si un hombre consagra su casa como cosa sagrada al Señor, el sacerdote la valuará como buena o como mala; como el sacerdote la valúe, así será.

15 A nd if he that sanctified it will redeem his house, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of thy estimation unto it, and it shall be his.

Pero si el que la consagra quisiera redimir su casa, añadirá a tu valuación la quinta parte del valor de ella; y así será suya.

16 A nd if a man shall sanctify unto the LORD some part of a field of his possession, then thy estimation shall be according to the seed thereof; one homer of barley seed shall be valued at fifty shekels of silver.

También, si un hombre consagra al Señor parte de las tierras de su propiedad, entonces tu valuación será en proporción a la semilla que se necesite para ella: cada 220 litros (un homer) de semilla de cebada a cincuenta siclos de plata.

17 I f he sanctifies his field from the year of jubilee, according to thy estimation it shall stand.

Si consagra su campo durante el año de jubileo, conforme a tu valuación quedará.

18 B ut if he sanctifies his field after the jubilee, then the priest shall reckon unto him the money according to the years that remain until the year of the jubilee, and it shall be abated from thy estimation.

Pero si consagra su campo después del jubileo, entonces el sacerdote le calculará el precio en proporción a los años que quedan hasta el año de jubileo, y será rebajado de tu valuación.

19 A nd if he that sanctified the field desires to redeem it, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of thy estimation unto it, and it shall be assured to him.

Y si el que lo consagra quiere redimir el campo, le añadirá una quinta parte al precio de tu valuación para que pase a su posesión.

20 B ut if he should not redeem the field, and if the field is sold to another, it shall not be redeemed any more;

Pero si no quiere redimir el campo, y se vende el campo a otro, ya no podrá redimirlo;

21 b ut the field, when it goes out in the jubilee, shall be holy unto the LORD, as a field of anathema; the possession thereof shall be the priest’s.

y cuando quede libre en el jubileo, el campo será consagrado al Señor, como campo dedicado; será para el sacerdote como posesión suya.

22 A nd if anyone sanctifies unto the LORD a field which he has bought, which is not of the fields of his inheritance,

Si alguno consagra al Señor un campo que ha comprado, que no es parte del campo de su propiedad,

23 t hen the priest shall reckon unto him the worth of thy estimation until the year of the jubilee; and that day he shall give thy assigned price, as a holy thing unto the LORD.

entonces el sacerdote le calculará la cantidad de tu valuación hasta el año de jubileo; y en ese día dará tu valuación como cosa consagrada al Señor.

24 I n the year of the jubilee the field shall return unto the one of whom it was bought, unto whom the inheritance of the land did belong.

En el año de jubileo el campo volverá a aquél de quien lo compró, a quien pertenece la posesión de la tierra.

25 A nd all thy values shall be according to the shekel of the sanctuary; twenty gerahs shall be the shekel.

Toda valuación que hagas será conforme al siclo del santuario. Veinte geras son un siclo (11. 4 gramos de plata).

26 ¶ But the firstborn of the animals, which because it is firstborn belongs to the LORD, no one shall sanctify it; whether it is ox or sheep, it is the LORD’s.

Sin embargo, el primogénito de los animales, que por su primogenitura pertenece al Señor, nadie puede consagrarlo; ya sea buey u oveja, es del Señor.

27 A nd if it is of an unclean beast, it shall be ransomed according to thy estimation, and they shall add a fifth part unto it; or if it is not redeemed, then it shall be sold according to thy estimation.

Pero si está entre los animales inmundos, entonces lo redimirá conforme a tu valuación, y le añadirá a ella una quinta parte; pero si no es redimido, será vendido conforme a tu valuación.

28 B ut no anathema, that anyone shall devote unto the LORD of all that they have of men and animals and of the fields of his possession, shall be sold or redeemed. All anathema is most holy unto the LORD.

Sin embargo, cualquier cosa dedicada que alguien separe para el Señor de lo que posee, sea hombre o animal, o campos de su propiedad, no se venderá ni redimirá. Toda cosa dedicada es santísima al Señor.

29 A ny anathema of men which is devoted shall not be ransomed, but shall surely be put to death.

Ninguna persona que haya sido dedicada como anatema será redimida; ciertamente se le dará muerte.

30 A nd all the tithes of the land, whether of the seed of the land or of the fruit of the tree, is the LORD’s; it is holiness unto the LORD.

Así pues, todo el diezmo de la tierra, de la semilla de la tierra o del fruto del árbol, es del Señor; es cosa consagrada al Señor.

31 A nd if anyone desires to redeem anything of his tithes, he shall add thereto the fifth part thereof.

Y si un hombre quiere redimir parte de su diezmo, le añadirá la quinta parte.

32 A nd concerning the tithe of the cows or of the sheep, even of whatever passes under the rod, the tenth shall be holiness unto the LORD.

Todo diezmo del ganado o del rebaño, o sea, de todo lo que pasa debajo del cayado, la décima cabeza será cosa consagrada al Señor.

33 H e shall not search whether it is good or bad, neither shall he change it; and if he changes it at all, then both it and the change thereof shall be holy; it shall not be redeemed.

No debe considerar si es bueno o malo, tampoco lo cambiará; si lo cambia, tanto el animal como su sustituto serán sagrados. No podrán ser redimidos.’”

34 T hese are the commandments, which the LORD commanded Moses for the sons of Israel in Mount Sinai.

Estos son los mandamientos que el Señor ordenó a Moisés para los Israelitas en el Monte Sinaí.
